Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout requests are granted based on availability. Guests checking out between 12pm and 4pm will be charged a late checkout fee of 50 USD. Late checkout anytime after 4pm will incurs charge equal to one night's current room rate. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card and matching photo ID are required at check-in for the payment of a guest room, tax, and incidentals. Guests may pay their final bill with cash at checkout.
Purchase Order Aceeptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. Please contact the hotel in advance to make alternate payment arrangements.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Tax Exempt Policy
Stays of at least 30 days are eligible for exemption from the state’s lodging tax, though the municipal tax will still apply. Government exemptions will apply only to guests who produce an exemption card issued by the U.S. Department of State that specifically names hotels and motels as exempt. No other government exemptions will be honored.
