Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel Rocks! We stayed for my sister's wedding and this hotel was awesome! The pool is indoor/outdoor, which I thought was neat. There wasn't a restaurant on-site, but I was informed there would be an Uno's Chicago Grill opening soon. I live out of town, but I have family in Saginaw, so I will definitely return! Very clean hotel! August 27, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Home away from home I was having an issue booking online so I called the hotel direct. Autumn was very helpful in booking my rooms. After arriving 2 hours late (11P) because of a flight that was delayed into Flint, the front desk was very welcoming. My wake up calls (always need more than 1) were set without issue & I was given good suggestions for Dinner on town & where to even catch a movie. Hopefully the restaurant will reopen soon. Rated 5 out of 5 by Room Lighting Terrible Have stayed at this location many times over the years. The upgrading / redecorating is really nice. However, they've installed florescent lighting in the rooms and it is terrible. The lighting levels are insufficient and the lighting is on the whiter end of the spectrum which makes the room seem clinical, almost hospital-like. It is not warm or inviting and is absolutely a terrible choice. Swapping out the light bulbs s for a warmer-spectrum, and brighter, would make a huge difference. The beds are fantastic. Best night of sleep I've had in a long time. Staff great. Additionally, room too hot and dry. Was unable to reduce the room temp below 65 using either the heat or AC. Shut it off completely yet room still way to warm for sleeping. No windows to open. And absolutely no humidity so stuffy and sinuses clogged because air too hot and dry. Fix the lighting, please, and allow for better climate control. November 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Atmosphere in general. Everything was set in order. I was there for five nights and everyday they straightened up my room. If needed they left clean linen. The continental breakfast was excellent and it saves. Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others. August 18, 2014

The staff were incredible from making a quick room change to helpful smiling friendly attitude. We were delighted and we were thankful for a great stay. Autumn went out of her way to make our stay extraordinary. She made a quick adjustment to our room and was very helpful answering all of our questions. Thank you! May 12, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Excellent service Called to inquire about the availability of king suite, and Jessica was so gracious that she offered to upgrade our room to King suite to accommodate our family of 4 without being asked. The room was very spacious, staff were very friendly and nice. The room needs some upgrade. TVs are fuzzy, still the old big chancy ones. Dinning area is too dime. August 9, 2012

They were friendly, flexible, accommodating, and more. When we had any requests, they were quick to fulfill them. We will definitely be back to your hotel. Rated 3 out of 5 by Pool issues We stayed there April 4and 5th, we went to the pool, other guests were letting ther friends come into the pool.They told them where to park and then let them in There was app 20 of them Let kids in the hot tub .We have stayed here many times but this time was. Awful.It was better before they remodelled. No longer have a steam room April 7, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great property Have stayed 3 times this summer, 4th time already booked. The staff makes this hotel - they are so friendly and accommodating. I don't particularly like being away from home, but they have done everything possible to make me feel at home during my stay. The restaurant that was in the hotel recently closed. In a testament to their focus on customer service, they have arranged for free delivery from a chain restaurant to the hotel for guests. I don't what their training plan is for staff, but they should patented it. Their customer service is exceptional. While the property is showing its age (I understand they are due for a renovation this year), my room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. They offer a complimentary breakfast which is quite good. During my most recent stay, they offered a coffee bar during the evenings in the lobby. A very nice touch for the traveler. While there are lots of other hotels in the area, this one is always my first choice. They have made me a loyal Sheraton guest. July 25, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Renovation Communication The hotel was being renovated and was not mentioned at booking. The hotel was rather warm, but room was adjustable. The construction outside affected no use of the outdoor pool which was a let down being the weekend and very hot. Wish I would have been told prior to booking. July 22, 2013

The hotel was under construction at the time so it was a little messy but the rooms were clean and looked great! We will defiantly be back and can't wait to see the finished product. November 3, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Stayed here for funeral function Food was terrible, nice looking hotel, you might think you would offer a decent breakfast. Bed was too soft and wierd, pillows too puffy. Hotel looked great, but rooms are too small and too expensive. Thanks June 12, 2014

I can appreciate the Hotel undergoing renovations as it is evident that they need to, but our overall stay was good. April 22, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Under construction... But The hotel is under major renovations. But our new room was really beautiful. Beds are wonderful. Bathroom a little small. Staff outstanding. Noise stops at 5pm. So we were not bothered. I gave it a 3 star because of the renovation and dust, etc. September 15, 2013
