Rated 3 out of 5 by The beer and BBQ was a great idea Thought it was great that at check in the clerk mentioned it, there was some confusion of what time the event was.... 4 mai 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs updating Location to the Airport & Rental car companies is great, The lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly, the food in Brewsters bar was very tasty, i did get my drink spilled over me by the server who was apologetic but never offered to replace the spilt one. The only issue i had with the hotel was the bathroom, when we checked in the lady told us it was a deluxe room, there was nothing deluxe about it , the room was clean but old and dated, the bath tub was stained and had been painted and the paint was chipping off, it put me off wanting to get in it. 30 avril 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by I am the King of the Lollipop Guild The property has come a long way from what it was when I first stayed here. However, I wish they would go into the WCs and raise all the shower heads by a foot. Every time I stay here, I have to duck down to make use of the shower. I'm only 6' (1m 81). Also, I wish they would staff their front desk. Every time I arrive at the property, there is no one there to check me in. 9 avril 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by free shuttel from LAX there is a free shuttel from the airport. Convinient to spend the first night here after a long flight! Close to many car rentals. 7 avril 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Cleanliness Overall it was a good experience. I wish the comforter, sheets, and towels could be better. Basically they did not meet my expectation. 7 avril 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very typical 4 Points Sheraton Hotel met my needs for quick in and out from LAX. It provideed all expected amenities, clean & comfortable. 3 avril 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by hit and miss service We stayed in the hotel for two nights. It was clean and comfortable room. But first night complimentary bottle water was missing; we were too tired to mention/request for one. In the morning, I requested extra towels and one toothbrush. We got the towels but no toothbrush. Later in the day we realized room service took the dirty towels but did not replace with the clean ones. We did get a complimentary bottle for the second night. 2 avril 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Last minute savior Aloha, Due to a last minute room need the reservation staff was wonderful securing me a government rate and recommendations on securing the airport shuttle. Martin Gil at the front desk was extremely supportive by allowing an early check in and food and drink coupons for weary travelers. 28 mars 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by slamming doors - uninhabitable My room was subject to noise from an adjacent hallway door throughout the night. Lost sleep. 25 février 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Pleasant staff The hotel is convenient, LAX, the staff is friendly. The first room we entered smelled like incense, had to move. The staff did not offer to help move our stuff, traveled with a senior citizen. Did not get cookies or fruit for SPG gold...what happened. The ticket for parking lot did not work, had to have it re activated, I was not the only guest with problem? 8 février 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel older than other Sheraton in area. The shower did not work & I didn't realize it until the next morning while getting ready to leave on a cruise. Had to take a bath & then squeeze between tub & toilet to wash my hair under the faucet. Little uncomfortable. 5 février 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by not up to my expectations... I have stayed at this property on previous occasions, it is close to LAX, and most of the car rental pickup and return locations. Previous visits were always fine, however, this time a number of items didn't meet my expectations. I had booked a king bed room, but was provided with a double queen bed room, and wasn't allowed to switch rooms, after I asked the front desk attendant to do so. The room itself wasn't clean, floor had debris by the window and it appeared the linens on one of the beds hadn't been changed. The bathroom was missing the bath soap, and the toilet paper holder was hanging by a thread. On a positive note, the bar as always staffed by friendly and professional bartenders, and the selection of beers, and bar food is outstanding. 31 janvier 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Stinky Towels and Garbage Half of my towels smelled like mildew. On the wardrobe shelf there was a pile of the precious guest's dry cleaning debris. SOmeone needs to work with housekeeping on these items. 28 janvier 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by When you reserve it! It's not an upgrade! So we got there 20 minutes before check in time so we were told to wait for the deluxe queen double we reserved or if we wanted to they could put us in a different room. We said no we will wait for our room. 20 minutes later we are assigned a room on the 6th floor where it seemed like the floor just did not belong compared to the rest of the hotel. I open the door and disgusted with the room for starters its not what I reserved it was a standard full double not the queen beds. Called the front desk and asked to please give us the room I reserved. They said oh my apologies there is room next door with queen beds, I responded no, please move me to another floor according to theffront desk they were going to "upgrade" me it took an hour and a half which felt forever with two kids to finally get the room I reserved. I am so serious when I say that some sections. Or wings to this hotel look like you are at two different hotels a crappy one and a nice one. The room that I ended up in was like night and day compared to the first room they put me in. Once that was fixed my stay was good, the breakfast buffet is enough to get the day started, housekeepin was great at keeping everything clean and even put some flowers in received in water for me. Once everything was Settled we did have a good stay.   15 janvier 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel is a good price/value I've stayed here before and am generally pleased with the price/value I received. This particular stay was a bit sub-par given my room's thermometer wasn't working properly so any attempt to heat the room only made the room cooler. Upon waking in the middle of the night it was 60 degrees with the heat on high and thermometer set at 70. We called to let the staff know, but didn't want anyone in the room at that hour and assumed it would be dealt with after we left. Given I spent a suite night award, this was clearly disappointing to be uncomfortable all night. 4 janvier 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by a few suggestions make sure bathroom is clean - mine was not - big brown dirt spill on sink made it a bit disgusting. soap was missing. ++ plus: bathtub. and it worked great ! also when booking, no one said the room would have no look out window, that really was a downer - I had complete darkness but for privacy I had to pull all curtains to pitch black. 13 décembre 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Parking Nightmare This hotel charges $24/night for parking. The parking is behind the hotel, the spaces are cramped, the lot is on a hill and because it was raining the weekend we stayed we had to walk through deep puddles. It was a long wet walk to the front of the hotel, the only entrance. They charged us $50/per night for parking/hold in case we used room service which we didn't and then charged us and additional $24/night parking anyway for a total of $150 for two nights of parking, not including the cost of the room for two nights. We brought it to the hotels attention the first night and they said they fixed it. But here we are Monday and our bank account is still minus $150 extra dollars just weeks before Christmas. I'm very disapointed right now. My husband is active duty military and we were in town to bury his father, this is the last thing we need to deal with during our grief. 3 décembre 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not the best stay we had here I booked the Park and Stay deal on the Sheraton website. It was difficult finding the Park and Stay deal for one week as the website initially only offered the two week price. I booked the one week Park and Stay with the "deluxe, non-smoking, 2 queen beds" room. The deluxe room was a little more expensive. When we checked into the hotel and went up to the room, we were given a basic 2 double bed room and when I looked at the room key folio - it was for the same dollar amount as the room I had originally booked. That was pretty shady. Went back down to the lobby, got to the same man that did the original check-in and got a grin with a "sorry". Room was reassigned. Went upstairs and was given a basic 2 queen - not deluxe. Kids were tired so we stayed. The next morning, shuttle was quick, driver was friendly and got us to the airport with no issues. When we arrived back at LAX after our trip, it was over 40 minutes wait at the curb for a shuttle to pick us up. Shuttle was pretty empty so I am not sure why it took so long. Driver was grumpy and not friendly. We have used the Four Point Sheraton many - many times previous and had great stays. This experience was not enough to make me book a park and stay somewhere else because normally this hotel is excellent. 20 octobre 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Broken Clock Hotel was nice and clean which was great. My clock was broken and I had an early flight so I called down for a new clock. I called down about 9:00 pm. I figured they forgot about me so I figured out how to use my computer as a clock and went to bed. At 11:00 they showed up with my clock and woke me up. Not the best experience. 2 octobre 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room was musty and old Room smell was musty and needs to be updated as linens and furniture were old. Very noisy in the hallways as other guests would walk by. The hallway echos everytime a door shuts. 27 septembre 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Air con The hotel was alright overall. Very near LAX, which was great. The front desk was polite and welcoming which is always lovely. The bell man, not so much and had to wait quite a while for service. My main issue was with the air-conditioning in my room. There was no way to keep the room at a somewhat comfortable temperature. If the AC was on the room would get really cold, very fast and vice versa. For that reason, I would probably stay elsewhere next time. 14 septembre 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by I was getting I was getting used to the delicious cookies. But this time no cookies or grapes. Your staff has been great. Curt 13 septembre 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good location for air travel Rooms were clean and comfortable. No problems, most staff were smiling, it makes such a difference to weary travelers when staff is pleasant and seems to be glad they are there and happy we are guests 13 septembre 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed After booking this stay 3 months in advance, I show up to find that the rate I paid for was for hotel only. I requested the park and fly rate which includes parking but upon checking in, this was not the case. Very typical experience. Pay for a service and receive partial product. I can not recommend this hotel for air travelers at Four Points LAX because of this experience. The rooms and facilities are comfortable, but booking really messed up. 25 juillet 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not the Four Points quality I was expecting... This hotel is old, the lobby has been updated but the rooms haven't (paint chipping, dirty carpet, outdated fixtures etc...) The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. The room we stayed in was on a long corridor with an exit door at the end where people would come through and slam the door late at night. We ate at the restaurant and were appalled by the terrible service. The waiter was from overseas and clearly had no idea about American dining, etiquette and good service. When he came to take our order he said "what do you want?" He had no idea about the meals on the menu, asked for our drink orders after he took the order for entrees, not friendly at all and very slow. The staff definitely need more training. The food was mediocre, I wouldn't eat there again... I have a feeling if you are a Starwood Preferred Member, you will get a room upgrade, freebies, great service...for all others, they don't really care about you. Overall, the convenience of their park and fly package was the best thing about this hotel and the only reason why we stayed there...Will look for somewhere else next time we fly from LAX... 24 juillet 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by What to improve? Immediately fix the hook for hanging purse for the restroom near your reception/registration stall#1. The broken fixture in the restroom does not give a good impression about the hotel and it is the first thing guest notice. You also need to tell the guest that the parking ticket needs to restamp daily instead of having the guest found out when the car was already at the gate and the ticket did not work! 5 juillet 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by You're not in Kansas anymore... So first off I've lived in some of the bigger cities in the US including LA, so I know what to expect, BUT these guys thought they were dealing with Opie, and they were sadly mistaken. Other than it being convenient to LAX and to our relatives oh and the movie night by the pool, which 2 of my 3 kids enjoyed the rest was the pits including the food. Upon our arrival the "bell hop" took our car without saying there was a charge for parking and in fact to valet it costs quite a bit more, which I found out upon our departure two days later. In this same vein, our folio reflected two days of valet parking when in fact the second day I self parked. Also on our folio was a "miscellaneous" line item for what, I'm not sure to this day, but I had to go to the front desk and remove these charges as well as get the others adjusted. On top of everything I am an SPG member and travel quite a bit for personal and business purposes. 27 juin 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by nice, but... I could have given this hotel very high marks however, when I checked in for two nights stay I was told that there would be a $20.00 parking charge. I thought that was high for two nights. at the end of my stay, I realized that it was $20.00 per night!! Breakfast is about $13.00 for a normal expected morning meal and $16.00 for a buffet. Being from Vegas, I am used to $8.99 for buffet breakfast. Drinks in the bar were equally outrageous. I ordered a Captain Morgan and coke for my wife and I and, after a $2.00 tip it cost me $17.50. Nice place to stay, but the $95.00/night I thought I was paying ended up to be a total of $125/night after parking, etc. A total of $293 with 1 breakfast ,a cup of coffee, 2 drinks and parking! 12 juin 2012
