Rated 3 out of 5 by Room needs a good cleaning... As a long time SPG member, I will generally cut some slack when things are below par, but this was a bit much. The bathroom had prevelant mold and needed a very good cleaning. Also, I have an issue with charging for parking just because you are near the airport. I drive in for business meetings and the $10 fee for parking is off-base. If I was leaving my car and traveling by air, i could understand the need to charge. But a Business-to-Business trip doesn't warrant a parking fee. July 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hair left on floor The hotel is OK; wifi is very good; but the following problems were seen: 1. There were some women hairs left on the floor of bathroom. Quite noticeable. 2. One night lamp didn't work. When I checked it, I found the light bulb broke, which might potentially cut my fingers. 3. We have two guests but only 1 bottled water together with 1 bath soap was offered. P.S. Parking is not free and no complementary breakfast. July 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Won't stay again Charged for parking, room keys didn't work (re-keyed 3 times), phones down, no bedding for pull out coach in room, only 1 TV remote (2 TV's on 2 floors). The room was very sparsely furnished. Single, slow elevator for 4 floors. Since the phones didn't work, I walked down to the lobby 3 times to get the keys re-made and ask for bedding. Why don't they just keep the bedding in the room? And why only 1 remote for 2 TV's? When they dropped off the bedding, they only gave us 1 pillow. IN the middle of the night, it sounded like there was construction going on in the room next door. I stay at allot of Four Points and this was the worse value I've ever had. June 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good hotel but worst room service I enjoyed staying at this location, but room service was the worst of all. Food came 25 minutes late, I had to call to remind them to deliver, coffee was cold, spilled all over, and extremely dark that I could not drink, food was ok, slightly cold on most of them.... It was totally a waste of money July 4, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Good sleep, bad food Got a pepperoni/sausage pizza and loaded chips for room service. The pizza was absolutely disgusting, undercooked with a soggy crust. The chips were stale, had a sprinkle of toppings, and old sour cream. I've stayed at this hotel many times, and definitely expect better on my next visit, or I don't think I'll be back. The room was satisfactory though, as usual June 29, 2014
