Rated 5 out of 5 by TerrySanDiego Amazing Friendly Staff
This is my third annual stay at this hotel for our annual sales mission. Staff always goes above and beyond to accomadate us, that is why we keep on coming back.
Perfect location, great lobby restaurant (only 4 star was due to the bar being closed). Sales staff was there to meet our bus, above and beyond what she needed to do.

This hotel was a pit! Filthy ! Family flew in late and upon their arrival were told they didn't have a room so had to sleep on the floor in my brothers room.Very nasty dirty carpets stained, stairways were litered with trash. Bathrooms looked like they were remodeled but doorhad a big gap in it so NO privacy. NEVER ever again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by stupidnicknamerequyired Not as good as other Four Points
Generally OK, but had the feel of being a remodel of an older motel... the room was ok but just.
They placed an authorization on my credit card ahead of time for any incidental purchases which seems inappropriate. Kind of assuming your customer is a thief... not a good way to win my repeat business.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gl123 Four Points Tempe
This is the fourth Four Points that I have stayed in. Of all four the staff at the front desk was most friendliest at this facility. However, the room confort and cleanliness would rank last. The bed felt old, the carpet was rising, and while clean it was not overly clean like most starwood hotels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MiltB31 customer service to guests
The customer sevice to the guests is why i stay there. They listen and take the extra step to help your stay more pleasant. I stay in 190-200 hotels a year and most do not attempt to help you beyond the basic service.
I like the food there and the wait staff is very polite.
thanks a bunch

Rated 2 out of 5 by Luke11 disappointed
as a gold member, i am disappointed with this facility for 1. room wasn't cleaned: found beer cap and dirty sink; and 2. room is noisy. this hotel is located near ASU/downtown Tempe with a filmsy sliding door. Could not sleep at all and constantly woke up by drunk people on the street.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Knim 5 Star Staff
Excellent location, close to airport, ASU, restaurants and shopping. Staff were so professional, nice, helpful and great at anticipating my needs. My room was a bit dated, carpet worn and dirty..otherwise an excellent vlaue for the money. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Rated 4 out of 5 by herb98 Hotel offers diverse ammenities
Associates are pleasant. Appreciate the breakfast and food offerings at this location. Would like more attention to the workout room - Sanitizing wipes, towels refilled when need and maintenance to the machines.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rohitm Great location, good hotel
Full marks to the staff, very helpful and courteous. What you can improve on are the beds ( not very comfortable ) and definitely the bathrooms ...quiet frankly they look very bare and cheap. .. Once you get those right you guys will be a rocking 5 star rated hotel in my books.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MonkeyBiz Great staff, average room
I would like to have had a fridge and/or microwave oven in the room. Also, would've enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Even though the room was a bit old, it was clean, especially the bathroom. Staff was delightful. Internet was not available for for my portable devices.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sassatude This hotel is not reccommended
This hotel has horrible beds. They were as hard as a rock. It was also extremely noisy at night. The bathroom doors in the rooms offer no privacy. The room itself was okay. The breakfast buffet was at least good. The shuttle drivers had no clue where they were going.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MarkG999 Midnight Construciton should have been disclosed
I stayed with you guys on Thursday night and could not get to sleep till well after 1am. The construction crew working next door on the parking structure poured concrete till 1 am. This should have been disclosed and i would never have stayed at this location.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ATB1 Room was not cleaned right away
I went to ASU at 7:30am and when I got back at 3:00pm my room was still not cleaned. The cleaning people knocked at my door at 3:15 wanting to clean the room. I told them just give me towels. Also, they do not know how to make a simple drink at the bar.

I stayed at your hotel because it was close to my grandson's school as he stayed over night with me. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. The bartender was great!! He engaged in conversation with my 11 year old grandson which was great!

My stay was great the only down fall was the other guests who would let the room door SLAM, SLAM the glass shower door or the full blown & loud converstations in the hallway. The Staff was great & very friendly. I would stay there again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by thebear Modest hotel, across from ASU.
Room was clean and adequate, long walk from lobby to other end of hotel where room was located. Had another door for enter and exit here as well. Construction going on next door starting B4 8AM no bother as I was on street side.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kevin44 Solid Stay in Phoenix
The staff was friendly; it was quiet and comfortable; everyone there stepped up to the plate during spring training! This is also conveniently located for anyone wishing to visit the largest university in the nation. Great job!

Rated 4 out of 5 by wbd88 Convenient to ASU and comfortable
A comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. I had several special requests that were all met with efficiency and courtesy. I would like to complement Lonyetta of the front desk staff who was especially helpful to me at check in.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jimmymac Needs work
The room smelled of mold. Updated but not acceptable. Front desk person seemed clueless. FT so do NOT need instructions on how to use a key. Hot water was closed at sink! Probably one of the sources of moldy smell?

Rated 4 out of 5 by BK1964 Not bad, too much smoke smell
Lots of smoke smell in a smoke free hotel, we had to move rooms.
Bar "out of order" man, lots of lost revenue.
Terrell at front desk a great employee.
Watch out for extremely slippery bathroom floors when wet, like ice.

The hotel is rustic. The staff is very warm and friendly. Their food was top quality and the prices were truly reasonable.
We found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious with a unique sliding door for the bathroom.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ChicagoVisitor Can't believe this is a Sheraton SPG Hotel
Stayed February 7 thru 12. First room given to us was not serviced by housekeeping. Had a late check in, had been travelling all day, not what I wanted at 10PM at night. Room air conditioner is too noisy. Needed to run all night in February just to keep room comfortable. Can't imagine staying here in July! Armoire provided was too small for 2 people staying for 6 days. No extra storage space provided. Area to hang pants was too short to hang pants without folding! Bed was okay, nothing special. Did not receive SPG benefits. Only received paper 1 day. Never got any additional bottled water after initial check in. February should be peak season, but hotel seemed understaffed. Bar never opened before 4PM, even on Saturday. Swimming pool is advertised as heated but was not. Insufficient amount of lounge chairs in pool area. Hot breakfast items were of poor quality. Says there the rooms are new, but clearly not. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Got a discount rate thru the grroup I was staying with, but even that rate was overpriced. This hotel is not much more than a boutique style hotel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dceeh Room key system
I was given a key to an occupied room. The desk clerk handled it beautifully. It was not her fault. Apparently the system allowed her to program the key in error. You need a fail-safe in that regard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MELL13 Great service! Warm and friendly staff
The staff went out of their way to meet our needs. From the front desk to the cleaning staff we never had to ask twice for anything we needed. It was a busy week because of ASU graduation. Thank You

Rated 3 out of 5 by Chadly08 Not an upscale hotel
The queen beds were gone. So we were told a roll away bed would be brought up. We never received one. There was also construction going on outside our window.
It started really early and woke us up.

The hotel staff are very helpful and the accommodations are comfortable. It is close to ASU (10-15 minutes walk in November) and the hotel shuttle is often available for longer trips.

Rated 2 out of 5 by sunny noisy hallway
There is no sound insulation. you can hear any noise or conversation from the hallway even after 2 AM. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and did not get any solid sleep. Very disappointing!
