Room was very comfortable. Some common areas needed updating/cleaning. Front desk staff and cafe staff need to be trained in professional manners.

They Only Thing I Received Was A Weak Apology From The Receptionist....When She Took My Money For Parking.

The sink is in the room hallway, not in the bathroom. It's in a tight space. If there are two of you, it's nice to have access to the sink. However, if one is sleeping, using the sink will wake them up.
The lighting is poor.

I reserved this hotel because I had a very early flight the next morning. I booked the room less than a month before arriving. I then called the day before to confirm parking rates and restaurant hours because I would be arriving later in the evening. I was told $9 per day to park and that the restaurant was open until 11pm. Upon arrival I was told the parking was $12 per day and the restaurant closed at 10pm. When I mentioned that the day before I was told $9 she claimed they changed it just that very day. I asked about the shuttle schedule. She was unable to tell me a time - just every 15 mins and that I should just come down 15 mins before I want to leave. I was then asked if I needed a wake up call which I arranged. I then called before going to sleep to confirm the wake up call. The alarm clock in my room didn't work so I couldn't use it as back up. I was assured I'd receive the call. The call never came. The shuttle process was very lengthy and by no means a 10 min ride as promised. I missed my flight. The hotel did absolutely nothing correct. I will not return.

Although I do highly recommend the hotel. I did have a problem with the Business Center computer not working my enitire stay there and no one seemed to care even after I made a complaint about it. It shoud have been fixed.

This is a terriffic hotel with an exceptional group of management and staff. I travel approximately 40 to 45 weeks a year and it is always a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton PHL airport because the staff is so terriffic.

Beautiful interior and lobby. Very open. Complimentary fruit at front desk. Bed was awesome! Nice desk ,plenty of drawer. Different lay out with sink outside room Very clean. Decent water pressure of shower.

When I got to my room the bed looked like someone had slept on it, and there was no remote control for the TV.
I did not receive an itemized bill at check out. Also having to pay for parking is a rip-off.

One disaster after another-- unable to check in because computers down, false fire alarm, room not cleaned at all one day, elevators down one day. Why should we want to stay here again?

As you would expect from a Four Points this property is a no frills option if you are staying a night or 2 but wouldn't want to stay any longer. Close to the airport, downtown and all Philly sports complex's.

Spent one night before leaving on a early morning flight. Great facility and good service. Great to be able to have a good night's sleep before leaving on an early morning flight. Very convenient.

The check in process and paying for anything other than with cash was horrendous given your system was down. And it was down for multiple days. Surely this can be improved.

The room was not clean. there was mud stuck on the floor in the entry way and clothes closet and the desk chair in the room had the fake leather pelling off the top exposing the foam.

This hotel i wouldn't recommend to a dog...it was just that horrible. It started with the front desk manager know knowing how to add my spg number to my account. Then another front desk employee said she would add it to my profile...that never happened. Upon my check out..i asked the front desk manager to do it...he said it was to complicated and he didn't know how and he would hath to contact your corporate office to add the spg memebership number. The hotel rooms wall paper was falling off..esepcially in the bathrooms. The sink water wouldn't drain at all...it would just stand for hours before he went down. The cleaning staff took my don't disturb sign off my door on purpose in order to know & awake me from my sleep to say its housekeeping..the funny thing is that i called the front desk around noon telling the staff to let housekeeping know that i didn't need any service..but i guess they didn't get the memo or the call!! The van shuttle to the airport upon checking out was 20min late...it came at 12:50pm instead of 12:40pm.. This is just unacceptable esepcially when i have a plane to catch!!

The bed was comfortable. Free water was nice. TV was HD and had good quality. Could use power outlets near bed for phone charger. Overall good experience but the hotel is showing its age.

There was a long line at check-in, and the receptionist did not ask for help from her colleagues.
When we entered our room, the floor was sticky in the non-carpeted areas.

I pick airport hotels for business reasons so for a room not to have Wifi access and to have a desk right up against the bed is not fitting for a business stay.

We stayed at this hotel on Friday, September 20, 2013 and Saturday, September 21, 2013. Really it was only one day because our flight into town was delayed and we didn't arrive at the hotel to check-in until 4am on 9-21-13. We left our room on 9-21-13 around 1pm to go to downtown Philadelphia to do some sightseeing and when we arrived back at our hotel room around 7:15pm at night our room door on the fifth floor was left open! When we left at 1pm our bed was unmade, out trash cans were dirty and our towels were used. When we returned our bed was made, our trash was emptied and we had new towels and toiletries. The metal bar in the door was left out leaving the door open. My boyfriend and I both had work computers and confidential files from work in our room along with all of personal travel items. Our trip to Philadelphia was for work and we were in town from WI with no vehicle access. Everything we had was supposed to be secure in the hotel room and it was not. We were very disappointed with this and furthermore with how the situation was handled when we brought it to the attention of the hotel staff. All we got were a bunch of "I'm sorries." We even needed to request that a report be filed with security. Isn't that the first thing the staff should have suggested?? We requested follow up from a hotel manager on Saturday night and again this morning when we left. We still have not heard from anyone. We are lucky that nothing was taken from our room but can't help think 'what if' and the liability that could have been the fault of the hotel staff who left it open. Very disappointed that nothing was offered to us besides an apology. We will not stay here again!!
