Rated 3 out of 5 by Change requests If at all possible it would be nice to book guests with barking animals and guests with small children to a separate location within the hotel so that those guests without children or barking animals can be afforded a much quieter night thus resulting in better sleep. Every room needs a small refridgerator an microwave so that guests who do not finish their meals will have a place to store and reheat them. I must say that you do have the most confortable beds and pillows of most hotels that I stay in. June 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Accommodating the guests for our wedding. We had a block of rooms for our wedding. The staff, and especially the Catering Manager, Dawn Booth, were very responsive and assisted greatly my bride and me and all of our guests. All of our guests staying at the hotel had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The suite for me and my wife was wonderful. The hotel was just off I-64 and easily found for those who were coming long distances. A special thank you to Dawn Booth. June 23, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Some renovation needed The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. However, our room was in dire need of renovation. Very stained and faded upholstery on the chair, and room had a musty odor which made it feel as if the room itself was probably not very clean. June 23, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by The hotel was adequate The hotel was adequate, however, basic necessities, such as soap, toilet paper, were not present in the room. The bathroom sink was also stopped up. However, the front desk made good on what was needed very quickly. Maintenance needs to do more work on its units. June 22, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by A hotel with great staff. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years for 4 to 7 times a year. I am always greeted with a welcome back and enjoy the hospitality of this hotel. They have a great front desk, wonderful little bar, great food with chefs who will cook you whatever you want, great bartenders, and lots of repeat guests. It is always wonderful to check in and see Joaquin again in his perfectly pressed shirts. And every Wednesday night they have a manager's forum with free food and drinks and access to talk to the manager and staff. I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful place to stay as I watch my mother age beyond recognition. November 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is fine Hotel needs some updates. We paid for a suite and it did not have a couch in the separate room. The upstairs guests were very noisy and could be heard in our room. The breakfast is expensive for what you get. Overall we have stayed here 3 or 4 times and always treated well but it just needs a few tweaks to make it a great place to stay. May 27, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Breath of Fresh Air! A long road trip. Stayed at a number of Four Points because they were either the ones available or the ones more convenient en route. Thankfully I chose this hotel instead of any other one in the St. Louis area. The staff was OUTSTANDING. Very pleasant, helpful, went out of their way to accommodate needs and wants. The room was nice and clean. One little issue was the curtains were covering the air condition and had to place something heavy to keep the curtains in place and not lose the cool air. It was a bit disappointing that the pool was so small and the water stale. Could not use. Nothing to do about the size, It is what it is. But apparently something was wrong with the pool that the front desk stuff was not aware of. I was told the pool maintenance person was due to come in for some reason. Well... I saw the reason... I DO recommend this hotel. It is very convenient, CLEAN, with NICE personnel. I added it to my favorites for future trips. July 12, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Noisy neighbor The person next door to us had the volume on his TV blaring. We went down to the desk and Heather changed our room with no problem. She kept apologizing for the other person. No questions asked. The bed was really comfortable. The room was big with nice furnishings. May 20, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is dirty. Duct tape on the carpet, hair in the jacuzzi bath tub, the pool is the size of a postage stamp and the water was cloudy! Overall, this was the most disgusting hotel room we have ever stayed in and we will never stay her again! We checked into a "suite" for three people. The suite is one room with a pull-out sofa mattress that is like one inch high and very uncomfortable. We had a towel set for one person in a suite - what a joke! We asked for a luggage cart and it took forever to find one. When it arrived two of the wheels were flat! May 28, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Leaky, Unclean Room We stayed here after a wedding we attended. It was raining when we arrived, we got to our room to notice that the paint on the ceiling by the window was peeling off (hanging down in chunks) and that the window was leaking. I don't mean an occasional drip, it was leaking bad enough for us to call the front desk, who brought us towels to line the window (this was the "fix" for this problem). I'm sure that with further investigation I would have found mold growing near the ceiling where the leak was, but honestly I didn't want to be anymore disgusted. The next morning we were packing-up and found a half chewed dog bone just barely under our bed (we were not traveling with pets), YUCK! Obviously the room was not cleaned very well. If we attend another function in the area I'll do more research and stay somewhere nicer for the money paid. June 25, 2013

We chose this hotel instead of the on were were told to use as we felt a starwood property would be a better choice. Unfortunately, the comforter on one bed was badly stained and not used of course and the carpet was badly stained throughout the entire room and the tub had stains. The staff was wonderful, but the breakfast buffet was not hot and therefore, not appealing. August 13, 2012

We were pleasantly surprised to find out that night they had a Manager's reception which consisted of a nice buffet and extensive drinks for free. Obviously, it was quite packed, but very enjoyable. The pool was nice and the rooms were large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel. May 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleasant Surprise! We were travelling across country with two children. We were a little apprehensive of staying at Four Points with kids. This was on a Wed night. Wow! This night they had the free appetizers and free beer night. The whole family had a ball! Art came out from the kitchen to make us feel at home. He gave us some fishing tips which came in handy the next morning. We would definitely stay here again. June 23, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hotel needs some maintenance We have stayed at this hotel many times, and were very pleased; however, this last time we noticed it was very run down and our room had a toilet problem that I reported twice and gave them 12 hours to fix (while I was out), only to return at 11pm to see that the problem was not touched. I would not recommend this place until they perform some repairs and maintenance on it. August 13, 2012

I called Joaquin as soon as I could and he took care of this with the Housekeeping Manager and thankfully retrieved my jewelry. I am greatful for the "Trustworthy" employees at this hotel... Rated 5 out of 5 by great staff Friendly staff. It was our anniversary & they left a surprise of fruit with whipped cream and a bottle of bubbly in our room. We also were treated to free breakfast. The bed was so comfy and jacuzzi tub was awesome :-) will definitely stay again. March 24, 2013
