Rated 4 out of 5 by My Experience At The Sheraton The only problem I had was I requested a refrigerator for my medicine and it wasn't in my room. I called the ext # 610 or 600 about five times no answer then I dialed 0 and explained it to the young lady that answered and as I was explaining it she is blowing in the phone like I disturb her and didn't want to hear it she then transferred me to the front desk. The young lady that bought up the refrigerator she had an attitude she knocked the refrigerator so many times against he wall I didn't think it was going to work and said if she got hurt she was suing. They really need to be trained a lot more. The front desk was awesome I wish I could name the two young ladies that assisted me. August 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for Weekend Trip The rooms were slightly smaller than I expected, so I would recommend this hotel for shorter stays. I was also shocked to see the condition of the carpet; it was in need of a good shampoo. Other than that my stay was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. August 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean Excellent hotel, with clean rooms and professional and friendly staff. August 11, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Happy overall Room was very comfortable. Some common areas needed updating/cleaning. Front desk staff and cafe staff need to be trained in professional manners. August 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Clean & convient The hotel room was clean and convient to the airport. The free shuttle was great, it runs every 20 minutes. We were surprised with the $12.00 over night parking. You do not have a fee if your car is there less than 2 hours. We would use again. August 8, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by a bit dated but a fine stay We were on the 5th floor. The room is a little tired and can use some TLC. The bed was comfy as expected. The A/C worked perfectly. I used SPG points for my stay so it was worth it. There is a $12 per day parking fee. I think that is a bit outrageous as the lot is only for the SPG hotels. SPG should really consider complimentary parking for guests not doing a park & fly. The location is near the airport and about a 10 minute drive to Citizens Bank Park. There is nothing in the immediate area as far as restaurants, shopping, etc. We used the pool and it was a nice area. Only drawback is the noise from I95 but there is nothing you can do about it. I have stayed here before and will stay again as the SPG points makes it very affordable. As an aside, if you are looking for a great diner not too far (about 10 min drive) away, be sure to check out the Penrose Diner. You will not be disappointed! August 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very close to the airport The location of this hotel is great if you're looking for something close to the airport. Cleanliness, staff, and amenities all meet expectations as to where Four Points hotels seem to match up against others. It would have been nice if there would have been tea and coffee available in the lobby. The only accessible pool is outdoors and it closes at 9 pm which is unfortunate for guests arriving with a late flight. July 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Value Overall I was happy with my stay at this hotel. There was easy access to highways and a quick jump to the airport. My room was spacious and included a small refrigerator. Although the hotel is updated, the carpets, elevator and hallways looked kind of worn and dirty, but the fitness center was clean and the pool was well kept. July 22, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by not good my reservations over the phone directly with a hotel staff person and was never notified of the additional parking fee. Once I arrived I was less than excited about the cleanliness of the floor I was on. I requested to be moved but was told that all Starwood guest had to stay on the same floor. The size, décor and ambiance was much lower than my expectations. I had a big presentation the following day and I had to work on a report (I shared this with the hotel staff upon checking in) However I was placed in what seemed like the loudest section of the hotel. doors constantly slamming people having full conversations in the hall screaming other peoples name etc...etc...etc... The final straw, was someone from above my (room) taking a shower and it was so loud; seemed like they were in my bathroom. I was unable to work, unable to rest. I went back down to the lobby and reported these things to the staff who told me, " Starwood members are generally loud as they come and go as the please". The young lady offered me a breakfast voucher; I asked if I could use them for room service and was assured that I could but later found out (the following morning) that I was unable to do so. The whole experience was horrible and I have to admit that I will NEVER stay here again. July 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Hotel Great Hotel with affordable rates July 3, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Evening Customer Service I have stayed at many Starwood hotels and have yet to meet a bad service desk employee. Unfortunately both times I had an experience with the front desk it was with the same guy. He was extremely rude, dry, he seemed bothered by helping everyone. As everyone knows a rude service person can really start your vacation off on the wrong foot. The point here is that part of the experience of staying at a hotel is how you are greeted and treated by the staff. So if you stay here try to avoid the night time staff. The morning staff was much more accommodating. Also, If you are platinum I would recommend staying at another hotel (there is an aloft and Sheration within walking distance of this hotel. They dont have much catered to platinum guests (ie rooms, extras, etc). Parking is limited on weekends so make sure you show up early. June 24, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs serious help!! We stayed here for 5 days. I would love to say that there is positives to this place, but there is not. First of all, nothing is free!! Breakfast is $11-15 a person, parking is $12 a night, and internet even costs! There is absolutely no restaurants or gas stations for at least a 5 to 10 mile radius! The rooms are small, the toilets back up, the refrigerators don't work. The elevators seem like they would stop at any given moment. There was an outdoor pool, but nobody swam in it for the entire time we were there. The desk chair was ripped. Never again!! June 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Why we will not stay at Four Points again One disaster after another-- unable to check in because computers down, false fire alarm, room not cleaned at all one day, elevators down one day. Why should we want to stay here again? June 17, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel was okay The check in process and paying for anything other than with cash was horrendous given your system was down. And it was down for multiple days. Surely this can be improved. June 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Linda50 Very excellent service. Convenient to the airport for those early flights. June 4, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Wake up Sheraton... Worse experience ever!!! Staff was awlful, as was the hotel. I can't believe Sheraton would associate their name with this property, or the staff. Reserved a king bed (my wife broke her foot and we ABSOLUTLY needed the room), got confirmation, paid in full, and even called to advise that we would be a late.... When we got there -- no king bed and we were told they were completely sold out and couldn't help us. Funny, didn't say "boo" when I paid for the king room in advance!!! Double charged for parking as well! This is my 5th bad experience with Starwood in one year -- NEVER AGAIN! May 24, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by The mattress and parking cost The mattress on the bed in my room was very lumpy and lopsided. It either needs a new mattress in that room, or at least the mattress needs to be flipped and evened out. It was very UNCOMFORTABLE! The last two times I have stayed at this hotel before leaving on a vacation, I have not had to pay parking fees because of my gold Elite status. This time, the person working the desk didn't know anything about it and insisted on charging parking fees or gave me the option of canceling that reservation and trying for a "park and fly" reservation...for which I could not use points and might not get a reservation. STAFF NEEDS TO BE MORE KNOWLEDGABLE! May 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by I always enjoy the friendliness and convenience located near the airport, the facility is wonderful and the shuttle excellent. May 11, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by No Platinum Benifits Discriminated against at check in Kept waiting 6 mins No upgrade Continental Breakfast Joke No easy check out Wrong Directions given May 8, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor all around When I got to my room the bed looked like someone had slept on it, and there was no remote control for the TV. I did not receive an itemized bill at check out. Also having to pay for parking is a rip-off. May 8, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Extemely Disappointing I reserved this hotel because I had a very early flight the next morning. I booked the room less than a month before arriving. I then called the day before to confirm parking rates and restaurant hours because I would be arriving later in the evening. I was told $9 per day to park and that the restaurant was open until 11pm. Upon arrival I was told the parking was $12 per day and the restaurant closed at 10pm. When I mentioned that the day before I was told $9 she claimed they changed it just that very day. I asked about the shuttle schedule. She was unable to tell me a time - just every 15 mins and that I should just come down 15 mins before I want to leave. I was then asked if I needed a wake up call which I arranged. I then called before going to sleep to confirm the wake up call. The alarm clock in my room didn't work so I couldn't use it as back up. I was assured I'd receive the call. The call never came. The shuttle process was very lengthy and by no means a 10 min ride as promised. I missed my flight. The hotel did absolutely nothing correct. I will not return. May 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by One night. Beautiful interior and lobby. Very open. Complimentary fruit at front desk. Bed was awesome! Nice desk ,plenty of drawer. Different lay out with sink outside room Very clean. Decent water pressure of shower. May 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Park n Fly Loved it...Will stay again! April 29, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not as advertised While this hotel was very convenient to the airport and the staff was extremely nice, it is a bit run down. Rooms are pretty bare. My biggest disappointment was that their website said they had a resturant. They have a space in the lobby with a bar that serves 3 salads and 3 sandwiches. I picked this hotel so that I would not have to go anywhere else to eat as I had an early Saturday morning flight out. April 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Nice Hotel The hotel was very nice and very nicely located to the airport. Room had no fridge or microwave though. April 23, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel Going Downhill I have been a regular and frequent guest at the Four Points over the last three years. I have watched the service level and rooms deteriorate over that time. My observation is the operational staff just doesn't care. My room door stuck, the tv didn't work and maintenance could not fix it, the toilet didn't flush well. However on top of it room service trays with food and dishes are left in the hallway for hours at a time. Despite me being a gold member, I was forcedto wait to check in and out since no one was manning the "preferred" desk. The local management knows of the problems but cannot seem to effect any changes. April 22, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice room Clean and comfortable room. Stay exceeded our expectations. April 22, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 Watch where you walk! Crumbs and garbage thru out the room. At first I thought it was a joke but then realized it was just a very dirty room. Since it was about 1 am after a long drive I didnot complain or want to move to another room. However I will never stay here again. April 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by great location..rooms need some upgrading The room was not clean. there was mud stuck on the floor in the entry way and clothes closet and the desk chair in the room had the fake leather pelling off the top exposing the foam. April 11, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Loud Heating System We had a room next to the elevators on a Saturday night. We had inconsiderate guests talking loudly outside our room at 2 a.m.. The heating/cooling system would come on with a very loud bang so if you're still awake, this bang will startle you. April 9, 2013
