There was a problem with the bathroom door in my room (would not close). On two separate occasions, we requested that it be fixed. It was never fixed, nor was I provided with an explanation for WHY it was not fixed. As such, I had to use a towel or trashcan to prevent the door from opening. Disappointing. In addition, although a MINOR detail, the ice machine on my floor was broken throughout the stay (4 days) so I had to go down a floor - again, this is a minor thing, but my concerns went unanswered.

I was in Florida for a conference, and chose to stay off-site from the meetings, partly to save money, and partly to get me "out and about".
From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, staff were friendly, willing to assist me with questions, and made me feel very welcome.
The architecture of the tower with the globe was a great directional "beacon", too!

Upon arrival,checking in was a pleasure.Brooke was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff was amazing. They couldn`t do enough for us. The shuttle system to the parks was a great feature. No need to drive. Would definitely come back again.

Toilet wouldn't stop running, no hot water after over 30 minutes of waiting for it to heat up (got a new room), TV remotes in both our rooms and my brother's room had dead batteries and the staff didn't have replacements, the phone didn't work in the room, the restaurant food was very bad and the staff while being friendly were untrained, the customer computers in the lobby were ancient and they wouldn't connect to the hotel's local area network so I had to use the computer behind the front desk to print out boarding passes. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in this Sheraton property.

When I opened the blind, it broke. The desk drawer was missing. The bathroom fan vent was filthy. The caulking in the bathroom needs to be replaced and the paint was peeling. There are big holes in the parking lot that they attempted to fill with gravel. This could be a really nice place if it was taken care of properly.

This is an excellent value hotel. It is located in an excellent spot...near Universal and easy access to Route 4 to visit Disney and all the Orlando attractions. The room was clean, the bathroom clean and spacious with nice size counter. I would recommend to a friend.

We stayed at the Four Ponts for the first time this year. As a couple we looked for a location that was not in the theme parks or in the centre of I-Drive. Although it is only a short walk to the main part of I-Drive and not to far to Universal studios. The Hotel offers a free bus service to Disney which takes about 20 minutes.
The Hotel staff were polite and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for Osama the bar attendent at the pool area.
We would definitely stay at the Four Points again.

Rooms and amenities provides comfort - they are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay.
