Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. The ID must match the name on the reservation, or check-in will be denied. If the ID does not match the name on the form of payment, a credit card authorization is required.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. Wheelchairs can be requested but are subject to availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed. A daily $200 fee will apply if a pet is brought to the hotel.

All guest rooms and public areas in the hotel and specially designated outdoor areas (pool area, hotel balcony) located on hotel property are now 100% smoke-free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged per day to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available, up to $300 per stay, for Starwood Preferred Gold and Platinum members.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for room, tax, and incidentals. If paying cash, full amount of room and tax plus an additional 100 USD refundable deposit will be taken at check-in.
If guest would like to pay for room by check, the check must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
