Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel Close to the Airport but not a "hotel airport". The 4 points is excellently clean and has a great staff. The 24 hr pool & hot tub was a great surprise. Wifi strength was good in the rooms. Next time i need to stay in the vicinity, i will stay with the 4 points July 24, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by disapointed I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, with great experience. It seems to be declining. The front desk staff (as always) were wonderful and welcoming, The bar service is also second to none. I was very disappointed in housekeeping services and the exterior cleanliness of the hotel. Upon arrival, in my room I found broken potato chips all over the chair and floor, dust buildup along the walls and hair on the bathroom floor. the door to the bathroom had clearly not been wiped down for some time. Saturday night, they were servicing rooms on my floor between 7pm and 8PM. The interiors of the elevators were just plain gross. The outside of the hotel had tons of tall weeds growing between the cracks of the sidewalk, broken and filthy trash cans and windows were dirty. June 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by One of my worst nights in a hotel room The temperature of the room was 80 degrees. The thermostat was set at 45 degrees and could not be altered. The windows did not open. There was a red stain in the grout in the bathroom. I believe it was blood. A piece of metal broke off the door when I opened it. I did not attempt to change rooms because as I was checking in, a pilot was complaining about a room as was told that moving was not an option. I did not attempt to leave the hotel because I checked in late at night and did not have a car. When I checked out the next morning I told the person at the front desk about the issues and she said, "sorry." June 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value for the price The room was clean and quiet. The carpet, furniture and bathroom quality were above average as expected for a Sheraton class property. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. There were minor issues that we did not take the time to tell the staff like a slippery bath tub and loose bathroom knob cover. The parking lot out side has aged asphalt that might give one second thoughts driving in, but is not indicative of the quality inside. June 23, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Meets SPG standards This is a standard 4P. The location is good and the restaurant / bar open late (to accomodate flights). The rooms are standard 4P rooms. No complaints! -:) August 31, 2012
