This hotel is clean and offers the basic amenities that you would expect when traveling on business There are not many frills to the rooms, but they are comfortable and spacious.
The only issue that I had during my stay is that someone removed my StarPoints number from my reservation, created a new one in an address and e-mail address that didn't belong to me (with a Chinese address and e-mail address - I live in the United States) and I had to contact SPG in order to figure out what happened. Unfortunately, SPG could not help me and now I have to wait 30 days before I can transfer the points to my normal account, which is frustrating.

cleaning lady barged into my room. manager called 5 times but couldn't speak English, They wouldn't exchange USD for RMB, then they called to me that I checked out a day early even though I didn't and they never registered me as being an SPG member and charged me for internet service.

Very nice stay in this modern 4Points, close to subway station. Upgraded to Deluxe Rooms on higher floors. Breakfast is great and the coice huge. Very nice stay.
1 thing to improve: speed of internet is really bad

It is a new built hotel, so the facilities are all high standard, it is surrounded by bars&restaurants, which is very convinience for guests.
Staff are normally quite friendly, part from one girl in the reception when I checked out last time. She was very rude. I was rushed to catch a plane, or I would make a formal complaint.

2. Doorboy 毫無用處，門前停車地方不大，賓客上下車，門房都沒有及時提供協助。寄放行李時，態度也很冷淡。
3. 客房送餐的水平要提升。不過值得一提的，事情預訂的早餐，晚了約半個小時送到，APP (咖啡廳)的經理主動致歉並且免了帳單，值得表揚。
5. 有一套房房型(XX27 ??)的書桌竟然在夾層與窗戶間，這樣的設計有問題，也不方便。
6. 所有房間的TV都是 32"，一般房間還可以，但是在套房客廳，就有點太小了。

停车场比较远 有行李会很不方便 想把行李先放到大堂再去停车场 门口站着几个员工只说不让停车 也不帮着把行李拿一下 还要自己般上搬下 晚上九点多办入住 前台就一名员工 爱理不理的办自己的事 房间比较旧 多处损坏未修复 临时外出打电话延时退房 得知酒店已经自说自话退好了 还说没我电话联系不上 算是住过的最差的SPG酒店了吧
