Nice property, comfortable rooms, responsive staff.
Perfect for PHL but not to visit the city.
Good value for money.
I will stay here again in my future trips to Philadelphia.

The location of this hotel is great if you're looking for something close to the airport. Cleanliness, staff, and amenities all meet expectations as to where Four Points hotels seem to match up against others.
It would have been nice if there would have been tea and coffee available in the lobby. The only accessible pool is outdoors and it closes at 9 pm which is unfortunate for guests arriving with a late flight.

There were a few disappointments, including no wifi in the room, a really avg Philly cheesesteak (expect better in PHL), a broken glass on the floor under my table adjacent to the lobby that no one seemed interested in cleaning up and had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle to the airport (one driver told us a shuttle was coming when we asked him only to find out it was him 20 minutes later. Very disappointed on multiple fronts.

We were on the 5th floor. The room is a little tired and can use some TLC. The bed was comfy as expected. The A/C worked perfectly.
I used SPG points for my stay so it was worth it. There is a $12 per day parking fee. I think that is a bit outrageous as the lot is only for the SPG hotels. SPG should really consider complimentary parking for guests not doing a park & fly.
The location is near the airport and about a 10 minute drive to Citizens Bank Park. There is nothing in the immediate area as far as restaurants, shopping, etc.
We used the pool and it was a nice area. Only drawback is the noise from I95 but there is nothing you can do about it.
I have stayed here before and will stay again as the SPG points makes it very affordable.
As an aside, if you are looking for a great diner not too far (about 10 min drive) away, be sure to check out the Penrose Diner. You will not be disappointed!

This time I had unfortunate experience. Heat did not work. I discovered it late at night and was to late to call anybody. About 1 am dog started to bark next door, wake me up and could not sleep after that. Night before I advised that I am expecting FeDex package early and needed as soon as it arrives. Nobody informed me about package arrival next morning.
This time I am very disappointed with my stay at Four points.

We paid more than we usually would for a hotel and expected much more than we got. The hotel was supposed to have WI-FI. It did if you wanted to sit in the lobby without electricity. We had two double beds and one was falling through the frame so if you laid on the bed you felt like you were falling off. Front desk staff bordered on rude. I'll be looking at the competition for next weeks trip. Deeply disappointed.

Went to Philly for a one night trip. Hotel lobby and fitness center were both very impressive. However, when I got to the floor the hallway was dark and reminded me of something from a horror movie. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom and sink definitely need to be updated to match the rest of the room.
Overall great stay, great price, decently renovated but some improvement still needs to be done.

While this hotel was very convenient to the airport and the staff was extremely nice, it is a bit run down. Rooms are pretty bare. My biggest disappointment was that their website said they had a resturant. They have a space in the lobby with a bar that serves 3 salads and 3 sandwiches. I picked this hotel so that I would not have to go anywhere else to eat as I had an early Saturday morning flight out.

The lady at the front desk staff (Kionna) is awesome!! They really saved me by finding a room for me when my flight out of PHL was cancelled.
I was disappointed that my room was unclean upon check-in. At 3 am in the morning, I was too tired to wait for someone to clean my room.
When I complained to the staff at the front desk in the morning, they didn't offer any compensation. I was disappointed by that.

This hotel was a comfortable fit with a friendly staff. The room was adequate, although the bathroom was a bit small. Enjoyed the Happy Hour that offered complimentary food an drinks! Only drawback was parking. I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels and this was the first time I've been charged to park! As an SPG member I thought the fee would be waived. Not the case! All in all a pleasant stay.

First off, I had a clean and quiet room, which really is a enough. That said, some 'nits'
* no closet (just an armoire and it was a little 'creaky' / doors didn't close well)
* tight fit - my king bed left little room between bed and furniture where TV was
* low ceilings throughout hotel. I asked and the building is ~20 years old and it feels like it, despite what has likely been fairly recent updates.

TV didnt work, (sound only) bar has limited amount of drinks, every floor states "vending and ice" but when you go to the location there's only ice, only place to buy pop is right by reception with limited to cola products, kitchen closes at 11 so at 10:50 you can not buy any food any more!

The bed pillows in my room did not have pillow cases. I requested that this be fixed. After two hours it had not been addressed. I made a second request. Four pillow cases were delivered to my room, which I myself had to put on the pillows. They gave me the tools to fix the problem myself rather than fixing the problem. Food selection in the hotel restaurant is very limited.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, and the 3rd time that I had no internet connection in my room. First couple of times, it was bad cabling, and I was at least able to log in down in the lobby. This last time, the hotel was out and I has to go over to the neighboring sister hotel to conduct my business. Not sure I can risk booking a 4th visit in the future!

Overall I was happy with my stay at this hotel. There was easy access to highways and a quick jump to the airport. My room was spacious and included a small refrigerator. Although the hotel is updated, the carpets, elevator and hallways looked kind of worn and dirty, but the fitness center was clean and the pool was well kept.

The rooms were slightly smaller than I expected, so I would recommend this hotel for shorter stays. I was also shocked to see the condition of the carpet; it was in need of a good shampoo. Other than that my stay was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was clean, large & what I expected. The hotel seemed dirty though, the elevator and hallways were always filthy and the exercise room had dirty towels lying around and no clean ones available to use. That is of course a problem that guests create but I expected the staff to be a little more on top of this.

Gentleman that delivered room service was delightful. All other staff need training. Front Desk & Room Service didn't answer phone despite numerous phone calls daily. Front desk also had customers with issues practically every time I passed the desk (morning/evening#. Two staff members seemed to often be needed per customer. Had to wait long each time I needed to get a parking ticket validated. I called to report broken curtains upon room arrival; was told engineer would be sent up right away and he never showed in the 4 days I was there. Snack section near front desk was not replenished and preactically empty. Breakfast at restaurant was good but it felt like I was pulling teeth to get the worker to give me an estimate of how long it would take. #Had to know if I had enough time to order and eat before leaving for airport.) Room Service menu is very limited. Other than the gentleman that delivered room service none of the other staff ever smiled. Got the sense they all hated their jobs.

I am dedicated to my fitness routine. The fitness room is good, but needs fans or better air circulation. Additionally, small sweat towels are really needed and a few magazines for those who want to read verses watch TV. A few small improvements would make fitness facility much better.

I usually get cold cereal and fruit, but one box is not enough. The thought of paying $12 for 2 small boxes of cereal led me to order the continental breakfast. Big mistake! I received one small, stale danish and 3 mini muffins that were ordinary at best. Why not have one large, freshly baked muffin instead of 3 that look like they came out of an Entenmann's box?The "seasonal fruits" turned out to be a small portion of sliced strawberries that looked like they were past their prime, and were served in a plastic cup. Everything looked like it was just picked from the refrigerator and plopped on a plate. Totally uninspiring and unimaginative! The waitress charged separately for coffee and juice, which is supposed to be included in the price of the continental breakfast. I brought this to her attention and she fixed the bill. Then, when I check out 30 minutes later, the breakfast charge was still not added to my bill. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to log it in so the bill could be updated.

Stay was acceptable and expectation of a budget hotel. Needs improvement of shuttle bus to/from airport. Both times were significantly late. The 20 minutes intervals are more 30 mins. So plan your trip because they don't have enough buses to deliver this promised service

Crumbs and garbage thru out the room. At first I thought it was a joke but then realized it was just a very dirty room. Since it was about 1 am after a long drive I didnot complain or want to move to another room. However I will never stay here again.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Was worried about the location because I am not from the area but it is in a safe and nice location. I could see the airplanes leaving from my window. Would stay again. Close to downtown and Eagles stadium.

We had a room next to the elevators on a Saturday night. We had inconsiderate guests talking loudly outside our room at 2 a.m.. The heating/cooling system would come on with a very loud bang so if you're still awake, this bang will startle you.

The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet seat was loose and needs to be replaced. I did not receive the wake up call that I requested. Fortunately woke up in time!

I felt it was disgraceful that I was charged 7.00 to park. And each time I went in and out there was issues with the ticket machine. And was charged, although they did refund me back for being overcharged,, it was am annoyance.
