Food was terrible, nice looking hotel, you might think you would offer a decent breakfast. Bed was too soft and wierd, pillows too puffy. Hotel looked great, but rooms are too small and too expensive. Thanks

We had stay two nights at this hotel for a labor day long weekend holiday and it was a fantastic, the front desk staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean but the TV is very old. The location of this hotel is very strategis close to the freeway and surrounded by shopping and various restaurants. This hotel have free wifi, nice pool (indoor and outdoor)
However this is the place for me if i come visit Saginaw and Birch Run Premium outlet.

We had an amazing stay from check in to check out. The staff were incredible from making a quick room change to helpful smiling friendly attitude. We were delighted and we were thankful for a great stay.
Autumn went out of her way to make our stay extraordinary. She made a quick adjustment to our room and was very helpful answering all of our questions.

I love the beds and showers in this hotel, as expected in many SPG hotels. The breakfast buffet is minimal (no hot breakfast). The gym is spacious and the pool is outdoor and indoor.

staff, rooms, new renovations were great. continental breakfast really bad. no waffles, pancakes, bfst meats, etc. their is no restaurant.

The desk staff was very accomodating and friendly. They were able to give us assistance with some of the problematic situations that we experienced due to a family medical emergency and internet information.

The hotel was under construction, meaning the pool was out-of-order and the attached restaurant was vacant. I get the feeling the hotel has seen better days and will see them again, however I stayed there during a lull.
My room was recently renovated but still felt a little dated compared to other hotels of comparable prices that I've stayed at.
Overall, for the price, I certainly could've done worse. Average hotel with a friendly staff. Very convenient shuttle service.

I was having an issue booking online so I called the hotel direct. Autumn was very helpful in booking my rooms. After arriving 2 hours late (11P) because of a flight that was delayed into Flint, the front desk was very welcoming. My wake up calls (always need more than 1) were set without issue & I was given good suggestions for Dinner on town & where to even catch a movie. Hopefully the restaurant will reopen soon.

I just wanted to let someone know how great Nathan and the rest of your staff are. We stayed as part of a large group this weekend. They were friendly, flexible, accommodating, and more. When we had any requests, they were quick to fulfill them. We will definitely be back to your hotel. Thank you for making our stay the best we have experienced!!

Staff was very helpful and Dave the maintenance guy is a true gentleman during the incident that took place, even being under construction there was not alot of noise, this was not our first stay there and it will not be our last next time in the area we will choose Four Points Sheraton Saginaw.

Have stayed 3 times this summer, 4th time already booked. The staff makes this hotel - they are so friendly and accommodating. I don't particularly like being away from home, but they have done everything possible to make me feel at home during my stay. The restaurant that was in the hotel recently closed. In a testament to their focus on customer service, they have arranged for free delivery from a chain restaurant to the hotel for guests. I don't what their training plan is for staff, but they should patented it. Their customer service is exceptional. While the property is showing its age (I understand they are due for a renovation this year), my room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. They offer a complimentary breakfast which is quite good. During my most recent stay, they offered a coffee bar during the evenings in the lobby. A very nice touch for the traveler. While there are lots of other hotels in the area, this one is always my first choice. They have made me a loyal Sheraton guest.

The hotel was great, the staff was friendly and made us feel like we were at home. The hotel was under construction at the time so it was a little messy but the rooms were clean and looked great! We will defiantly be back and can't wait to see the finished product.

Our room was a nice remodel. The rest of hotel under construction. One major thing. Why did you put in windows that can't open. I HATE THAT!!!! It's suffocating. It was a beautiful, cool night in the 50s in July and we were forced to use A/C. Not only is it totally uncomfortable to be locked in without air, but YOU have to pay for that totally unneccesary use of electricity and it's a waste of resources. Change the Windows to open and add whole room fans, and how about SOLAR? Get Green, not washing towels every day doesn't cut it. Send this to corporate please.
Also, having 4 TV's in the breakfast room--all on different channels--was really obnoxious.

I arrived in a snow storm and the automatic doors did not work. I knocked on the glass without any luck so I started to head around the building to find another way in. Someone did finally come and I was told the sensor does that from time to time. If you know your having issues, I would expect you to fix it. As I was checking in, the person assisting me answered the phone and ignored me. As I went on my way(her still on the phone) i went the wrong direction and she did not bother to say anything. Not how I like to start my arrivals at a hotel. The rooms are poor(facelift coming) everything seems outdated. Until they get better help and complete their facelift, I would stay away.

We stayed there April 4and 5th, we went to the pool, other guests were letting ther friends come into the pool.They told them where to park and then let them in There was app 20 of them Let kids in the hot tub .We have stayed here many times but this time was. Awful.It was better before they remodelled. No longer have a steam room

This was my first experience with 4 Points Sheraton. I was impressed from the moment I made the reservation to the moment I checked out. The staff was courteous, Professional and friendly...and because my stay involved Bereavement, they were very attentive to my needs...(Directions, late check out).

The physical plant of this hotel leaves much to be desired! Old, old, old...old dirty carpeting, old televisions that don't work properly, old furnishings! Sheraton should be ashamed! Electrical problems so that my hairdryer and curling iron wouldn't work. Attached Damon's for complimentary breakfast...left alot to be desired also. Ordered dinner, didn't bring drink. I had to call twice before they finally brought it, by then food was cold. Not a fun stay! That being said, desk staff and maintenance staff were VERY nice and helpful!! Too bad they are stuck in this hotel!

The hotel is currently being renovated, which we understood when we booked. We stayed in a newly renovated room. The design was excellent and up to date, especially the bathroom. Two criticisms: the shower door didn't fit properly and therefore wasn't sealed to keep the water in. This should be adjusted by the workmen. More importantly, the lights all used the "new" bulbs, but the light was unduly bright-white "harsh." Need to change the bulbs to something with warmer light. Really was a distraction.
The breakfast provided was adequate, but not "delicious."

hotel under construction. Should be closed during construction. Messy, uncomfortable - expected a lobby with coffee etc. no lobby at all - under construction. makeshift rooms for continental breakfast. Messy and unappealing. Terrible selection (food) for cont. breakfast and not stocked on supplies or food items when I arrived in room at 9:00 am - had to go find someone twice to restock and resupply. My room had already been renovated but the bed was very uncomfortable, the shower was dirty and the bathroom was not stocked with extra TP or towels.

We have stayed here several times. Each time was a great all around experience. The staff are always top notch. The recent renovations, no doubt, put this hotel at the top of it class! We really look forward to our next visit.

It's 6 am and the construction crew is rolling carts -by 7:00 hey are outside my door talking about their work day! Seriously wait till 8 or 9 or just use your inside voices! Hotel will be nice when done but should have closed areas or restricted work hours.
