Stayed for 4 nights, hotel was clean, staff friendly, but some amenities like the bar and dinner were not open thanksgiving or the day after, so make other plans, breakfast was served and was good.

very disappointed for a Four Points . Front desk staff was unprofessional and not helpful . Room Service Staff was amazing , always friendly and food was always delivered hot . The restaurant staff , hostess was rude , unprofessional. I left after 30 minutes of waiting for a waitress . Hostess said she was on break . I tried to eat there 2 times, and each time gave up and ordered room service.. The fee for parking is ridiculous for people staying at your hotel . I could not wait for the week to end so I could leave. so many inconveniences and lack of amenities. I asked 3 times for shower gel. It was empty when I arrived and was never filled . The carpet was dirty . Hair was on the bathroom floor and the air system in the room was loud. I pray to God that I never have to experience another week as I did when I stayed at your hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is so convenient to downtown, the convention center and all the DC sights and tourist attractions. My room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were great! The staff was friendly and the hotel immaculate! Great stay!

There was soap left in the shower from the previous guest. I advised the front desk and they immediately apologized, sent up extra soap and offered us complimentary breakfast for both mornings of our stay.

The Four Points was a pleasant surprise! I was not familiar with the brand before this stay, but was very pleased with the facility!
The staff is what stands out the most when you are staying here. They are welcoming, accomodating, personable and obviously trained well. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the free bottled water was a nice surprise!
I enjoyed the gym and restaurant as well

Rated 5 out of 5 by tctommy a nice walk to the National Mall and Dupont Circle
Downtown, Chinatown, National Mall, and all the other sites are within walking distances. Local public transportation is readily available also so park your car and enjoy the sites. The staff greeted me at midnight with cheery smiles and all the info I needed about the area. This hotel was top of the line and just what I expected. no better then I expected. For people that don't use Starwood properties for there travel and just settle for what they get and at a price equal to or above what we pay don't know what they are missing. Thank you once again Four Points D.C. for maintaining the high standards we have come to expect and appreciate.
