Special Conditions
Leaving Starwood on July 9, 2013
The Four Points by Sheraton Norwalk will be leaving the Starwood system on July 9, 2013. Reservations for dates on or after July 9, 2013, will not be eligible for Starwood Preferred Guest membership benefits, award redemption or accrual.
Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available for SPG members only.
Security Deposit Policy
Guests who want to pay for their rooms with cash must provide either a credit card, as a backup form of payment, or a cash deposit, which will be refunded upon checkout.
Pet Policy
All pets are allowed. Guests will incur a pet fee of $50 per stay. There is a maximum of two pets per room.
Service animals are always welcome and will not incur a fee.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in room.
