Rated 2 out of 5 by stains as a loyal SPG member, i was sad to find this property once i checked into the rooms. i was traveling for personal reasons with other members of my family in multiple rooms and found it disappointing. stains on the bedding, mildew smells in the shower and jaded employees seem to define the property. we did have a nice bellhop though... will be looking to stay elsewhere next time... Rated 3 out of 5 by DC four pts Sheraton Dont bother! This hotel needs a remodel. The maid service was average and the housekeeper was rude. The bathrom has chipped paint stains on walls. Very disgusting. The air conditioning was dripping water and was very loud. The front desk staff was professional. May 21, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed I was not very satisfied with my stay. Room was functional at best. No newspapers at gift shop, inability of front desk to change a large bill, bad plumbing in shower. Not very impressed and would not recommend. May 20, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Fair The bathroom in our room reminded me of a bathroom in a hospital I was in. There was no space to lay out your items. There was an out of use soap dispenser on the wall. The closet was small with not enough vertical length to hang out a pair of pants or a dress. Then right in the middle of the closet was a safe that limited the width of the closet. May 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by well located and fine We were only staying for an overnight while visiting son and family. Everything in our room was very fine except the size. Room was small; bath was small. But it all worked! Happy to have the coffee in the room; haven't found that lately in other hotels. Surprised to get free bottled water. All in all, pleasant overnight. May 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Location Great location to the National Mall and the Metro Rail. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for the three days that we were there, but they gave us a pass to use another hotel pool in the area. May 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful hotel My husband and I stayed here for a night away from our children. The room was a little small, but was comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had great food, and my husband was able to catch some of his baseball game in the bar. Would recommend to friends. We did however pick this hotel, because it stated it was within walking distance to the monuments and museums.. glad we did not attempt to walk, because it would of been a looong walk. May 13, 2013
