Everything was set in order. I was there for five nights and everyday they straightened up my room. If needed they left clean linen. The continental breakfast was excellent and it saves. Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in that it is extremely clean and the hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. One of the hotel managers, Michele Miller was outstanding to us! She made our last night at the hotel extra special by allowing us to eat on the outdoor patio and provided us with a tablecloth, hotel dishes, silverware and candles! We ordered Chinese take-out, ate on the outdoor patio beside the pool by candlelight! What is better than that?

The hotel has been remodeled and is very appealing inside and out. We were treated very well. The breakfast was a nice touch (continental). This hotel was one of the better Four Points hotels we have stayed at. Location is very convenient too.

Upon arrival the front desk said that the room was ready, when we went up to our room it was not ready(bed was torn apart, was scheduled for a deep cleaning). there was too many unsupervised children at the pool. No information guides about the local area/what the hotel has too offer like most hotels. Was under the impression there was a dinning room located in the hotel but there wasn't.

Our room was a nice remodel. The rest of hotel under construction. One major thing. Why did you put in windows that can't open. I HATE THAT!!!! It's suffocating. It was a beautiful, cool night in the 50s in July and we were forced to use A/C. Not only is it totally uncomfortable to be locked in without air, but YOU have to pay for that totally unneccesary use of electricity and it's a waste of resources. Change the Windows to open and add whole room fans, and how about SOLAR? Get Green, not washing towels every day doesn't cut it. Send this to corporate please.
Also, having 4 TV's in the breakfast room--all on different channels--was really obnoxious.

The desk staff was very accomodating and friendly. They were able to give us assistance with some of the problematic situations that we experienced due to a family medical emergency and internet information.

Using the SPG app, I booked a AAA rate that included breakfast ($139/night) (without breakfast AAA rate was $119/night). At check in, was advised restaurant was closed for remodeling, so I asked that my rate be adjusted to be the AAA rate without breakfast. I was told that the best they could do was $129. Once I got to the room, I went online and saw that I could still book AAA rate for $119. Took a snapshot of the screen, went front desk, was told that's an internet only rate. Fine I said, I booked using the SPG app, no mention of the restaurant being closed or I would have booked the regular AAA rate for $119. Just honor the AAA rate of $119. They then gave me a choice of $99 or $129 with 4000 bonus points.
How crazy is that, I only wanted the rate I was entitled to, wasn't looking for anything better, any other incentive, just the available rate.

For Saginaw, this is a great hotel. Cleanliness and decor are great, and the staff is my favorite part.
The drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't offer room service, the continental breakfast is a little basic (would like more fruit, for example), and for those that do yoga in their room, it is too small.
That said, I overall enjoyed my experience at this hotel and will stay there for the rest of the year.

Food was terrible, nice looking hotel, you might think you would offer a decent breakfast. Bed was too soft and wierd, pillows too puffy. Hotel looked great, but rooms are too small and too expensive. Thanks

The hotel was under construction, meaning the pool was out-of-order and the attached restaurant was vacant. I get the feeling the hotel has seen better days and will see them again, however I stayed there during a lull.
My room was recently renovated but still felt a little dated compared to other hotels of comparable prices that I've stayed at.
Overall, for the price, I certainly could've done worse. Average hotel with a friendly staff. Very convenient shuttle service.

We had an amazing stay from check in to check out. The staff were incredible from making a quick room change to helpful smiling friendly attitude. We were delighted and we were thankful for a great stay.
Autumn went out of her way to make our stay extraordinary. She made a quick adjustment to our room and was very helpful answering all of our questions.

I was having an issue booking online so I called the hotel direct. Autumn was very helpful in booking my rooms. After arriving 2 hours late (11P) because of a flight that was delayed into Flint, the front desk was very welcoming. My wake up calls (always need more than 1) were set without issue & I was given good suggestions for Dinner on town & where to even catch a movie. Hopefully the restaurant will reopen soon.

Breakfast food was good. However, the "hostess" taking care of things was not very friendly. The first time she came in she put a coffee pot on the counter and didn't say a word to anyone. I thought maybe she had taken it and was returning it and didn't work for 4 Points. The 2nd time she came in I saw her replacing some of the food items--again not saying a word to anyone. The 3rd time she came in I spoke directly to her and said "The coffee is very good" Her reply was something like "I just push the buttons".
Maybe she just had a bad night and really didn't want to be there.

We stayed there April 4and 5th, we went to the pool, other guests were letting ther friends come into the pool.They told them where to park and then let them in There was app 20 of them Let kids in the hot tub .We have stayed here many times but this time was. Awful.It was better before they remodelled. No longer have a steam room

Called to inquire about the availability of king suite, and Jessica was so gracious that she offered to upgrade our room to King suite to accommodate our family of 4 without being asked. The room was very spacious, staff were very friendly and nice. The room needs some upgrade. TVs are fuzzy, still the old big chancy ones. Dinning area is too dime.

I just wanted to let someone know how great Nathan and the rest of your staff are. We stayed as part of a large group this weekend. They were friendly, flexible, accommodating, and more. When we had any requests, they were quick to fulfill them. We will definitely be back to your hotel. Thank you for making our stay the best we have experienced!!

Staff was very helpful and Dave the maintenance guy is a true gentleman during the incident that took place, even being under construction there was not alot of noise, this was not our first stay there and it will not be our last next time in the area we will choose Four Points Sheraton Saginaw.

Have stayed 3 times this summer, 4th time already booked. The staff makes this hotel - they are so friendly and accommodating. I don't particularly like being away from home, but they have done everything possible to make me feel at home during my stay. The restaurant that was in the hotel recently closed. In a testament to their focus on customer service, they have arranged for free delivery from a chain restaurant to the hotel for guests. I don't what their training plan is for staff, but they should patented it. Their customer service is exceptional. While the property is showing its age (I understand they are due for a renovation this year), my room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. They offer a complimentary breakfast which is quite good. During my most recent stay, they offered a coffee bar during the evenings in the lobby. A very nice touch for the traveler. While there are lots of other hotels in the area, this one is always my first choice. They have made me a loyal Sheraton guest.

The hotel was being renovated and was not mentioned at booking. The hotel was rather warm, but room was adjustable. The construction outside affected no use of the outdoor pool which was a let down being the weekend and very hot. Wish I would have been told prior to booking.

The hotel was great, the staff was friendly and made us feel like we were at home. The hotel was under construction at the time so it was a little messy but the rooms were clean and looked great! We will defiantly be back and can't wait to see the finished product.

Although our light bulb burnt out at 9pm on Saturday evening, the Hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from the interstate. I can appreciate the Hotel undergoing renovations as it is evident that they need to, but our overall stay was good.

The hotel is under major renovations. But our new room was really beautiful. Beds are wonderful. Bathroom a little small. Staff outstanding. Noise stops at 5pm. So we were not bothered. I gave it a 3 star because of the renovation and dust, etc.

Staff was exceptional; they had my comfort in mind. The room was lovely too; I'm glad I chose the Sheraton. Two drawbacks: the shower is set up so that you have to be in the shower to turn it on, and it's a faucet that starts out 'cold.' The design could definitely be better - and, the vending area on the 5th floor had only drinks, no snacks.
Neither of these would cause me to pass on the chance to stay here again!
