Rated 3 out of 5 by Shuttle sucks Stay was acceptable and expectation of a budget hotel. Needs improvement of shuttle bus to/from airport. Both times were significantly late. The 20 minutes intervals are more 30 mins. So plan your trip because they don't have enough buses to deliver this promised service November 15, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Issues Paid about $30 more than others traveling n our party. Had to call maintenance to get them to fixed the end table and desk light. The bathroom fan didn't work and the TV came on twice during the night. Overall a less than acceptable experience. Won't stay there again. January 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for Weekend Trip The rooms were slightly smaller than I expected, so I would recommend this hotel for shorter stays. I was also shocked to see the condition of the carpet; it was in need of a good shampoo. Other than that my stay was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. August 12, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice staff poor room This is a budget hotel but the desk chair in my room shoudl have been in a skip not a hotel room. Overall drab and uncared for with some lightbulbs not working - too tired to bother to get sorted. On the upside the reception staff were loveley and very helpful. October 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel stay The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Was worried about the location because I am not from the area but it is in a safe and nice location. I could see the airplanes leaving from my window. Would stay again. Close to downtown and Eagles stadium. December 17, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 Watch where you walk! Crumbs and garbage thru out the room. At first I thought it was a joke but then realized it was just a very dirty room. Since it was about 1 am after a long drive I didnot complain or want to move to another room. However I will never stay here again. April 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Loud Heating System We had a room next to the elevators on a Saturday night. We had inconsiderate guests talking loudly outside our room at 2 a.m.. The heating/cooling system would come on with a very loud bang so if you're still awake, this bang will startle you. April 9, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wake up call The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet seat was loose and needs to be replaced. I did not receive the wake up call that I requested. Fortunately woke up in time! I'm very happy with the stay and park package that I received March 16, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Clean, simple, but needs in-room wireless Rooms are clean, very simple, nice bar. The room has free internet but only through the USB port. Today people have iPads and tablets, which do not have USB ports. It runs on wireless. You can only get wireless in the hotel lobby. November 10, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by parking at hotel I felt it was disgraceful that I was charged 7.00 to park. And each time I went in and out there was issues with the ticket machine. And was charged, although they did refund me back for being overcharged,, it was am annoyance. March 27, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Loation good, rooms iffy The sink is in the room hallway, not in the bathroom. It's in a tight space. If there are two of you, it's nice to have access to the sink. However, if one is sleeping, using the sink will wake them up. The lighting is poor. January 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Airiport Shuttle Service We did wait about a half an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport and made three phone calls to inquire when the shuttle would arrive. We were very tired after a long travel day and were anxious to get home. November 18, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Extemely Disappointing I reserved this hotel because I had a very early flight the next morning. I booked the room less than a month before arriving. I then called the day before to confirm parking rates and restaurant hours because I would be arriving later in the evening. I was told $9 per day to park and that the restaurant was open until 11pm. Upon arrival I was told the parking was $12 per day and the restaurant closed at 10pm. When I mentioned that the day before I was told $9 she claimed they changed it just that very day. I asked about the shuttle schedule. She was unable to tell me a time - just every 15 mins and that I should just come down 15 mins before I want to leave. I was then asked if I needed a wake up call which I arranged. I then called before going to sleep to confirm the wake up call. The alarm clock in my room didn't work so I couldn't use it as back up. I was assured I'd receive the call. The call never came. The shuttle process was very lengthy and by no means a 10 min ride as promised. I missed my flight. The hotel did absolutely nothing correct. I will not return. May 8, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel Staff Showed a lack of knowledge This hotel i wouldn't recommend to a dog...it was just that horrible. It started with the front desk manager know knowing how to add my spg number to my account. Then another front desk employee said she would add it to my profile...that never happened. Upon my check out..i asked the front desk manager to do it...he said it was to complicated and he didn't know how and he would hath to contact your corporate office to add the spg memebership number. The hotel rooms wall paper was falling off..esepcially in the bathrooms. The sink water wouldn't drain at all...it would just stand for hours before he went down. The cleaning staff took my don't disturb sign off my door on purpose in order to know & awake me from my sleep to say its housekeeping..the funny thing is that i called the front desk around noon telling the staff to let housekeeping know that i didn't need any service..but i guess they didn't get the memo or the call!! The van shuttle to the airport upon checking out was 20min late...it came at 12:50pm instead of 12:40pm.. This is just unacceptable esepcially when i have a plane to catch!! November 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel could use updating The bed was comfortable. Free water was nice. TV was HD and had good quality. Could use power outlets near bed for phone charger. Overall good experience but the hotel is showing its age. December 15, 2012
