From the moment of check-in the staff was exceptional. I've stay at this location in the past and was not impressed, however this last visit was a bump up in the Customer Service. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

The shower did not work & I didn't realize it until the next morning while getting ready to leave on a cruise. Had to take a bath & then squeeze between tub & toilet to wash my hair under the faucet. Little uncomfortable.

I was disappointed. I always looked at the Sheraton hotels as a top notch hotel chain. this hotel was old and outdated i will be looking for other accomodations on my next trip to LAX

Hotel staff were most friendly and welcoming
Hotel Breakfast buffet and quick bus ride back to LAX helped ease airline miss-connection... Next time I'll plan on a longer stay visiting the beaches which are close by...

Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive at LAX until after midnight. Our room was available for us and the clerk at the desk was very friendly, gave us cookies to munch on. The bed was great and room was very clean.

The staff was excellent. The only areas of improvement are: the carpet in room 610 had a spot. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom and only one bar of soap. I recommend putting two bars of soap in the bathroom.

It is close to the LA airport, staff is friendly and competent.

The best thing about his hotel is that there were good dining options until quite late at the bar, including vegetarian and vegan food. I like the ease of access to the fitness center.

I overnighted here on a flight to Hawaii and while i didn't get to experience the hotel's facilities other than the lobby and the rooms I found both to be perfectly acceptable considering the price paid.

Stayed here before and after flights and it was an excellent experience each time. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was good and reasonabably priced for a hotel.
I would definitely use them again.

MY FIRST CHOICE WHEN STAYING IN LA ON Business is the Sheraton Four Points LAX. They always meet my needs and requestes. and go out of their way to make sure that I'm well taken care of.. Which I'm always.

Outstanding value. A surprising oasis of comfort in the madhouse LAX environment. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bed was outstanding. Fantastic value and a standout among the LAX area hotels.

This hotel has very good sized bedrooms with excellent beds. It also has a nice bar with a limited menu but no quiet area, to many tvs.
Very courteous staff. Front lifts on the slow to respond level.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. No problems, most staff were smiling, it makes such a difference to weary travelers when staff is pleasant and seems to be glad they are there and happy we are guests

Very convenient location, frequent LAX shuttle, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet could have some fresh vegetables, and the hotel could participate in the SPG Green Choice Program.

The signs used to direct you to the rooms were very confusing. The bathroom needs work, paint on the ceiling above tub and show was peeling. Just not up to the standards we get at SPG' hotels.

We needed a hotel near the airport so we used an app called Hotel Tonight. I have previously stayed in a Starwood's Hotels and had enjoyed my stay. When we arrived, they made us wait for what seemed like an hour just to check in. After we had patiently waited, we went to park the car in the $19/ day parking lot- which is a completely outrageous price for an OUT OF THE CITY near the airport facility. Anyway- we get to out hotel room, and literally I have been to Motels that were nicer than this room. The room was humid, dated, and smelled of cigarettes(neither me nor my boyfriend are smokers).. Overall it looked like a ghetto and I did NOT feel safe here. There was rust on the ceiling, paint coming off the walls near the bathroom. I was so disgusted with this room, I wore full clothing to sleep in order to not touch the sheets. I am so turned off by this hotel that I will never stay at any of the Starwood's hotels again. If they had spent an eighth of what they spend on the W hotel than maybe their room wouldn't look like a motel that hookers would stay at. This really was the worst experience I have had in my entire life with a hotel.

everything was great, very close to airport, good shuttle connectivity...etc., but not sure whats wrong with the shower in room 519, it was coldest shower which i've had in a hotel...

Good value for an airport hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, but OLD bathroom with low ceiling. Shabby hallways, poor paint work and 1050's elevators detract from what could be a nice place.

The staffs are very nice and professional. Room was well cleaned. I'd like to suggest if the hotel could provide glass cups, instead of plastic cups. The customers will feel much better.
