Rated 4 out of 5 by A great proximity of Football stadium, and downtown Servus. FP Sheration Olympiapark is in good range of all - not being in heart of action. It makes bit of tranquility, if you are with family. Rooms are good, although it would be nice to have few sqm wider rooms in general. Otherwise, breakfast is overall very good with a great staff. Amenities in rooms, bit upgrade would be nice. Good Customer Service in general is always appreciated. August 27, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Starting Point Hotel is very well located near the metro to visit Munich and the BMW Museum/Welt. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast plus parking facility. August 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel is my first place in Munich This Hotel is very exciting. Nice and friendly service. Very good brakefast. August 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel has a great personality This Hotel has the best flair to come down after a hard day at work. All are very friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms fits perfect to the need. July 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by hotel has convienient location I am missing in summer time a good airconsditon system June 14, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel Room/ Policy The room had a dirty lampshade, no clock and the accessible wall socket to plug in a charger was loose from the wall. There were no desktop electrical plug-ins or any that were above the normal level. You are not allowed to eat in the lobby with your own food, which is embarrassing because there are no signs to tell you that. It is a lobby and no differentiation that there a bar. It isn't even a restaurant though they will find a way to get you the basics. When you enter the hallway, my first impression was that it reminded me of a hospital because of the white walls, bordered in yellow. Very plain. I can also see why there were limited pictures of the exterior on the website. The best thing about this hotel is the location. I know it isn't downtown but that is okay. May 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent service Excellent service. Small problems were resolved quickly. No other type of problems. April 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice recognition join Check and Check Out! The Check in and Check Out was warm welcoming!!! March 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location Located in an apartment village, lots of amenities adjacent to the lobby, short walk to the subway, the BMW museum, and Olympiapark. Very friendly staff, great and affordable beer on tap. March 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Yery good value for the price Yery good value for the price Only a few walking minutes to the Olympia tube station clean rooms, very good beds a bit crowed at the breakfast no free internet in the lobby (compared to Sheraton standards) February 11, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great price...limited expectations Front desk can't manage Platinum checkout automatically. No air conditioning (not needed this trip). WONDERFUL price, great location. If you're traveling by yourself, and are okay with a closet sized Executive space, the price can't be beat. February 10, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by The breakfast was below standart The breakfast in the hotel was below average. The hot food was cold and the bread old. The guest can get their coffe on a standart coffe maschine and you only get orange juice from a service maschine. The varity of food was to bad for a 4 * hotel. All in all - the breakfast in this hotel was never in the correlation to any standard of a 4*hotel. February 2, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Parking facilities and dining Parking space and way to to the hotel was hard to find. Wanted to eat in the restaurant. There was only a lobby restaurant with small dishes. No great dining opportunities in the near of the hotel. January 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Accessible Hotel Our stay at Olympiapark was comfortable. The hotel is only a short walk from the underground and only a few stops and one transfer from the city center. Also, it is situated near several small shops, bakeries and even a nice supermarket. The hotel staff was excellent and the internet connection was above average as hotels go. It is a place that I would stay again. December 2, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by great staff and facilities I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area of Munich. The staff went out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. November 4, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by all you need on your business travel This hotel is very well located, near to olimpiapark subway, you can easily reach any point in Munich. There are also supermarkets on the ground floor very usefull you you have a long stay. The breakfast has a lot of variety , the rooms are very spacious and the staff is always ready to answer to your requests, although not being a very fashionable hotel for me is one of the best options to stay in Munich. Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel staff not competent and no platinum recognition This hotel continually screwed up my reservation, my platinum status was not recognized, and when I checked out, it took 45 minutes and I was unable to get an itemized receipt to understand why my bill was the amount it was. The facilities are nice but don't stay here unless you have to. October 3, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Basic Hotel From the outside, probably one of the most hideous facilities I have ever stayed at, the insides are all in reasonable condition. As a result: would stay there again, depending on the price of this hotel and the other, nicer alternatives October 1, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A great place to stay Nice place to stay, outside the centre of Munich, but still close to the city centre. September 24, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient to BMW Welt and Olympic Park Comfortable hotel best for visitors to BMW Welt and Olympic Park. Hotel is in the midst of a small commercial complex which has a bank, post office, Internet shop and several fast food type restaurants as well as a small market and other stores. September 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel excellent rooms Once found (Bigger name sign required) a very comfortable Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff made me feel at home. My room was very clean and comfortable and a good size, with excellent views of the Olympic Park. September 7, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Like a Sauna! No Air Conditioning! Seriously, it's 2012 and no AC? It was only 80 degrees outside but the hotel never cooled down. August 28, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs major improvements Incredible that in the 21st century a 3 star hotel does not have air conditionning in each room. It was pretty difficult even to find a fan and even that didn't help to reduce the heat of the room. August 24, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Executive room I had booked an executive room, but it was just an average room, based on the fire escape details. Why an earth you would pay extra, if not having nothing premium? I have been in the corner rooms with additional free minibar (say, free 2x Apfelsaft, 2xBeer, 2xWasser), but the room was even little bit of out of normal. I could see something, if there was a lounge where to relax, but this is something, I cannot reall ysee worth of paying. August 22, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by very pleasant staff Great hotel.very comfortable beds. The only down side was the signage for the hotel.we did not see signs large enough to let us know where hotel was. Other than that it is a great hotel. July 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Value but with Caveats Judging against other Four Points, this one generally fares very favorably. It is, however, an old property and was built to the standards of the Olympic Village not a modern hotel. It has a somewhat institutional feel with long non-descript corridors and cookie-cutter rooms. While pleasantly decorated, the rooms lack air-conditioning. Depending on the time of the year and the temperature, this could make for an unbearable stay. I believe this fact should be more emphasized on the SPG sites as I had no idea and happened there during very warm weather. The staff was gracious and helpful. SPG benefits are almost a moot point as the rooms are virtually all the same. I was upgraded to "executive" but couldn't really figure out the difference. WiFi and water were provided. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was not operational in the evening. There was bar food available though in the lobby and it was very good and well-priced. July 15, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not up to the standard The only positive aspect of the hotel location is the vicinity to the Olympiapark, which is worth visiting although certainly not on top of the Munich 'must view'. Apart from that, it is in the middle of nowhere, hard to reach, there is very little dining offering in the surroundings (the hotel has no restaurant). Because of the Denkmalschutz (I think) there is no air conditioning in the room. This turned my stay in an awful experience (it was July and very hot). July 11, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Hotel It was a nice hotel. I stayed there 12 days. Everything is good. and the employees are very kind and friendly. July 2, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good, but still need more Central air-conditional system. ( I felt a bit warm). Not enough functional refregiator. June 29, 2012
