Rated 3 out of 5 by airport hotel Everything was pretty standard for an airport hotel. Would have been better if it was located closer to the airport. Good breakfast selection. July 7, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by everything perfect except my stay in 2014 was durring construction. nobody's fault, just saying it was mildly below perfect July 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Boston Accessibility Hotel We selected this hotel while visiting Boston and as a Pre-cruise hotel, and it met all of our expectations. Shuttle vans were available to transport guests - free of charge - to and from the airport and T-station, and we had no problems calling the hotel for a pick up. On suggestion of some pilots, we tried the on-site Japanese restaurant food and found it to be excellent. There was also a good quality coffee available in the morning along with the complimentary breakfast buffet. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious. May 31, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good offering poor custome service This was my second time staying here and the first visit was good. No issues. This time we made a mistake of leaving our cell phone in our room as we were trying to make the shuttle. I waited 5-10 minutes to get the shuttle as there were a couple of guys talking to the front desk, until one of the guys asked if I was waiting for the shuttle and it would take off in about 10 minutes. I did not realize I waited behind the three employees talking and nobody acknowledged me. Nothing they were wearing indicated that they worked there so I thought they we just customer lounging at the front desk. When calling from the airport to notify the front desk we had left our phone by mistake we where told to leave a message with housekeeping that if they found the phone they would call. Being an "I" phone I tracked it to the hotel and let them know that. I left a message but had to call back three times and went to the next day before someone called me to let me know they had found the phone. They did offer to ship it but I told them to hang on to it as we were flying back on Saturday and would just pick it up then so they did not incur an expense for our mess up. I called Saturday morning to let them know I was flying in late that night and to please have the phone at the front desk. I was told "no problem Mr. ...." Well we got in and the phone was not at the front desk. The front desk said I would have to come back Monday morning as everyone had gone home. After discussing that I had already confirmed the phone would be waiting, and I did not want to drive another 400 miles to get the phone I asked for the Manager. Well nobody could help me but the head of housekeeping, who went home and locked her office. after many phone calls to the head of housekeeping we went home and had them ship the phone overnight on Monday. We did get the phone Tuesday morning but I think, that in a customer service business line, this hotel failed miserably and definitely did not meet my expectations. The customer is not always right but they are the customer and why you are in business. A lot more could have been done to ease our minds and make us feel like we were a good customer and help us out of a bad situation. Instead the return issue made both ends of our vacation a bad experience. May 6, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs an update A rather depressing hotel. Carpets are tired, cleanliness just so-so. Odd and confusing hotel layout. Staff need training. For example, I simply could not figure out how to set the alarm on the bedside clock (you really need to use easy to set clock). I finally called the front desk for help only to be told they had no idea how to set the alarm. March 28, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Fine for what it is but not Category 4 This hotel is old and not really that near to Logan. That said, it is the only starwood with a free shuttle to and from Logan. It is in a sketchy part of town and I would not recommend parking there for an extended period of time. This is by far not the worst hotel I have stayed in, however I would say it's facilities were the weakest starwood we have stayed in to date. The bathroom especially needed remodeling. Breakfast is quite good, and included in the hotel price. Other than a rude shuttle driver, the staff was courteous, attentive, and helpful (though often they were hiding in the office behind the desk instead of manning it). March 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Friendly Staff Great stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean property with clean room. Easy parking and easy on and off the highway. December 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel Stay We stay here every Thanskgiving. Although the price has come up, it is still a great value especially when you add in the full breakfast. Staff is freindly. Fifteen minutes from Boston by car and about 8 minutes to the T in Revere. November 30, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by GREAT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! My family stayed here for 4 days and we have nothing but great things to say about our time spent at this four points hotel! Firstly, we were supposed to check in on thursday night but we called ahead and told them that we would be arriving early morning friday. When we arrived he remembered us and check in was super fast! After a 5 hour drive, it was important to get my 2 year old son into a bed so this was really helpful. The rooms are cozy but the beds are really great! Pillows are extra fluffy and comforters perfect for snuggling. Wifi connection was great with no problems signing in. Bathrooms are clean and loved the dispensers on the wall. The daily breakfast was extremely convenient and my son LOVED the bacon. It was better than other hotel breakfasts that I have had with hot eggs, home potatoes, bacon or sausages, and pancakes. The fresh fruit salad and yogurt was also appreciated and not normally seen. I also enjoyed eating off real dishes with real cutlery as opposed to paper and plastic. The little things make all the difference! What REALLY made an impact on our stay however was all the staff we encountered. Donna and Chris at the front desk were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Their food recommendations and help with directions were so very appreciated! My son also liked to roam the lobby during times we were not out and about and no one said anything when he would squeal in excitement or be running through the halls. We were always greeted with smiles and laughs. The hotel restaurant smelled really good every night but was a little outside our price point (maybe we'll try it next time!). Husband said bar was fully stocked and bartender was nice. The pool also looked inviting but we never got around to using it. We used the shuttle to the train station on one day and had no problem with it. we called 3 stations before we arrived at the terminal and only waited about 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to come. It gave my son a chance to gawk at the buses coming and going so we didn't mind too much. We truly felt like family staying here and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you Four Points Revere for giving us a reason to come back to Boston! November 24, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by No Platinum recognition It's a little thing but there was absolutely no recognition (except on the key card) of my platinum level. I asked about a room upgrade and he said no (there are higher rooms available based on the web site availability). I don't really care about the room but loyalty recognition only takes a few words but goes a long way. There was also no explanation of the internet log on process which requires an extra security code. The check in process was extremely fast and efficient and the hotel seems decent but come on take the time to thank those of us who spend 20% of our life living in your hotels! November 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is very convenient The hotel is close to the airport, has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is pleasant, very helpful and accommodating. They have shuttle service that takes you to the subway system. Would definitely stay again. November 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nicely renovated guest rooms This hotel has been very nicely renovated since the last time I stayed there. October 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great "unexpected" Stay We got booked here after a cancelled flight. Fair to say, our day was not going so great. The staff here is courteous and very responsive! They made us feel like our vacation started early. October 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Our Favorite SPG Hotel As usual, the 4 points and the staff made our stay a great experience. This time we stayed 2 nights on our way to and return from London. The return was the best because we were so tired and we crashed into your large, comfy bed and slept 11 hours. The entire staff was up to their usual high standards but special thanks are due to Chris and Mike. This is the 3rd or 4th time Mike delivered us to/from the airport and he always makes the trip interesting and informative. Thanks to all of you. October 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Service good, except pickup at airport There should be more time spent answering phone calls from customers at the airport, who are expecting to be picked up. My call Friday, 10/24/14 took approx. 15 rings, before some one answered. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! It is not uncommon -- it happens just about every time we use the hotel. This is not my first time being critical. My Wife is suggesting we use another hotel. October 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by this hotel is great for families The staff and facilities were perfect for a family with young chuildren October 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Stay Cecile makes the best coffee for breakfast: nice and strong. And she kept a tidy ship throughout breakfast. The van drivers were all attentive and took us pretty much anywhere we needed to go at a moment's notice. The front desk was very friendly. My wife and children and I enjoyed our two-night stay immensely! October 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Hotel but far from airport Quiet place with helpful staff. We arrived to Boston Logan Airport. We needed to call direct to hotel in USD0.50 from public phone as no such hotel connection phone at airport there. We went out to the pick up point end of arrival hall, driver is friendly, helpful, picked up in five minutes time and drove back his shuttle with other guests to hotel, little traffic jam took around 15-20 minutes to hotel. Checking-in in three minutes and got our keys to room. Clean tidy with warm heating / cool ventilation system in room. Toilet amenities, hair dryer, tea & coffee maker are sufficient, exclusive slippers and shaving kit. Hotel provided free wifi-connection, computer terminal kiosk. Complimentary breakfast to guest (regular items no waffle, donut, cheese, ham, boiled egg or fresh fruits) it is the weak points than other, however, café with windows can view the mountain scene and traffic outside). Pool and gym were not used this time as we were late arrival for transit purpose. A good rest place for stay with friendly staffs and convenience airport shuttle pick up service. If they got a shower room, for traveler take a shower or change prior on flight at late afternoon it is a best value of the property. October 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Staff Front desk staff friendly and helpful; drivers prompt and informative October 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient Alternative Great program for early flights out of Boston. Park, stay and fly works great... October 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Another great stay! Second stay in a week! Everything was as promised! Great job by all! October 5, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Shuttle service is bad Extremely bad shuttle service. I waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel for over an hour. THE ONLY reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was close to the airport and I could get from the plane to my room faster than if I stayed in the city. Turns out that one has to also take into account the extreme un-responsiveness of the shuttle service when planning on such stay. October 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleased! From the courteous and quick pickups at the airports by Darrin and Michael, to the hot breakfasts in the morning, the great check in counter staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, we were extremely impressed and will be back! Stay here for proximity to Boston and for all the amenities offered! October 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by So much is wrong with this hotel Starting with the name. I've stayed at a lot of "airport hotels" - never have I taken a 25 minute shuttle ride to get to one before. It's nowhere near the airport. Rooms were inadequate, and I mean by Four Points Standards. I've felt more at home in an abandoned warehouse before. Bathroom was a particular low point. Further warning: apparently housekeeping leaves at midnight, and bars access to any of their services, so should you need a towel, blanket, or pillow, you'll either need to break into another room, or hit up a nearby Target (I'm sure there's one nearby). The two bright spots: * the front desk person (Noel, I believe), who did everything possible to fix a completely broken situation (they gave our room to someone else on accident. oopsies!), treated us well etc. * morning breakfast buffet. not that it was particularly good, but just to be sure there was some coffee present. Next time I'll just sleep in my car outside a Starbucks. October 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent staff Although the hotel was extremely busy, we never felt rushed or less important than any other guest. September 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is close to Logan w/ free shuttle Four Points is a very nice hotel which has very comfortable rooms, a friendly staff, offers a free shuttle and has 7-14 day parking packages. September 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mr. A great facility in a great location. The staff were always smiling and ready to help if requested. September 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable overnight after long flight from Europe We flew from Europe on Aer Lingus, which has a direct flight to Boston from Dublin. We arrived exhausted. I was happy that the front desk person told us that there was a free breakfast and free internet, as well as an airport shuttle. We took a cab from the airport, at a cost of about $35 because the website and the confirmation letter did not specify that there was a shuttle, and there was not a spot for the Sheraton Four Points on the shuttle car phone display at the airport luggage area. The window shade in our room was broken, and the chain fell off in my husband's hand. I called the front desk, and the person there was helpful. Fortunately, there were two shades on the window. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and amenities as expected. Breakfast was wonderful, including hot and cold items and plenty of seating. Overall, I liked the hotel for a short stay, and it fully met my expectations. September 17, 2014
