Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available upon request, for an additional charge of 35 EUR. Cribs are provided upon request of 20 EUR. The hotel does provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with the cribs.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 years of age and younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel’s call center is operated 24 hours a day. All inquiries can be resolved in Slovenian, English, German, Italian, or Russian. Faxed or emailed inquiries will be replied to within 24 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on weekends and bank holidays.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to guarantee early arrival, as long as the reservation includes the night prior to arrival. At the time of booking, we ask that guests specify that the reservation is for early check-in the following morning.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. Guests must give 24-hours notice before the original departure date, or a one night charge will apply.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkout requests subject to availability. Checkout time is at 12pm. Stay as long as you need by taking advantage of our late departure options:
12pm - 6pm for 45 EUR (VAT included).
After 6pm, a full room rate will apply.

Alcoholic beverages service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.

The dress code throughout the hotel is smart casual.
Meeting Room Policy
Events must end by midnight, unless otherwise arranged with the hotel. An event host must take the capacity of a meeting room into consideration and not exceed it.
If an event requires substantial technical preparation, a preparation day shall be charged in the amount of a half-day hall rental. The preparation day rate includes a congress center duty technician. The preparation of the hall can take place during the regular working hours of the congress center. If the area’s configuration occurs on the same day of the event, the host will be additionally charged for the work in the amount of 50% of the hall rental.
All prices are valid for orders at least seven days prior to the event. An extra 20% is charged for orders with a shorter time limit. All prices include VAT according to current legislation. Prices are subject to change if tariffs are changed by new legislation.
For an event costing at least 1000 EUR, 20% of the estimated cost of the agreed contractual minimum must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event. All charges must be paid within eight days following the conclusion of the event. Payment terms for clients from the state administration field are defined under the conditions, terms, and methods of payment in the public sector of the Republic of Slovenia.
If an event is canceled at least 21 days before its scheduled date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the estimated cost; at least 14 days before, 50%; at least 7 days before, 75%; less than 7 days before, 100%.
Complaints are accepted only in written form. The time within which an action must be brought is 8 days following the service performed.
A tourist tax of 1.27 EUR per person/per night will be charged upon arrival in addition to room rate.
We welcome pets for the following supplemental cleaning fees:
20 EUR per pet per stay for up to 2 pets in room.
30 EUR per pet per stay for up to 4 pets in room.
40 EUR per pet per stay for up to 7 pets in room.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. There are designated smoking areas in the outer premises of the hotel, such as the bar terrace and main entrance.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel reception directly.
Bank transfers are accepted as guests’ payments. Banker’s checks and traveler’s checks are not accepted. Third-party credit card forms are not accepted. Please contact the internal reservations team at 00386 (1) 47 02 704 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a pro forma invoice.
Direct billing is available only for residential companies. The company to be invoiced must send an invoice request to the hotel via fax or email. The request must include the specific charges to be invoiced.
