Rated 5 out of 5 by A great business stay Just finished a long stay (3 weeks) at this property, I was extremely impressed with the new General Manager. He is a breath of fresh air for the hotel. I noticed a large improvement in cleanliness and improved general maintenance across the board. I consider this my go to hotel when ever I travel to this area on business. My room was clean and well maintained, I took the majority of my meals on site and every meal was fantastic with large portions and prepared to my liking every time. There are a couple of things I would like to see change: 1. expand and update the menu for lunch / dinner. 2. I would like to see corporate increase the overall budget for this property to allow it to meet it's full potential. 3. I would like to see a return of the universal gym system to the exercise room. Rated 2 out of 5 by A horrible stay I have had great stays in Fairview IL in the past, but not this time. From the start when they gave me keys to the wrong room, to now when they haven't gotten back about a watch I lost there, the Four Points Sheraton trip has been plagued by disasters. And folks there don't seem to care. Including SPG, which has no record of my points earned (yet?) and whose website didn't recognize me, a longtime member. What must one do to get caring and cooperation from a customer service?? April 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Usual good experience As always the staff was pleasant and responsive. The rooms were good and comfortable. The only bad points were the sound proofing. The noise from the adjoining rooms were no problem but the noise from people in the halls was very loud. The food was good but not enough variety. I do look forward to my next stay. April 11, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Experience I have stayed at this property several times. Rooms are consistently comfortable and clean, Staff is exceptional. Restaurant is better than any in the area. The place is spotlessly clean. I will never stay anywhere else when I am in the area! January 18, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good breakfast, good bar, good in room Internet Four Points in Fairview Heights has a good staff and this is a good place for business travelers. The staff was friendly and attentive during my stay. The Wednesday evening 'Best Brews' was the best aspect of the stay and I would gladly stay their again. Thanks. November 7, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Awful experience I do not recommend this hotel. First night was okay, when we woke up our ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Requested another room and they switched us to a different room and they gave us a dirty room. We had paid cash for the room, and they ended up charging my credit card $321 & instead of charging us two nights they charged me for 3! The general manager Nick, argued with me about everything I was charged for. We never asked for a refund, but one of employees said he would refund us for one room, for both nights. Said he would give us cash back never did, then the GM said we had gotten the cash back that "we had signed for it" but we never received, then once again argues with me about that and turned out he was wrong. I seriously dealt with this for about a week. This should have never even happened. We were treated poorly and the GM was straight up rude and disrespectful. He could not even explain to me why they charged my credit card in the first place when we had paid cash for the rooms. I am very disappointed in the service I received. September 14, 2015
