I recently stayed at this hotel and the staff really impressed me with their attention to detail. This was the first time that the down bedding was removed from my room prior to arrival! I also enjoyed the friendly staff, clean room and very comfy bed.

This is my new first choice among LAX airport hotels, including the more expensive properties. The staff was very friendly, and the bed and sheets were dreamy! I had never been to a Four Points, and I kindof expected a semi-crappy low-budget experience, but I got a great experience for a budget price instead!

The hotel staff is the friendliest & most attentiveof all the hotels I have visited in a very long time! Keep up the good work staff, it is much appreciated! I can't say enough good things about them! Everything else was way more than we had expected from a "moderate" hotel; it was more like a junior five star hotel.

We loved our stay. The shuttle was excellent with suitcase help. Greeted with cookies and speedy service. Room was immaculate and all that was needed was there. It was quiet and our s3v3n hours there were relaxing. Very nice restaurant open til late hours and we could watch our football game on the several tvs. WOW.

MY FIRST CHOICE WHEN STAYING IN LA ON Business is the Sheraton Four Points LAX. They always meet my needs and requestes. and go out of their way to make sure that I'm well taken care of.. Which I'm always.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful.
And I thought that the hotel provided great value for money.

The Four Points at LAX was by far one of my favorite stays at any Starwood property in California because of not only the service but the superior quality of the facility.
Everything about the Four Points at LAX was modern, clean, and beautiful. It was like having my own personal, yet very professional, oasis in the middle of a hectic city. My room was perfectly done--a very spacious King sized room--and the lobby lounge was gorgeous and filled with seating for guests, as well as a couple of computers for internet access.
Wifi is readily available throughout the hotel, and the staff was always friendly when I approached them.
The location for the hotel is right across the street from LAX, so you could even walk to the hotel if you really wanted to.
I also had the opportunity to try out their in-house restaurant on the first floor. I have to say that the food was delicious and very impressive for hotel food. Even the fries were tasty.
The biggest downside about this location is their high parking fee of $19 per day for hotel guests. (In-and-out privileges included, of course.) That high fee makes me think twice about booking a stay at this location, unfortunately.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a stay in the LAX area.

I just spent my 13th night of 2012 at the LAX 4-Points. I know I can rely on the staff to greet me and the room to be spotless and quiet. I will be back many times again next year.

flight rerouted and we had the spend Dec 23 in LA, Four Points was recommended by airlines and they picked us up at airport.

Great as usual, they truly care and seek just for the best treatment. Value for the money is a right description, just a few min from LAX, rooms are been renovated, and it has many function rooms and meeting areas.
Basically what matters to me are the performance and behavior of people, and at this hotel they are wonderful from the Management to any Staff members!.

Close to the airport, convenient shuttle, good restaurant (a bit pricey though) and nice pool.
Comfortable to stay at and friendly. What more do you want?

The hotel was beautiful, the room very clean and comfortable bed, the staff was helpful, warm and friendly. We had dinner in the resturant and the food was delicious with good service. The breakfast buffet was yummy with lots of choices and service good. We will definitely stay here again when we're in Los Angeles. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Prior to my arrival the staff at this hotel had shown me that they have the customer's interest first and foremost! I arrived on 11/16/12 and stayed until 11/25/12. During my stay the hotel was clean, comfortable, the staff were jewels and it was extremely quiet. I had not had a vacation in a while and everyone took time to be so nice, I could not have asked for more! A special thank you to Jess and Justin for your kindness.

The front office staff were efficient, friendly and sincere. Made me feel very welcomed.
In fact all the staff were very friendly.
The internet connection connected very easily without me having to make any configuration change to my notebook.
Congratulations for being such a good hotel.

As an LAX based airline Captain I have a need for a short overnight or daytime sleep prior to my flights. I use the 4 Points LAX. I know I will be greeted warmly and in a quiet, clean room with an awesome bed within minutes of stepping off the airport shuttle bus. Every time I walk through the lobby at least 3 hotel staff greet me and ask if I need anything and then thank me for staying. I stay at least 3 nights/days per month. It is my home away from home.

Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive at LAX until after midnight. Our room was available for us and the clerk at the desk was very friendly, gave us cookies to munch on. The bed was great and room was very clean.

Using the park and fly program has taken away all the stress of getting to the airport on time in LA traffic. Rooms are always spotless and the staff could not be more accomodating.

The last time I stayed here was over 25 yrs ago! I am happy to see they just renovated this hotel. The jr suite was very roomy - even has a walk in closet. However, the bathroom was a bit small in comparison to the rest of the room. But the upgrade to the bathroom was a big plus!
I was pleasantly surprised to see a welcome plate of grapes and cookies for Platinum members when I walked into my room. Nice touch!

Whenever my travel plans take me to Los Angeles, I try to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton - LAX. Yes, there are other hotels, including SPG hotels at which I could stay in the LAX area. HOWEVER, I can always depend on the staff at this SPG hotel for a great stay. If you're a frequent traveler, DEPENDABILITY, COMFORT and RECOGNITION, all count toward your satisfaction. Again, as always at this hotel...I thank this team for a job well done. Just love it!

I like to return here because of the atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. The location is close to the Airport, yet it is a quiet area.

I have stayed at the Four Points and to say the least, there have been ups and downs. This time they got everything right. As a Platinum, I was upgraded even though I arrived late and that is always appreciated. My parking was comped which was a nice surprises as parking rates have continued to climb there. Finally, my cookies were in the room waiting! Great job this time.

We decided to stay overnight before our early morning flight out of LAX and leave our car parked while we were gone - park and fly. It worked out well. The shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up after we flew home. The only thing that was disconcerting was the gook I found on my car's front window. Pollution? Jet Fuel? Whatever it was, it made it hard to see and was hard to remove. This isn't the hotel's responsibility but perhaps covered parking would have been better.

I have stayed in this hotel when traveling alone on business, when traveling with family, and most recently when traveling with the family dog..which was a first for me.
In every instance the booking process was easy, the staff helpful and accommodating, and the service always friendly and professional.
And the 24-Hour Check-In / Check-Out service is a fantastic innovation that anyone using LAX should look into.
I will definitely stay here again, and regularly recommend it to my traveling friends.

Everything passed my expectations because the first time I stayed we were given a room on the East side which is way too small, especially the bathroom. This time our room was spacious and beyond comfortable. I had to run after the housekeeper for face and hand towels, coffee and sugar. I left a medical toileting tool behind and called the hotel back right after I left and was told it would be listed and put in lost and found, but housekeeping CLAIMED they didn't find it. Don' t leave anything behind thinking you will get it back because you won't!!!
