Rated 1 out of 5 by DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is dirty. Duct tape on the carpet, hair in the jacuzzi bath tub, the pool is the size of a postage stamp and the water was cloudy! Overall, this was the most disgusting hotel room we have ever stayed in and we will never stay her again! We checked into a "suite" for three people. The suite is one room with a pull-out sofa mattress that is like one inch high and very uncomfortable. We had a towel set for one person in a suite - what a joke! We asked for a luggage cart and it took forever to find one. When it arrived two of the wheels were flat! May 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Staff Can't say enough how the staff at every turn were polite, responsive, and welcoming. Not a sour apple in the bunch on any shift.. Stayed a few days needed something for the bath and it was there in a minute... Daughter had some fruit in room for dinner and asked if they could keep the left overs some where for her.. No they couldn't so they brought her a mini fridge in 5 minutes. Room was clean as was the entire hotel. Highly recommended. As good of service as I've had in any hotel anywhere in the world. Rated 5 out of 5 by Always Nice I was over for a mini-vacation of one night. Check-in was easy and quick. I had dinner in the restaurant and the staff was very good. The meal was excellent. I had a bit of trouble sleeping, but had forgotten to bring my daily meds with me. Breakfast was very good and, again, the staff was very good. I checked-out after breakfast and it was done very quickly. October 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Change requests If at all possible it would be nice to book guests with barking animals and guests with small children to a separate location within the hotel so that those guests without children or barking animals can be afforded a much quieter night thus resulting in better sleep. Every room needs a small refridgerator an microwave so that guests who do not finish their meals will have a place to store and reheat them. I must say that you do have the most confortable beds and pillows of most hotels that I stay in. June 25, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Cleaning of room sporadic This is the second time we stayed and the suite we had was good overall with the bed being very comfortable. However, the daily cleaning of the room was sporadic at best. Dirty towels were not replaced, coffee and water was not always replenished and counters were not always wiped down. There needs to be a checklist for employees to ensure everything is completed. Also, there was a rip in the sofa in the front room and the WiFi was not consistent. July 10, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Very Disappointed My sister & I were in town for a familyreunion. We chose this hotel instead of the on were were told to use as we felt a starwood property would be a better choice. Unfortunately, the comforter on one bed was badly stained and not used of course and the carpet was badly stained throughout the entire room and the tub had stains. The staff was wonderful, but the breakfast buffet was not hot and therefore, not appealing. August 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great staff and place We stayed here one night while transiting through the region. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that night they had a Manager's reception which consisted of a nice buffet and extensive drinks for free. Obviously, it was quite packed, but very enjoyable. The pool was nice and the rooms were large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel. May 19, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not the 3-4 Star that I am used to I was expecting a little better. stayed in a King Suite... The couch bed was not even made, stains on the mattress. No fan in the bathroom, ceiling in bad shape. Only received 2 towels daily even though the room sleeps 4. The music that plays outside at the entrance woke me up everynight as my room was directly above it. Really not impressed! July 31, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by great staff Friendly staff. It was our anniversary & they left a surprise of fruit with whipped cream and a bottle of bubbly in our room. We also were treated to free breakfast. The bed was so comfy and jacuzzi tub was awesome :-) will definitely stay again. March 24, 2013

Bryant the night desk manager, Yudie at breakfast, Chef Art making delicious free fajitas, Amy the bartender and beer tastimg poured by Nick the manager! We highly recommend it to all! May 1, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleasant Surprise! We were travelling across country with two children. We were a little apprehensive of staying at Four Points with kids. This was on a Wed night. Wow! This night they had the free appetizers and free beer night. The whole family had a ball! Art came out from the kitchen to make us feel at home. He gave us some fishing tips which came in handy the next morning. We would definitely stay here again. June 23, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Room with a View! What I enjoyed most about my stay at this property was the awesome views of the corn fields from my room! Loved it! After traveling to many cities around the world, there was something so peaceful about looking out of my room and watching the sun set over the rolling corn fields… Apart from the great view, I found the rooms to be new, fresh and fairly large. The hotel was at capacity during my stay, so check in times were longer than normal, but the staff was very professional and working as quickly as possible to get guests situated. Free parking was a plus. I recommend this hotel. October 30, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Accommodating the guests for our wedding. We had a block of rooms for our wedding. The staff, and especially the Catering Manager, Dawn Booth, were very responsive and assisted greatly my bride and me and all of our guests. All of our guests staying at the hotel had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The suite for me and my wife was wonderful. The hotel was just off I-64 and easily found for those who were coming long distances. A special thank you to Dawn Booth. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by You can't beat the service This is probably my second stay at this particular Four Points and I have never been disappointed. Immediate recognition as a SPG member. The staff was very courteous and professional. I requested a rollaway prior to my arrival and my request was fulfilled. The only minor thing was when we went for breakfast (which the food is good), the microwave was filthy however it could have been that way from early guest use. July 7, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Recent Guest Experience The front desk staff was excellent with checking us in, providing information and checking us out. He was always there when we needed something- I think he might have slept there the entire weekend just so he could take care of us :). The housekeeping staff was friendly as well. The rooms could use minor updating - the bathrooms need exhaust fans. Other than that the stay was great. July 28, 2014

Wish a club level was available. Facility is almost new , so it was very clean and we'll maintained September 25, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointed The furniture is in need of repair or replacement. Furniture ripped. Room dusty. Large cracks in the walls. Room very light. Bathroom tub with fungus in caulking. Chairs in the dining room dirty and in need of being repair. Chairs lumpy. Towels were gray and stiff. When we arrived the pillows were behind the TV. Bedside light did not work. Very disappointed in the condition of the Hotel! July 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Noisy hallways and guests Friday evening people started to return to their rooms around 11:30 P.M . They were loud and continued to yell and party in the hallways even after requests for them to be quiet. By 1A.M they were still partying or yelling in their rooms which could be heard in adjacent rooms. Terrible night of sleep. Not what I expected or needed from a Sheraton. Will think twice about returning July 14, 2014

TripAdvisor rated this hotel very high and there is no history of bed bugs, truly important!! Would stay again in the future for sure! If you're traveling and in need of an excellent hotel, this is the one to book! August 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great staff. Nice n quiet. The staff here is great: courteous & cordial & helpful. The grounds are clean; the hotel is very clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV was very good. The hotel is in a quiet and relaxed location yet near to the highway exit, shopping, food etc. The walls are thin - during the day I heard conversations next door. At night, it was perfectly quiet. Rated 4 out of 5 by stay here a lot ....... issues this time First got into room and toliet handle would not work. They fixed it but then that night handle stuck and water kept running in toliet. Second night half way through air conditioner would not keep room cool. So a little disapointed but I have stayed her many times and know this is not the normal. August 18, 2014
