Mailing
All mail should be sent to the hotel. Any items guest-specific items should be clearly marked with their first and last name. All mail is received by the Front Desk and logged for the guest or department pick up.

Billing
Tabitha Smith is the contact for all billing questions. Specific guest room bill questions can be routed to the front desk. This contact will handle all accounts payables and accounts receiveables.
Delivery
Deliveries are received at the front desk. Guest agents will direct driver to the appropriate unloading area. Please note that the property does not have a dock. A fork lift is available for rental next door at Cash Lumber. Any deliveries related to conventions should be coordinated in advance with the Sales & Catering Department.
