Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older (with valid I.D.) to register and check-in at the Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Third-party credit card authorizations are not accepted at the Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is not guaranteed; however, the hotel will make every attempt to have a guest room ready as soon as possible.
If a noise complaint is reported, the hotel will give one warning to the offending guest. If the offending guest does not comply with the initial warning, they will be asked to leave and will forfeit any deposit or payment.
Hotel Driveway/Ramp Policy
Due to local ordinance, vehicles cannot be held in the hotel's driveway or on the ramp for periods longer than 10 minutes.
Package Handling and Mail Policy
Packages and mail will be accepted only for registered guests or guests with reservations taking place within the next 3 days. Shipments must arrive via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL only. Packages will be processed through the concierge department. Advance approval by the concierge is required.
The charge per package is 7.50 USD. The hotel does not re-ship and all packages must be collected in person. The hotel reserves the right to reject any package on the basis of safety and security.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Fire/Health Code Policy
The fire code of the city of Miami Beach forbids the use of any form of stove or warmer within the guest rooms or on the balconies. The local health code prevents the preparation of food within the guest rooms. Violation of these codes/policies will result in the removal of the equipment and may result in cleaning fees and the possible eviction from the hotel without refund.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
