Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointed The furniture is in need of repair or replacement. Furniture ripped. Room dusty. Large cracks in the walls. Room very light. Bathroom tub with fungus in caulking. Chairs in the dining room dirty and in need of being repair. Chairs lumpy. Towels were gray and stiff. When we arrived the pillows were behind the TV. Bedside light did not work. Very disappointed in the condition of the Hotel! July 2, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceptional Hotel I showed up early check in and Miranda was able to get me a room and it was an great room. I'm not sure if she did, but it felt like she bent over backwards to accommodate me upon check in, which set the tone for the whole 3 day trip. July 1, 2014

The staff go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. The GM makes a point of talking with every guest . June 29, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by The hotel was adequate The hotel was adequate, however, basic necessities, such as soap, toilet paper, were not present in the room. The bathroom sink was also stopped up. However, the front desk made good on what was needed very quickly. Maintenance needs to do more work on its units. June 22, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Some renovation needed The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. However, our room was in dire need of renovation. Very stained and faded upholstery on the chair, and room had a musty odor which made it feel as if the room itself was probably not very clean. June 23, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is fine Hotel needs some updates. We paid for a suite and it did not have a couch in the separate room. The upstairs guests were very noisy and could be heard in our room. The breakfast is expensive for what you get. Overall we have stayed here 3 or 4 times and always treated well but it just needs a few tweaks to make it a great place to stay. May 27, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great staff. Nice n quiet. The staff here is great: courteous & cordial & helpful. The grounds are clean; the hotel is very clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV was very good. The hotel is in a quiet and relaxed location yet near to the highway exit, shopping, food etc. The walls are thin - during the day I heard conversations next door. At night, it was perfectly quiet. She kept apologizing for the other person. No questions asked. The bed was really comfortable. The room was big with nice furnishings. May 20, 2014

Cannot say enough positive things about the accomodations, nearby dining and gas. This was absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed with. No traffic noise, rowdy crowds, or distractions. Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Four Points w/ family atmosphere. Slept well here Very comfortable for this class of hotel. Clean and smelled fresh. The front desk and kitchen staff were friendly and caring. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was well prepared. Bathroom door was sticking--hard to open once closed. Didn't bother us enough to report it and it should be easy to repair. January 2, 2013
