Rated 5 out of 5 by prime grill I just ordered dinner from the restaurant to my shock extra service charges that are not stated on the menu. Not only do I pay $4 for room service but I also got charged 18%. Really is that fair, 18% to bring it up the elevator? The $4 wasn't enough?? No where on the menu does it say that an automatic 18% gratuity will be added. That bad, this hotel is nice I always stay here but that ridiculous fee out of the restaurant is extremely disappointing and actually illegal if its not stated in writing. April 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Feel At Home Spent couple of months in this hotel on business and it really felt closest to home, best in Kamloops for sure and in the area probably. Only downside was a bit weaker internet in the room, but acceptable. Very nice stuff, always there for you for any need at any time. I always remember my stay there and nice people I met. Rated 3 out of 5 by Air conditioner is very loud I stayed in this hotel for one night. The room is smaller than any Fourpoints Sheration that I have stayed before. The air conditioner is so loud that you can't have a good sleep at all. However, they provide free bottles of water for me to continue on my road trip which is a plus. August 3, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderfull The room was exactly as we hoped and expected that it would. A quiet room with comfortable beds, why has this come to be a surprise at other hotel/motels? Is it not the absolute root of the purpose of the room? The coffee in the dining room and in the lobby was some of the best I've enjoyed - period, I wish that I new whose brand it was I would see if I could purchase some for myself. All the staff that we dealt with were very pleasant. Our server in the dining room for breakfast was truly a joy, unfortunately I don't remember her name. June 2, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jacuzzi tub noise during night Am frequent business guest to hotel. Front desk provided room under suite with jacuzzi. Sleep disturbed for several hours on and off during night. Staff should have blocked out the room understanding the circumstances. Requested manager to contact me in the morning. No response as of yet. No intention to return. May 28, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Service! I have to say the staff here provided excellent service. I ran out of toothpaste and was going to ask where I could go to buy some and it was offered to me. Further, I had caught a cold during my work trip and asked if they had a humidifier. The staff took the time and effort to run around looking for one for me. Although none was located, their efforts were greatly appreciate the service and would gladly stay here again when I come back February 20, 2015
