This hotel is very close to Universal Studio. Room may seem a little bit old but everything is fully functional and quite comfortable, just like other Four Points hotels.
Since I just stayed one night here so I didn't interact with a lot of staff. Everyone I meet was quite friendly.

The Hotel Staff at this Hotel is the best we have ever experienced in Orlando. The service is great and the people are very nice & friendly. Special accommodations are made for Special Needs guests. My son Kyle will not settle for any other Hotel. The view and room service are also Great! Awesome Hotel Management!!

The staff that checked me in was fantastic, but that was where the service ended. For three days I had to swipe my key card about 20 times each time I tried to enter my room before the room door opened. The TV did not work. A tech fixed it and soon after words is broke again and remained that way through my entire stay. The ice machine was not functioning and had to travel all the way to floor 18 for ice. These were minor issues in comparison to the privacy and quietness of the room. There is a door between my room and the adjacent room. The door is thin and a huge gap existed between the door and the floor allowing anything above a whisper in the room next door to be clearly heard in my room and vice versa. I heard every phone conversation that took place in the next room as if they were standing right next to me. I am sure it was the same for my neighbor. It was a disappointing stay. I will rate this stay as the top three worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.

According to my family and me this is our home away from home. We love the proximity to everything, the friendly atmosphere, the clean,comfortable rooms, and the good food in the restaurant. We have stayed here many times and intend to return again, this year.

From the morning we checked in to the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Studio City, we were treated with warmth, efficiency and awesome hospitality. Our upgraded room was unbelievable and oh so immaculate!! All I know is that our stay was over way too quickly and we're looking forward to return soon!!

We were happy with our stay until the check out time. the room sizes are not bad actually. My husband and I are Gold spg members. We were shocked to find out that we were getting charge $10 per day for hotel internet use and parking facilities. Per Spg.com
it says: Wireless High Speed Internet Access in All Guest Rooms (Complimentary)and Self Parking Facility (Free). According to the staff, the hotel web site indicates that there is $10 charge for the above mentioned items. I told them as spg member all I care is what the spg.com web site says. I told them I even confirmed that over the phone with the spg rep regarding the internet access. they finally took the charges but I still found it very upsetting. we had two rooms reserved and our young adult children were going to spend last night with my family members. But we decided to leave early from our room so we don't have to go through the same experience again during our check out. As SPG Gold member this was not acceptable.

THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT
THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS TOP NOTCH, LACKING NOTHING
SECURITY FEATURES IN PLACE AWESOME
ROOMS WERE GREAT WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW WAS ON 21 FLOOR
FOR ME THERE'S NO NEED TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE THAN THE SHERATON 4 POINTS ORLANDO STUDIO CITY ON ALL MY VISTS TO ORLANDO.

This hotel is very close to the Universal theme parks and CityWalk. If the intent of your vacation is to have a place to sleep, while you spend your time awake time at the parks, this is the location for you. It did not having the relaxing resort feel which you might slightly expect with the $10 facility charge.

Stayed at this hotel for one week and received great value for the rate. Stayed in a room on the 21st floor with good panorama view. Hotel service is very good and the staff is very professional. The location of the hotel is fantastic with major malls and attractions just minutes away from the hotel location.

The location was perfect, and the staff treated me like family. The bar tenders and staff were exceptional in making me feel at home. The Laundromat was really a plus while staying for twelve days.The beds were very comfortable,and the rooms were spotless. Will most definitely return next year.

The hotel has a great location but needs to be renovated. Air conditioning in my kids room was not working well but a technichian visited us right away. No light in one of the lamps. Ice machine in the 18th. floor out of order. Little things like those made a bad impression of the hotel

Our room smelled like perfume and cigarette smoke. Glass rings were showing on ac unit. Soap was missing. It looked like someone had just been in the room. The shower was dirty, the carpet was dirty.
Sheets were just a top sheet covering mattress-not a fitted one. Very disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel from 14th Nov. 2011 for 4 nights. Basic one star service. poor or non recognition for a platinum member. room has a coffee maker but they supply only single serving. basic service all round and I will never stay there again and will never recommend to anybody.

Enjoyed my stay at Four Points. The staff was very friendly well trained and made my stay very enjoyable. My room was clean and very comfortable. The accomidations overall were excellent. I would definitely recommend this location and stay again when I visit the Orlado area.

We were on the 17th floor and could see the surrounding area of Orlando beautifully! Wet and Wild was right there. The night skyline was fabulous! Location, location, location! Great time!

Positives: Location. Close to popular Orlando attractions and restaurants.
As a Starwood Preferred Guest, we usually receive an upgrade on the room if available. The front desk staff said they were unaware of this. When we arrived it was late and dark outside. I asked for a bellman and was told there were none at this hotel. There was also no valet. I had to leave my tired child in the lobby unattended to park the car very far from the entrance. There were 40+ parking spaces roped off (like a valet service would do). After returning all sweaty from finally finding parking, I was told by the staff that the parking was for an event the PREVIOUS day!!! Also, you had to go 10 floors down to get ice! Many floors the sign says ICE, only you find a lone coke machine. There were unsupervised teenagers everywhere in the lobby, halls, etc. Not worth the $$$ when you could stay somewhere half the price and have the same ZERO amenities. Or pay $100 more and stay at a hotel where there is service. I was VERY disappointed in this stay.

I was so impressed with the entire experience right from the booking to departure. This is one of my favorite locations, too. Aly at the front desk made the checkin time very smooth and fun. It is so refreshing to see someone who really enjoys their job.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff is top notch and went out of their way to take care of our needs and questions. My only wish is that there was a fridge provided. I was told that all rooms will get fridges and microwaves soon.

This hotel met all my expectations. It is a very clean hotel and the rooms are nice. It is located just down the road from Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure as well as many other attractions. I will stay here again the next time I am in Orlando.

From reserving the room to completing our stay, the staff was great. We had an early function and was given a room at a very early time. Our departure time was even extended. The pool and its surrounding area is being renovated so no comments there.

WORST NIGHT'S STAY IN MY LIFE. HOTEL IS GRUNGY AND CHEAP. NONE OF THE TV'S WERE WORKING IN THE HOTEL, THE WINDOW SHADES WERE BROKEN, AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER SO I HAD TO TAKE A COLD SHOWER. THE ROOMS ARE DAMP AND MILDEWY. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff---at all levels. Attractive and comfortable lobby and amenities. My room had all top-notch amenities---coffee, free WiFi, large screen TV with easy to negotiate controller, etc. This is a really nice hotel!

Overall the room was clean,but I was very surprised that there was no curatin in the room to close and block out the lights. The lights from the outside were very disruptive to my sleep.There was no sugar or cream for the coffee in the room.

Had three rooms for a family stay in Orlando. We got in early to spend the day in local attrations. It was too early for check-in so we did a pre-check in and our keys were supposed to be waiting for us at the front desk when we returned in the evening. Some of our party returned sooner than the others and the front desk argued with them that the keys had already been distributed, but in fact they had not, so getting the keys for the room took longer than it should have and with added aggrevation. One room was on a different floor and had a barking dog all night. Guests with pets should not be mixed with guests without pets on the same floor. Two rooms were on a floor above and one of the rooms was heavily polluted with cigarrette smoke odor. The hotel was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel which is one of the reasons why I picked it. I did bring all of this to the attention of the front destk at check out. Other than those things that need to be more carefully addressed the hotel was centrally located for our needs and was also clean and beds comfortable.

Promise of a high floor on reservation confirmation was not met. When we mentioned this it was shrugged off with a comment that a "large group" had the top floors. SPG gold preferred meant nothing here.

I've stayed at this location MANY times and will continue to stay here again in the future. The traffic is very bad due to road construciton but that is of no fault of the hotel. I did have a problem with the people in the next room talking very loudly till 1-2am. I called security and they came out and did nothing but to tell the people there was a noise complaint. I had to call for security a second time and when I called the front desk nobody answered. I hung up and called again and the clerk finally answered and said his phones were ringing off the hook and he was the only staff member. I can't see phones ringing off the hook at 2am??? As soon as security left the other room on the first visit I heard them talking again, the security visit was useless. This was the 1st time I've ever had an issue with noise from a near-by room.

I was charged $45 on check out for shuttle, Wi-Fi etc . none of which I used and none of which I was aware of . This charge was not negotiable. This has left a bad taste and spoilt an otherwise pleasant stay.
