Terrible accomodations at this Four Points.
1. Beds are not clean, not keen on sleeping with others hairs in the bed
2. Walls are paper thin so no point in having walls as your neighbours converstaions, TV, etc. are easily heard.
3. Don't try the $9 nacho plate. Consists of tortilla chips, Old El Paso salsa, some cheese, and Horseradish??.
4. Finally during our brief stay the pool was closed.
I'm sure there are other things wrong but we didn't stay the night to find out.

I was absolutely shocked that staff was able to accommodate my last minute change in travel plans and allowed me to check out without an early departure fee on June 24th. This was truly unexpected and greatly appreciated. It is another reason why I will choose to stay at your hotel in the future when travelling to this part of Toronto

I booked this hotel given it's proximity to Terminal 3. I didn't realize just how close it was - less than a 5 minute walk and you're in the terminal. As long as you don't have mobility issues or a ton of luggage the shuttle isn't even necessary.
Although proximity was the main reason why I booked this particular hotel I was very happy with my choice for many other reasons: the front desk staff were exceptional, there was never a wait for an elevator, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and, most importantly, quiet. From our room we could see the airplanes flying in but heard nothing. No air traffic. No street traffic from Airport Road (room located on 4th floor).
Overall I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommed this Four Points location.

Location of the Hotel was great, close to airport and free shuttle service
Check in was efficient and excellent customer service.
The guest room was clean and comfortable and we had a great night sleep even though we had a few hours before our flight.
Free wireless much appreciated.
We will visit again and recommend this hotel. Thank you

We had to overnight at the Toronto airport with very little in our carry on. We were pleasantly surprised with the reasonable price of our room. The reception staff greeted us even before we walked up to the desk. There was no wait, we were checked in quickly, the clerk gave us toothbrushes, toothpaste & deodorant. We appreciated the clerk saying that she would help ensure us a good night's sleep by giving us a room away from the elevator. Our room was very comfortable. We were very happy that this hotel was located so close to the airport. We just walked across the street. Not having to depend on an airport shuttle to get back to the airport was another big plus. So overall, great value, great staff, perfect for an airport overnight stay. We would stay here again.

Besides an exceptionally well-trained staff this hotel is only a few short minutes from both Toronto terminals.
The food is above average and moderately priced as is the very fair room rate.
Clean, safe, close, and friendly, it is an easy choice for an overnight or longer stay.

Hotel is very convenient to reach from the airport and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We also held an all day meeting in the Haliburton room. The space fit 15 people very comfortably and the food was delicious!

We have stayed at the Four Point Sheraton on Airport Rd in Toronto several times over the years. Every time we receive impeccable service. The hotel staff as well as the restaurant staff are always very friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We usually stay here when we are flying somewhere the next morning and everything always goes smoothly.

A great hotel close to where I needed to be.
Very comfortable. The fist time in months I did not wake with back pain. It was such a restful sleep, I actually made inquiries regarding the type of mattress in the room. Would love to have packaged up the bed and brought it home.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a year and I must say I am more and more impressed with each stay. If I have any issue whatsoever the staff will do whatever it takes to accommodate and make it right! I had the WARMEST welcome on Friday when I checked in, it was fantastic.
If you're looking for a quiet and restful sleep this isn't the best place, so many people are coming and going because of flights at all hours you can hear a LOT of door slamming. Otherwise it is great.
Service animal guidelines definitely need an update, thank you, Jason, for getting back to me on this.
I look forward to my stay again in a couple of weeks!

The management and most of the staff at this hotel were very accomodating and kind however there were several bad apples within the front of house team that made my stay uncomfortable at times. One particular woman who assisted me with obtaining my luggage in storage after my stay was very rude and abrasive. Food service and quality was good but I had been warned to stay away from the seafood which made me choose another dinner option outside the hotel. The management team was very attentive and organized! Overall a positive experience with 'room' for growth in customer service on the front desk side of the business.

Staff, Staff and Staff is where this hotel differentiates itself from the rest. Very pleasant stay which started the moment I approached the front desk. Kudos to Farrah. Very clean room and hotel.
I will keep returning to this hotel.

A very pleasant Four Points property close to YYZ airport and with good, frequent free shuttle link. We had a comfortable room and the staff we met were all very helpful and personable. On this occasion we had time to 'try' the breakfast offered and it was very good, well presented, good choice of items, in a comfortable restaurant. The only small 'criticism' might be that the pool was cold, but we understand this is being investigated.

room was very cold even with thermostat set at 73 deg. Parking was very inadequate. Not enough spots. You are not a "Park N Fly" The snow plowing is terrible. Service in the restaurant Sunday morning was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee re fill and did not get it so we left.

Check in was processed kindly.
When I first arrived in my room, the TV did not work, there was fecal matter on the towels. Initial reaction when I called the front desk was "not to worry because it was likely a stains on the towels". They where replaced once I went down to the front desk clerk and showed them.
Although I had paid for parking, it was unavailable on site for 2 out of three nights. Had to park off site. A real inconvenience during a Canadian winter.

Booked a park and stay. Julie took our reservation over the phone and provided excellent directions to hotel. Travelling over 4 hours from out of town we were very warmly welcomed by Arnold and a female (forgot the name) at the front desk. Excellent customer service with full explanations of the property. And what a very nice property. Parked our car and returned in 7 days (late ) and was provided with a late courtesy checkout (thank you Jason). Very clean, modern and comfortable accommodation. Again very excellent check out service (same lady from when we checked in). Thank You. Will return.

My wife and I had stayed at this hotel at two separate occasions in the last two months and were extremely impressed by the great customer service for an airport hotel. We took advantage of the special deal that gave us 10 nights free parking with one night stay. I was skeptical at first because of a bad experience I had with another airport hotel nearby but the friendly and helpful staff at Four Points made us feel welcome the first moment we set foot in the hotel. The room was not big but it was clean and had everything we needed for a good night sleep before flying out the next morning. We will definitely stay at Four Points again whenever we fly out of Toronto Pearson Airport. Kudos to hotel management and staff who treat their customers as valued guests!

There is no central heating/cooling. I stayed there a couple of days ago for 2 nights. The heater blows cold (at most luke warm) air, and is EXTREMELY loud. I don't think the thermostats work properly either. And this was not just my room, we were a large group and at least 7 other rooms had the same issue. I got sick from sleeping there for 2 nights, will never go back.

We stayed and parked for a week recently at this hotel.
The hotel was very nice, comfortable rooms, and we had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. We were pleased with the proximity of the airport and thought we would stay again.
Our experience with the shuttle was terrible both for drop off and pick up. The big van was broken going to the airport and there were too many people needing rides so the delay in getting to the airport was about 1/2 hour. We ended up taking taxi ($15) so we would not be late checking in. On the return trip, I called the hotel twice to say we needed pick up. We waited for more than 1/2 hour for pick up at the designated spot C22 and were told that the shuttle had left by another hotel shuttle. Apparently the small van was being used but there was no hotel designation on the shuttle and the driver didn't announce the hotel. Again, we ended up in a taxi, but this time it was $25.
We travel frequently and have never had a problem with shuttles from any other hotels.
