Rated 1 out of 5 Horrible Shuttle Service I have been to this hotel a few times, but when the same experience repeats itself, it is time to make another selection when staying in Boston. The shuttle service is constantly late. I have experienced wait times of over an hour each time I have stayed here. The last time I got to the hotel, there were three shuttles parked in the lot. It is not only me. When we picked up others, they were upset and stated they waited over an hour because the shuttle left them full and they had no room. Therefore...wait for the next shuttle that might get there in 30 minutes. I chose this hotel only because it was the only Sheraton property that provided an airport shuttle, however, this service is not even provided the way it should be. July 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by There were some glaring problems The hotel has shuttle services to the Blue line MTA and Logan International Airport. The staff tried to compensate for the following problems. √ The phone did not work in the room so I used my cell phone to call the desk. √ The ice machine on the third floor did not work, there was no sign on unit, so I called that in on the house phone in the hall. √ The Television would not keep the signal on the channels -- even local WGBH for example to the Boston area. The staff promptly fixed the printer (which did not function) in the business where people need to print their boarding passes. I would say enable your staff to do more to compensate for faulty -- but important telecom and entertainment electronics. For the price you ask, I could not recommend this facility to others, since a room without TV or phone is standard in the other hotels I stayed in while in Cambridge. July 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Place to Stay While in Boston I've stayed in this hotel many, many times over the past 7 years, and the quality and service never ceases to amaze me every time. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They would do just anything to keep me happy! The rooms are clean and beautiful. And, there is a van service ...they will pick you up from the airport and the T station. I've stayed at the hotels in the middle of the city...they were way overpriced for what you get. This is one hotel in Boston that you don't have to pay to park your car!!!!! So, if you are driving..this is the place for you....Hats off to all the staff and thank you for a wonderful stay! Rated 4 out of 5 by Superior Staff I was a bit disappointed in the location. As it is called "Logan Airport" I expected it was closer into the city. HOWEVER, the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and I've rarely encountered staff that was as friendly, pleasant and helpful. The staff MADE this hotel. Great job! July 24, 2014

The gentlemen I spoke with was helpful, taking down my cell number in case they had a hard time finding me. The pick up was prompt and the driver was polite. The check in staff were also very helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. July 23, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Some good/ some bad Was indifferent with my stay at the four points Boston. The hotel room was ok. I stayed in rm 200 and was disappointed with the shower area as there was a brown rust line going down the side and the shower head and dial were extremely outdated. Also used the shuttle frequently and was disappointed with the driver using his cell phone to send messages while driving. The breakfast was great and overall comfort of the bed and room was also good. July 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Airport Pick-up Just spent a week out of town and when we returned, called the hotel for our pick-up and return to the hotel for the night. It took 3 calls to get the van to our location at the airport and a 1 hour wait. The driver explained that he only received one notice of a pick-up. Upon check-in at the hotel, we questioned why this occurred. The girl's response, "you won't believe the kind of night we've had here". An unacceptable response in my opinion! Additionally, their phone rang off the hook, about 20 times prior to their answering. Again, unacceptable! So, don't count on the airport transportation because it is obvious they couldn't care less.
