This property is what I expected. While I'm an SPG member, I wasn't placed in a room for SPG guests. However, my colleagues who aren't SPG members were placed in an SPG room.
My room was missing a hair dryer, but after a call to the front desk, someone delivered one to me.

Oooh, check it out: When walking through the central area where the elevator is, see if you experience the optical illusion where looking down each lengths of building wings it almost appears to look like large wall mirrors - cool! Very nice facility. Had a wonderful stay!

Stay at the hotel for 5 minutes and all was perfect. Staff at the front desk exceeded my expectations (nice work you all!!).
And the free parking is a great plus. For all i paid it was all what i expected and was perfect.
We will stay here again and recommend the place.

- There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Gross!
- There were hairs in the bathroom sync. Yuk!
- Gym is the size of a matchbox and one of the two running machines was not working and barbell all over the floor
- I do not recommend, at any price.

The hotel was ok i had bad service by a couple of the host. But one host Rebecca was really nice and was trying her hardest to fix the problems i had Alo manger was really nive and help me out.
Besides all the problems i had it still is good hotel close to all the parks

We always choose Four Points Sheraton to stay at when in the San Diego area. It's conveniently located in a quiet area with plenty of parking. The hotel staff is always pleasant and helpful. Although the rooms are a little tired, they are clean and beds are comfortable.

Staff were most helpful and courteous. Food was great. The hotel is spacious. My room was roomy and clean. Room for meeting where I was speaking was very nice. Technical person was helpful. The shuttle was very timely to pick me up and take me to airport.

The television appeared to be a high definition television but the programming was not making the picture blurry and of poor quality.. The number of channels were limited.
The mattress in the room was also uncomfortable. I've come to expect better from Starwood.

the rooms aren't upgraded but the lobby is beautiful...maid service is poor, I had to call for towels each day....my basin had a extremely slow drain/clogged, which was never taken care of....the restaurant is terrible, DO NOT EAT there...the food is horrible....

Gym was sad, with broken machines.
Pool was green.
AC sounded like a jet with a broken engine; when I tapped the cover it fell off, revealing a dust-crusted machine.
Room was tired.
Nice: microwave & refrigerator...even though the latter was completely warm.

My room number was between 1061 and 1065.
Music room was very close to our room.
And music noise continued until 1:30 am.
It is very unbelievable that the music room locates very close to the guest rooms, and the music room is open until 1:30 am every night.

1. I was charged $20.00 more at check-out than quoted when I placed the reservation.
2.. Women's bathroom across from Citrus was not tended to, disgusting. It had a sewer smell. The toilets does not flush well.
3. Both beds in my room were uncomfortable.

I was immediately served when I arrived and the front desk was very helpful. Every time I needed something I never waited at the desk. The only unfortunate things was the pool was not clear and seemed slightly green. Other than that its a great location.

The hotel was exceptionally nice and the rooms were top notch! Everything was great and the the housecleaners were very nice! Highly recccomend it! Could use a few more decorations on the walls, seemed a little bear but maybe that is the look you want!

Overall the stay was pleasant, but had the following issues that were not resolved (although I was only staying for one night)
1. Jacuzzi jets did not work in the suit; 2. Toilet did not flush well; 3. TV remote in bedroom does not turn TV on and off

There needs to be a lot of upgrades to this hotel. The rooms have no life. The beds and pillows are too soft. We both woke up with neck pain. There is no art work anywhere in the hotel. The hallways look like a dormitory. The amenities were poor.

My stay was great, the staff went above and beyond what I sometime experience at other hotels. The shuttle service drivers were great.
The only issue was the pillows, which were flat, the feathers quills poked out of the pillow case.

The hotel is average. The rooms are old and need refurbishing, especially the furniture, microwave etc. The person that makes the bed should not mess with the stuff that you leave out on the bathroom counter. The bathroom needs updating as well.

Great Stay and rooms. Staff was friendly and everything I needed I was given. Close to many shops and malls. Free Parking (only real hotel that does not charge for parking , always a plus) and free shuttles to many locations. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Especially important- very quiet! The staff went out of their way to answer any questions, and help whenever they could. The free breakfast was very good, and a nice surprise. The hotel was a good value.

The rooms are worn, torn, and somewhat dirty. Prices are somewhat high for the quality. Location was my sole reason for this selection. I have stayed here many times in the past 4-5 years ago and it appears time to get an update started.

Fixtures in the bathroom were not in good order. There was a broken off tile in the tub and the shower control was completely broken. Lav sink was loose and almost falling off and dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Can't recommend.

I was in San Diego on business and stayed at the 4 Points and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and Oscar in the restaurant was great. Loved the lobby coffee bar. The room was perfect and very well appointed.

I was there for 1 night and only checked in, left then came back late to sleep and left early next day, so I didn't get to see or experience offerings of hotel.
Bed was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly.

This is a hidden hotel near qualcom. The rooms have been remolded and the staff is very friendly. The breaskfast buffet was very good and staff was awesome. Price very reasonable

Average quality Four Points for the price. Relatively neat and clean, obviously not as nice as a 5 star Sheraton. But not too shabby for a past-thru type of a hotel. Staff was friendly, quick and simply type of stay.

The hotel needs at least three courtesy shuttles that hold at least 15 people. I attended a convention with over 100 people from out of state and the one shuttle that the hotel provided lacked proper service.
