Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older with valid identification.
Up to two dogs, each weighing less than 40 pounds, are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. A mandatory cleaning fee of 50 CAD applies for each pet per stay.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
As of September 1, 2016 cash and debit deposits will no longer be accepted. A credit card is required to authorize at check-in for room & tax for entire stay as well as a $50.00 deposit each night. Cash or debit payments may be made at check out.
