Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service and tasty breakfast This hotel served my purposes well, with treadmill-exercise room, pool and ham-eggs breakfast ($20) every morning. To top it off, they ran up and got the power cord I left in the room, just in time for me to get the airport shuttle. June 21, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by No redeeming Quality accept for Airport Location OVERALL IMPRESSION: The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location to PHL Airport. The rooms and hotel common areas are poorly maintained. The hotel elevators and the hallway carpets are filthy. The Housekeeping Management should be replaced. Hotel GM should look at the elevators lack of cleaning and the poor maintenance of the hallway carpets...when was the last time both were cleaned thoroughly\? SPG RECOGNITION: Don't expect any. This is typical for most SPG Four Points Property which is a shame and probably due to poor staff training. . Front Desk guest service agents are not genuinely friendly and appeared disgruntled. Recognition of SPG status was not provided and or even acknowledged. Front Desk agent did not provide any information as to the amenities of the hotel and did not even offer any SPG benefits. THE ROOM: Typical of a 1-2 Star hotel. Don't expect much. Room is barely maintained and require a renovation. Poor housekeeping. LOCATION: Near PHL airport. Easy travels from the freeway as the exit is a couple blocks away.. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS: Nothing. Only stayed here because the two adjacent Properties were sold out and I had an early flight the next morning. EXTREMELY BELOW EXPECTATIONS: The Front Desk Staff and Cleanliness of hotel common areas. Front Desk staff not genuinely friendly, no acknowledgement of SPG Status and or Recognition offered. Rated 3 out of 5 by Overpriced hotel I have worked in a hospitality before and when a guest is not happy you make sure they leave happy. For what you have to pay for rooms is crazy and then have to pay for parking on top of that...and then just an ala carte breakfast...we will not be staying there again. I have to come to Philly every other month for school and I am always on the search for a good hotel with decent prices and some amenities. April 2, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Quiet and Comfortable I am a Platinum member. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Considering it is on a highway and adjacent to the airport, it was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff was friendly. Check-in was efficient. Shuttle ran often to the airport. I would definitely stay here again when I needed to be near the airport. March 23, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by WORST hotel in this chain Upon checking in, the front desk staff seemed distracted and did not portray a friendly greeting. The door to the first room that I was assigned was jammed and had to be forced open. I went to the front desk with my luggage where the front desk clerk merely stated that the engineer probably didn’t let the paint dry. I was given another room on the same floor. The light to the entranceway flickered and blew out. After traveling internationally, I had to carry my luggage back to the front desk where I was assigned a third room. The vent in the final room was caked with lint. I took pictures with my phone. I travel constantly and have NEVER stayed in a hotel that was so inadequately maintained. December 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Philly Airport Hotel Four Points PHL Airport was a pleasant surprise after a very long day. The Front Desk Employee was quick and efficient. I appreciated the fact that she pointed out that they had issues with the printer and that I could utilize the printer next door at the Sheraton Suites, which I did. They were also most kind to me when I did this. When checking out, the employee asked if I had time for breakfast as my rate did include it. She said the gentleman in the restaurant would take good care of me and it would be delicious. She was right on both accounts! The staff at this property does an excellent job with interacting with the guests. Even the lady cleaning the lobby offered me a paper while I awaited the shuttle to the airport. I would absolutely return to this property! November 28, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Choice Found the hotel to be very convenient to the Philadelphia airport with complimentary shuttle service. Room was comfortable and roomy. As was the bathroom. Good selection of dinner and breakfast items in the hotel restaurant. And, all the staff were helpful especially the two women running the restaurant. November 7, 2014
