We have several different types of connecting rooms. Connecting rooms are not guaranteed and the guest should check with the hotel upon check-in.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Alcoholic services is restricted to adults 21 years or older (with valid identification). Alcoholic beverage service is available to patrons through our 8900 Bar & Bistro, in-room dining and catered functions.
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are not considered pets and are welcome.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Sales and Catering department.
Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A 300 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this smoking policy.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificate reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
Cash is only accepted as a form of payment at check in with a 100 USD deposit. This deposit is refundable upon inspection of the guest room at checkout.
