The size and layout of the room was perfect for accommodating the fact that I had a lot of work to complete between a full on schedule of meetings. The location of the hotel was very central to my meetings. And the full breakfast buffet ensured I was nourished at the start of each busy day. Thanks.

Once again I had a great welcome and stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Darling Harbour, Sydney. The staff are universally welcoming and helpful but I would just like to single out Patrick in the restaurant who served me at breakfast each day, great customer service.

Good location, great breakfasts (I'll dream of these breakfasts) and the staff are incredibly helpful. We were a large party and were catered to each day and I would highly recommend this location for peace and quiet and in short reach of many activities. Complimentary upgrade each time I've stayed, make sure you get there early!

This used to be our favourite preferred Sydney Hotel and we have stayed many times over the years. Our last two stays, including the booking process, have been very unsatisfactory and we are now totally disillusioned with Four Points and SPG.
I can see absolutely no benefit in being an SPG member as we have never received any sort of preferential treatment either domestic or overseas. In fact when travelling with non-member friends they appear to have received the better standard of room. Furthermore, your phone reservation system and pricing is not consistent with the SPG website, and no attempt was made to try and accommodate specific requirements on different nights.
Hotel and booking staff varied from being helpful to indifferent and SPG membership seemed to make NO difference at all. In fact I am still seeking another credit for extra charges that should have been included in the special deal. Hence we won't be staying in Starwood hotels in the future.

Great Decoration in the Renovated Rooms, Terrific Views, Clean and Comfortable..... BUT, it's all let down by SLAMMING DOORS at all hours of the day and night. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for slamming doors. Such a shame as this would be a 9.5/10 if they fixed the noise problem.

Stayed 5 nights at Four Points Sydney. Overall impressed with the hotel. Asked for a King bed but the room had 2 single beds joined together. Woke up with back pain almost every morning. But apart from that it's a nice hotel with good facilities, clean, fantastic location and friendly staff.
Will stay again and recommend.

Very good hotel in most convenient location close to all the best sights in Sydney. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and well maintained. Gym/Fitness Centre very well equipped. WiFi is complimentary in reception but not in rooms which is the only disappointment which we experienced.

This hotel provides great value and a perfect location. The rooms are a good size, clean, modern in decor and comfortable. Staff are good and food quality is also good.
Only downside is parking which can be expensive and a little inconvenient off-site, across the road.
All in all a fantastic hotel and would recommend.

I ve to say thanks for the staff who upgraded me to a harbourview room but Honestly I won't recommend this hotel for my friends, the shower curtain in the toilet smelt really bad/disgusting. The carpet in the room dirty. Morning was so noisy pipes from the toilet, vacuum cleaner from next door..
Not a memorable stay.

Location is superb, stone's throw away from all major entertainment & shopping districts. Very helpful Concierge team, credits should be given to Gary Chan, Assistant Concierge. Comfortable room and housekeeping done a very good job! definitely first choice for my next return to Sydney!

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. We stayed overnight during a weekend in Sydney. We left wishing we could have stayed longer.
It had modern stylish decor. The staff were all faultless. The rooms were quiet and well appointed. Buffet breakfast was great.

The concierge service was outstanding. They were really friendly and helpful, and handled every request I had quickly and with such pleasure. I would highly recommend this hotel for their service alone.
Internet access on the other hand was less than optimal. Hope they do better with this for the price they charge.

Late checkout made most of location and room comfort.
Bar Eleven offered great views of Darling Harbour at night. Very LA feel. They are going to supply blankets which will make it cozy for winter!

Excellent value for money. Location is perfect, within walking distance to shopping, harbours and stations. I have stayed here twice in the last month and found the staff to be so accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend the buffet breakfast and dinner. As good as any I have sampled. Will be returning.

We stayed at your hotel two nights and I wish it could have been more. Everything about our stay was perfect - the staff were helpful & friendly from the moment we arrived, our room had a lovely view & the huge bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and thought the breakfast buffet was delicious.

A superb hotel in an excellent location.
Our second stay and have only one issue.
Had pre-ordered refreshments to the room with a 45 minute window for the staff and wasnt fulfilled until 15 minutes after arrival.
Kind of put a dampener on things.But aside from this thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The refurbished City side room was comfortable and well appointed although there was not enough lighting in the bathroom and it took until 3pm to get the room serviced. The breakfast was great and a good part of the accommodation package. Great location above Darling Harbour and a short walk to Pitt Street.

Booked a room for the night for the Vivid Sydney Show. Unfortunately it rained so we stayed and watched the lights and fireworks from our upgraded room. The staff were very friendly as always, never have to ask twice especially the concierge. They were a happy bunch, always assisting with a smile.

The rooms (or possibly some sooms) really need an update. Very old and old fashioned furniture and the carpet was really worn-out. All information cards in the room were dirty. Not really matching with the total appearance and the high prices. Must say; breakfast was very good but the coffee was really yuck.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, albeit very busy. The refurbished premium rooms are great, very comfortable with a modern appearance. Often standing in the SPG preferred line is slower than the regular line, which makes no sense. The Internet speed and reliability badly needs upgrading, but is passable.

but.......not to your doing. We didn't have the greatest of Neighbours for the night. They must have arrived back at their room after a night out and the part continued @ 2.00am until all hours. Needless to say I didn't much sleep at all thanks to them.
But the hotel was great

Room was small but functional, food was average at best. Construction work starting at 7:30am every morning in room above was less then ideal, especially as I had to do conference calls through to 11am with drilling and hammering in the background. Will look for other hotels next time in Sydney.
