THIS HOTEL HAS A GREAT LOCATION.
WETHER YOU WANT DARLING HARBOUR OR THE HEART OF THE CITY YOUR ARE WITHIN WALKING MINUTES OF CHINA TOWN, THEATRES, THE CASINO, COCKLE BAY RESTAURANTS,GEORGE ST MOVIES AND NOT ALL THAT FAR TO THE OPERA HOUSE AND SYDNEY HARBOUR.

Stayed in a Harbour view room with a nice outlook and a comfortable bed.
The room was not ready on arrival (11am - which is before normal check in time of 2pm) however the concierge service happily looked after my bags until later in the day. On check in I was able to request a later checkout of noon.
The room was clean on the outset but dusty behind furniture. The air conditioning and TV cable box were quite noisy.
Limited choices of tea in the in room tea/coffee making facilities (green tea or black tea). Would have been nice to have seen some alternatives such as peppermint, chamomile etc. Also didn't seem to see any complimentary water in the room.
Took the breakfast buffet which has a good selection of hot food and fruits. However during eating one of the bread products I found that it was past its best and was mouldy. I mentioned this to a waitress in the restaurant who removed the offending item from the buffet however no deductions were made to my breakfast bill.
This hotel would benefit massively from a spa/pool.

Room fit out needs an upgrade inclusive of TV.
Breakfast buffet was enjoyable but lacked that something to say you are staying at a Sheraton........lack of variety in juices and no additional napkins.
Service by all employees was caring and most prompt.

Hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful and courteous.
Only comment I had was that the room service was a bit expensive and it wasn't expected to have to pay a delivery charge to the room either...otherwise, great location and I will be back!

Staff were very helpful and polite in all respects. They catered for my gluten free dietary requirements during breakfast and really went out of their way. It's so reassuring to not worry about getting sick while on holiday! The room was comfortable.

Hostel-standard when it comes to cleanliness, and the staff didn't care about replacing toiletries, vacuum cleaning the place properly or even cleaning the toilet. I was not expecting such lack of consideration for customers coming from such a big brand.

A really great hotel with great views. Had a problem with the air con (the harbour view room faces west so the sun hits it in the afternoon) As one of the motors had failed and they were unable to fix it. We just went out rather than stay in the room.

I really enjoyed my night at the Four Points. However, it would have been nice to have dressing gowns and slippers available for a more comfortable night in. Also I found that our safe did not work.

Great Staff very helpful and courteous..Room was clean and comfortable and view was excellent..Had everything you could think of in the Breakfast Menu...Was only there for 1 night so didn't get to experience all that was on offer..Maybe next time..

The hotel is located in an excellent position on Darling Harbour, room was lovely and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed a good buffett breakfast with the exception of the danish pastries which were tough, tasteless and rubbery.

Staff, facilities and location make the Four Points Sydney a perfect location for a business or holiday stay.
If you like keeping fit, the fitness room is very well equipped with a view over Darling Harbour.

The room had a fabulous view but what I booked and what I got was different. I booked a studio. I got a room with a spectacular view. The main issue is that I had working partners who came to work in my room and it was not appropriate.

Room was new and clean, although a little small. Great location and generally happy with my stay except i did request plates to be sent to the room on 2 occasions which never arrived. Thought this was poor, as i offered to pick them up myself.

We enjoyed an amazing weekend in the city at the Four Points. Completely relaxing and rejuvenating without leaving the city.
The maritime suite was divine, we had such a great stay! We will be back soon.

Perfect for business this hotel is central to everything, you can walk to town, Darling harbor or hop on the monorail. Very clean and comfortable beds. Also the cleaning staff were very helpful and great attitude would definitely stay again

The hotel itself is very pleasant with a spacious foyer, which opens out into an attractive shopping area with a glass ceiling that covers a pedestrian walkway.
Really nice and comfortable rooms that were clean and nicely presented and the beds were excellent. We booked 3 rooms between us and we all agreed upon the comfort and cleanliness. The in-room tea/ coffee making facilities and glasses for the mini bar were also thoughtfully presented.
The only disappointment was the food; the service was slow even though there were hardly any other people at the tables and the food was barely average. This seemed a shame for such a nice hotel.
After checking out of the hotel, we asked the conceirge to keep our luggage until it was time for us to leave and catch our plane. When we produced our tickets to retrieve our luggage, they seemed to have stowed it so far away it took a full 10 minutes to retrieve; not much good if you're in a hurry, which we were.
Overall, the staff were very polite and attentive and for a hotel in the city it was great value.

This is my low cost option for a stay in the city. The rooms are great however a bit small, the restaurant has a great breakfast and the bar has some great drinks and snacks. It is located a short walk to Darling Harbour and also China Town.

The room spectacular, great view. Only I would sau the Fan noisy.
I loved that had exit to the city center and the darling harbour bay.

As advised to the executive at my check out, I felt that my room service dinner the prior night represented very poor value. The item did not match the description; the main course and accompanying fries were poorly presented and cold.

Had a lovely stay, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very pleasant and had the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever had in a hotel. Would definitely recommend to others.

the room had an excellent view over the harbor which was best viewed at night. the room was reasonable size with good facilities the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a superb room overlooking Darling Harbour. Hotel was within easy reach of all of the major Sydney landmarks and CBD.
Excellent customer service from all staff. Was made to feel very welcome from the outset until I left a week later.

For a weekend away, perfect location (with the monorail still operating) to get to most parts of the city, while being enough away from the busiest parts of town. Housekeeping service below par - 2 calls and still no coffee delivered

We spent 2 nights on a cheap rate wot hotel deal. Expected a city view room but got harbour view. Service was first class, the view was spectacular. Parking is a bit pricey at $40 for 24 hrs but great if you don't have a car with you.
