I do not recommend this hotel. First night was okay, when we woke up our ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Requested another room and they switched us to a different room and they gave us a dirty room. We had paid cash for the room, and they ended up charging my credit card $321 & instead of charging us two nights they charged me for 3! The general manager Nick, argued with me about everything I was charged for. We never asked for a refund, but one of employees said he would refund us for one room, for both nights. Said he would give us cash back never did, then the GM said we had gotten the cash back that "we had signed for it" but we never received, then once again argues with me about that and turned out he was wrong. I seriously dealt with this for about a week. This should have never even happened. We were treated poorly and the GM was straight up rude and disrespectful. He could not even explain to me why they charged my credit card in the first place when we had paid cash for the rooms. I am very disappointed in the service I received.

This was my first stay in a Four Points by Sheraton, and if they are all this neat, clean, and friendly I will be changing my preference. The staff was attentive from the time I walked in till the time I left. "All Thumbs Up" to this Four Points by Sheraton! Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay! Loved It!

I was passing through for one night only. The front desk agent was extremely friendly and welcoming. A front desk agent owns the first impression many times and sets the tone for a stay, so I say well done. I was offered a platinum upgrade to a suite proactively, which is a rarity at Starwood hotels anymore. I chose the breakfast as my platinum amenity and found it more than adequate. The selection was good with a decent amount of hot and cold items. The attendant in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The room as older and the furniture showed wear but was perfectly serviceable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I booked a room for two nights for a conference and was charged $158.20 for both nights as the agreed upon rate. Why did the hotel charge me $168.00 ? No one has an answer, I did not use the phone, order any food, I do not smoke, nor did I do any damage to the room or at the hotel. I would explanation and a refund of the extra charges!

Overall the hotel was comfortable. Staff was helpful with accomadatons for service dog that was traveling with me. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of variety. The temperature in the room was difficult to regulate and there as not hot water available in the bathroom sink. Also the temperature in the conference room was too cold and difficult to regulate.

Pros: Great staff, each and every member of the staff makes me feel at home. I am normally a long stay guest (12-15 days per visit) and they treat just as good on the day I check in as the day I check out.
Cons: I have been staying at this 4 Points since the day it first opened and the last couple of years it appears to be on a down hill slide and needs some attention from Corp HQ for funding to correct and update.
Dining room furniture is worn out and stained. The chairs sag—the coverings are very stained and look like something out of a second hand store vice the type of chairs one would expect in a hotel dining room. Carpet in the hall ways is worn and the seams are coming loose causing what could become a dangerous trip hazard.

This is my first stay at an SPG property. I was warmly welcomed by Joaquin R. at the desk. I experienced a problem with my first room and he immediately attended to the problem. Throughout my stay he always greeted me by name. Room service was quick and the food excellent for a facility this size. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and readily available. This will not be my last stay at an SPG site due to the professionalism and hospitality exhibited by the staff of this hotel.

I have stayed here several times during the past year and have never had a less than 5 star experience. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. I really feel at home when I come to stay. Its located in a very nice safe area close to the highway, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. This is honestly the nicest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at and I have an upcoming reservation so I look forward to seeing them again real soon.

This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants in Fairview Heights but its location is such that you don't have to get caught up in the traffic mess by the mall if you aren't there for the shopping. We stayed here Thanksgiving weekend and we were happy we could bypass the Black Friday traffic by staying here. The rooms are large and the beds and pillows are so comfortable! The breakfast buffet is good. We would stay here again.

I was over for a mini-vacation of one night. Check-in was easy and quick. I had dinner in the restaurant and the staff was very good. The meal was excellent.
I had a bit of trouble sleeping, but had forgotten to bring my daily meds with me. Breakfast was very good and, again, the staff was very good.
I checked-out after breakfast and it was done very quickly.

Location-wise : it's okay. Not terrible far away from downtown St. Louis

Staff was great. Knowledgeable and helpful. Location was a little hard to get to, but was centrally located toto food and drink and shopping. Wish a club level was available. Facility is almost new , so it was very clean and we'll maintained

Can't say enough how the staff at every turn were polite, responsive, and welcoming. Not a sour apple in the bunch on any shift.. Stayed a few days needed something for the bath and it was there in a minute... Daughter had some fruit in room for dinner and asked if they could keep the left overs some where for her.. No they couldn't so they brought her a mini fridge in 5 minutes. Room was clean as was the entire hotel. Highly recommended. As good of service as I've had in any hotel anywhere in the world.

First got into room and toliet handle would not work. They fixed it but then that night handle stuck and water kept running in toliet.
Second night half way through air conditioner would not keep room cool. So a little disapointed but I have stayed her many times and know this is not the normal.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS FOUR POINTS SHERATON-FAIRVIEW HTS WAS WONDERFUL!!! IMMACULATE!! Great hotel for families, couples, singles, etc. rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was great! So many options and great service. TripAdvisor rated this hotel very high and there is no history of bed bugs, truly important!! Would stay again in the future for sure! If you're traveling and in need of an excellent hotel, this is the one to book!

Upon check in there was a small problem with our room. The staff immediately moved us to a new room and treated us with great respect. We had a wonderful time and were pleased in all aspects of our stay.

I was expecting a little better. stayed in a King Suite... The couch bed was not even made, stains on the mattress. No fan in the bathroom, ceiling in bad shape. Only received 2 towels daily even though the room sleeps 4. The music that plays outside at the entrance woke me up everynight as my room was directly above it. Really not impressed!

The front desk staff was excellent with checking us in, providing information and checking us out. He was always there when we needed something- I think he might have slept there the entire weekend just so he could take care of us :).
The housekeeping staff was friendly as well. The rooms could use minor updating - the bathrooms need exhaust fans. Other than that the stay was great.
