I am always amazed at the outstanding customer service at this hotel. Everyone remembers my name and makes me feel like I am returning home. On the rare occasionn I have had an issue all staff uo to the General Manager take time to contact me to ensure the problem is solved to my satisfaction. Even the cleaner asks how my stay is going. This Hotel is one of the best Managed in its class. I do a lot of travel for business and and don"t recieve this level of proffessionalism at far more expensive locations even within your group. Keep up the great work.

Been coming to this hotel since at least 2008. Always been able to get the airport side to overlook the airfield. Always clean, counter staff very nice, comfortable beds. This will continue to be our Winnipeg hotel for the foreseeable future.

Althoough this hotel has a great location for those doing business near the airport the hotel is desperately needing a room makeover. The carpets were worn and dirty; the rooms outdated and in need of renovation. That said, the main floor (lobby, registration and bar area) looks pretty good. When I shared my concerns with the front desk manager she conceded that the room renovations are being attended to so that - when I stey there next time - it will be in better shape. I did like the fact thaat there are two bars in the hotel and the food is good.

We held a meeting at this hotel and the service was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Guests really enjoyed the food, the meeting room, and the service. The lunch/breaks setup in the foyer was especially convenient. It avoided having big lineups. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to the airport, which worked out well for those out of town. We would definitely hold another meeting at this hotel, and really appreciate the great service that was provided!

The management staff at the Four Points Winnipeg Airport was outstanding. They took care of me and everything i needed and resolved any issues amazingly. I feel that the upper management really cares and I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Overall fairly comfortable stay and convenient for flight connections. Enjoyed Four Points mattresses very much, they are very comfortable for a great night sleep. Excellent food at hotel restaurant and very pleasant restaurant staff. Hotel in general needs to be updated, one elevator was down for a couple days; carpet, walls and ceilings show wear and tear; front lobby staff were ok, but sub-par in comparison to all other Four Points I've stayed at, did not mention that I was an SPG member, generally not a convenient walk to hotel from airport, have to through the middle of the 2 parking lots (no side walks) and walk through exit only road of rental car exit (no side walk). Last thing is the room rate is about $20-$30/night more than comparable and nicer hotels that are just outside the airport and have free regular 24 hour shuttles as well as room package deals that allow for up to 15 days of free parking with one nights stay.
Overall, is convenient, but other hotels that are the same class and are just outside of the airport are nicer and cheaper in general.
