This hotel is dirty. Duct tape on the carpet, hair in the jacuzzi bath tub, the pool is the size of a postage stamp and the water was cloudy! Overall, this was the most disgusting hotel room we have ever stayed in and we will never stay her again! We checked into a "suite" for three people. The suite is one room with a pull-out sofa mattress that is like one inch high and very uncomfortable. We had a towel set for one person in a suite - what a joke! We asked for a luggage cart and it took forever to find one. When it arrived two of the wheels were flat!

Upon check in there was a small problem with our room. The staff immediately moved us to a new room and treated us with great respect. We had a wonderful time and were pleased in all aspects of our stay.

We all liked everything and everyone was nice. We did enjoy the pool and just walking around the beautiful surroundings. It was such a nice weekend weather wise, etc.

I was expecting a little better. stayed in a King Suite... The couch bed was not even made, stains on the mattress. No fan in the bathroom, ceiling in bad shape. Only received 2 towels daily even though the room sleeps 4. The music that plays outside at the entrance woke me up everynight as my room was directly above it. Really not impressed!

We stayed here after a wedding we attended. It was raining when we arrived, we got to our room to notice that the paint on the ceiling by the window was peeling off (hanging down in chunks) and that the window was leaking. I don't mean an occasional drip, it was leaking bad enough for us to call the front desk, who brought us towels to line the window (this was the "fix" for this problem). I'm sure that with further investigation I would have found mold growing near the ceiling where the leak was, but honestly I didn't want to be anymore disgusted. The next morning we were packing-up and found a half chewed dog bone just barely under our bed (we were not traveling with pets), YUCK! Obviously the room was not cleaned very well. If we attend another function in the area I'll do more research and stay somewhere nicer for the money paid.

The front desk staff was excellent with checking us in, providing information and checking us out. He was always there when we needed something- I think he might have slept there the entire weekend just so he could take care of us :).
The housekeeping staff was friendly as well. The rooms could use minor updating - the bathrooms need exhaust fans. Other than that the stay was great.

My sister & I were in town for a familyreunion. We chose this hotel instead of the on were were told to use as we felt a starwood property would be a better choice.
Unfortunately, the comforter on one bed was badly stained and not used of course and the carpet was badly stained throughout the entire room and the tub had stains.
The staff was wonderful, but the breakfast buffet was not hot and therefore, not appealing.

We stayed here one night while transiting through the region. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that night they had a Manager's reception which consisted of a nice buffet and extensive drinks for free. Obviously, it was quite packed, but very enjoyable. The pool was nice and the rooms were large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and were very pleased; however, this last time we noticed it was very run down and our room had a toilet problem that I reported twice and gave them 12 hours to fix (while I was out), only to return at 11pm to see that the problem was not touched. I would not recommend this place until they perform some repairs and maintenance on it.

In my recent stay, I made a big mistake and left my jewelry in my room after checking out. I called Joaquin as soon as I could and he took care of this with the Housekeeping Manager and thankfully retrieved my jewelry. I am greatful for the "Trustworthy" employees at this hotel... And big thanks to Joaquin for his quick action.

This was our first stay at Four Points. We used SPG points for our stay. We were so pleased with the staff. They treated us excellently. Thanks to Joaquin and Alena for making us feel welcomed. if we return to this area, we would stay here again.

Friendly staff. It was our anniversary & they left a surprise of fruit with whipped cream and a bottle of bubbly in our room. We also were treated to free breakfast. The bed was so comfy and jacuzzi tub was awesome :-) will definitely stay again.

This is our new favorite! The staff is amazing! Bryant the night desk manager, Yudie at breakfast, Chef Art making delicious free fajitas, Amy the bartender and beer tastimg poured by Nick the manager! We highly recommend it to all!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The bed and room were the most comfortable on my 10 day trip! I will look for the 4 Points Sheraton on my future road trips so that I can repeat the experience I had in Fairview Heights, Illinois!

It took us 30 minutes to get checked in due to a long line and only one representative. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower and stains in the carpet. For $189/night, I expect a little more.

Average for hotel of this nature. Clean, nice, but a little small. Food too pricey for hotel size and amenities. Did not eat in hotel so I cannot comment on quality of food.
Very close to local shopping and restaurants.

This is the second time we stayed and the suite we had was good overall with the bed being very comfortable. However, the daily cleaning of the room was sporadic at best. Dirty towels were not replaced, coffee and water was not always replenished and counters were not always wiped down. There needs to be a checklist for employees to ensure everything is completed. Also, there was a rip in the sofa in the front room and the WiFi was not consistent.

Friday evening people started to return to their rooms around 11:30 P.M . They were loud and continued to yell and party in the hallways even after requests for them to be quiet. By 1A.M they were still partying or yelling in their rooms which could be heard in adjacent rooms. Terrible night of sleep. Not what I expected or needed from a Sheraton. Will think twice about returning

We were travelling across country with two children. We were a little apprehensive of staying at Four Points with kids. This was on a Wed night. Wow! This night they had the free appetizers and free beer night. The whole family had a ball! Art came out from the kitchen to make us feel at home. He gave us some fishing tips which came in handy the next morning. We would definitely stay here again.

This is probably my second stay at this particular Four Points and I have never been disappointed. Immediate recognition as a SPG member.
The staff was very courteous and professional. I requested a rollaway prior to my arrival and my request was fulfilled.
The only minor thing was when we went for breakfast (which the food is good), the microwave was filthy however it could have been that way from early guest use.

If at all possible it would be nice to book guests with barking animals and guests with small children to a separate location within the hotel so that those guests without children or barking animals can be afforded a much quieter night thus resulting in better sleep.
Every room needs a small refridgerator an microwave so that guests who do not finish their meals will have a place to store and reheat them.
I must say that you do have the most confortable beds and pillows of most hotels that I stay in.

The furniture is in need of repair or replacement. Furniture ripped. Room dusty. Large cracks in the walls. Room very light. Bathroom tub with fungus in caulking. Chairs in the dining room dirty and in need of being repair. Chairs lumpy. Towels were gray and stiff. When we arrived the pillows were behind the TV. Bedside light did not work. Very disappointed in the condition of the Hotel!

We had a block of rooms for our wedding. The staff, and especially the Catering Manager, Dawn Booth, were very responsive and assisted greatly my bride and me and all of our guests. All of our guests staying at the hotel had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The suite for me and my wife was wonderful. The hotel was just off I-64 and easily found for those who were coming long distances. A special thank you to Dawn Booth.

The room that I was giving with the King size bed and sofa was great.,and room rate good..I was told that my room rate of $85.00 would be honored.. Me and my wife guest of the wedding party Willie B. Nelson and Betty Talyor. I enjoyed my stay.

I showed up early check in and Miranda was able to get me a room and it was an great room. I'm not sure if she did, but it felt like she bent over backwards to accommodate me upon check in, which set the tone for the whole 3 day trip.
