Rated 4 out of 5 by Staff is well trained reflecting efficiency, courtesy and dedication to their job..., My first experience as a park & fly guest with an overnight at the beginning and end of my trip gave me an opportunity to observe the training and standard of excellence of the staff. On my first night, the heater in my room did not work....the staff sent two repairmen who attempted to correct it and were not able to. They were in uniform, very polite. I was impressed with their efficiency and team work. Consequently I was given another room. I left my week supplies of medications in the room and did not discover they were missing until an hour later. Staff contacted housekeeping for me and they delivered the items to my new room. On my return stay, I arrived on the shuttle, along with about l8 other people around 11˚00 at night. I was tired and expecting a long wait to check in. I was pleasantly surprised to find 3 staffers, including the Lupe, the front desk manager. I even received a room upgrade without asking (*I am new points member). Breakfast was delicious and the service by Jesus was efficient and well done. These employees are often who and what we remember about a hotel and certainly reflect good management and a valued asset. All in all, I was extremely pleased and will certainly stay at the Sheraton again. February 18, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Friendly staff and great bar but some serious issues. I have stayed at this location on three separate occasions in recent months. The hotel staff is consistently friendly. The bar and restaurant is excellent with delicious food and an astonishing beer selection. Unfortunately, there are some major issues that will keep me from booking here again. The hotel is under contract with at least one airline to provide lodging to it's crew. I have found that the hotel places a very high priority on keeping the airline crew happy even at the expense of regular guest. The airline crews are served first always. The hotel shuttle is horrible. The shuttle is shared with the nearby Westin, and the Four Points is last to be picked up and dropped off. On one occasion, myself and approximately 10 other guest waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to show up. When it did arrive, it had room for one passenger. The hotel did provide another shuttle, but it was parked away from the front door and only the airline personnel were allowed on. The regular guest had to wait an aditional 25 minutes for another shuttle. The gym is adequate but often filthy. Compounding the problem, there are no cleaning materials located in the gym. A hand dispenser and some anti bacterial wipes is all it would take. As it is now, it's a health hazard. August 3, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not the best stay we had here I booked the Park and Stay deal on the Sheraton website. It was difficult finding the Park and Stay deal for one week as the website initially only offered the two week price. I booked the one week Park and Stay with the "deluxe, non-smoking, 2 queen beds" room. The deluxe room was a little more expensive. When we checked into the hotel and went up to the room, we were given a basic 2 double bed room and when I looked at the room key folio - it was for the same dollar amount as the room I had originally booked. That was pretty shady. Went back down to the lobby, got to the same man that did the original check-in and got a grin with a "sorry". Room was reassigned. Went upstairs and was given a basic 2 queen - not deluxe. Kids were tired so we stayed. The next morning, shuttle was quick, driver was friendly and got us to the airport with no issues. When we arrived back at LAX after our trip, it was over 40 minutes wait at the curb for a shuttle to pick us up. Shuttle was pretty empty so I am not sure why it took so long. Driver was grumpy and not friendly. We have used the Four Point Sheraton many - many times previous and had great stays. This experience was not enough to make me book a park and stay somewhere else because normally this hotel is excellent. October 20, 2012
