Anthony in the restaurant was wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Disappointed in the exercise room space and missing free weights. Room very comfortable and clean.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Like it for when I fly out of Detroit. However this time I was not awarded points for my stay. They were denied by the hotel. I have the receipt that the bill was paid, stayed there 1 night and even ate dinner there so there is no reason not to get points. That is why I won't recommend this hotel. Great staff. Perfect hotel but didn't get points. Receipt even says I will get 384 points. Not sure why the issue. I hope this gets cleared up because I would like to continue staying there.

We stayed at the Four Points the night before flying out of Detroit. We arrived early to relax a bit and hung out in the bar in the afternoon. The food was amazing, kuddos to the Chef for the wings and fish tacos. We initally didn't espect much but were truly impressed with the quality and service provided!
The shuttle ride to the airport was greatly appreciated especially having to leave at 4:30 in the morning. We will definiately use this hotel again in the furture!

Despite the apparent extensive effort to update this hotel - more than a few features dramatically show the buildings age. For example, I had difficultly getting the plug for the hair dryer to stay in the outlet because the receptacle was so worn. The elevator was a "Scary Ride" due to the groaning and creaking nature of it. The staff was great - but this facility was far short of other Four Points Hotels I have stayed in.

They had good service at hotel. Front lobby agents were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean room.
The restaurant in the hotel needs improvement. It was hard to tell if it was open in the morning since there was no staff and some lights were turned off. Also only three tables were occupied, service was slow.

Close to the Airport but not a "hotel airport". The 4 points is excellently clean and has a great staff. The 24 hr pool & hot tub was a great surprise. Wifi strength was good in the rooms. Next time i need to stay in the vicinity, i will stay with the 4 points
