Rated 5 out of 5 by Roami26 Dependable TOP quality service and facilities EVERY time!
Staying at the Four Points Sheraton - Darling Harbour, is ALWAYS like staying with a trusted friend. The service and facilities can be depended on to deliver EVERY TIME. From the Bell Clerks, to the Concierge, to the Front Desk staff, to the Housekeeping Staff...these folks know what it takes to make you feel at home - AND keep you coming back. I had several issues which required assistance during my stay: a canceled flight, transporation arrrangements, an extended stay, etc. Everyone was always more than willing to assist me in whatever manner possible. The hotel was terribly busy, but the staff never appeared "rushed". I was always greeted with a SMILE and BY NAME. Nice job, David. I'll be back...AGAIN!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DK2013 Nice, Warm and Uncomplicated
It is my first trip to Sydney and i really enjoyed staying in 4 points.
The reception welcome me warmly, make an effort to have a conversation with me and he assigned a nice room facing the breath taking view of the Darling Harbour.
The hotel arranged a nice bottle of red wine. Personally I dont like red wine but the wine was really a nice one.
The Filipino waitress brought cut chillies during breakfast to me because she knew most Malaysian loved chilies. Appreciate that gesture.
I love the uncomplicated room switches. Just what i like, basic switches to turn on the lights.
WIll definately come back to stay in this warm hotel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SFWoo Sheraton Darling Harbor
Sheraton Four Points is situated in an ideal location overlooking Darling Harbor. It's within short walking distance to the QV mall, the theater, The Star Casino, and a central location adjacent to a great choice of eateries right in Darling Harbor, Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf. We enjoyed the comfortable walks to the Rocks, and Sydney Harbor. The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious, and the staff were very accomodating. We would definitely return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AB73 Great upgrade of rooms - bright and fresh decorr
Great upgrade of rooms at the Four Points Darling Harbour - good to have a shower without having to stand in a bath. Things to consider - the ironing boards are new - the cover fell off when taken of the cupboard - the cover is wafer thin - consider adding an extra cover. The ironing board has a useless frame on one end - we are not ironing sheets! Suggest remove to allow for easier ironing of business shirts. It would be helpful if the rooms had a plastic cup with a spout to place water in the iron as opposed to placing the iron under the tap. Consider placement of extra power points adjacent to bed - typically people will want to change items whilst sitting on the bed or for charge overnight on beside table - the power point is too far away for Apple chargers - unless people start pulling out the clock and beside lamp
The only other comment is with regards to billing - if express checkout is used, commonly receive more than one invoice for stay - this is frustrating as it adds to he paperwork for submitting travel claims

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ckav123 This hotel is in a fantastic position
We stayed in a premium harbor view room and the views were fantastic however it was still a bit small. We would definitely stay there again but will probably book the harbor deluxe room instead which is a bit bigger. Lighting not the best so very difficult to do your makeup! The new rooftop bar is a must do with a perfect view. The food was very disappointing and is limited to one restaurant. No swimming pool so might be a problem in summer.

Breakfast staff very rude not aware of what is included

Sick of expensive hotels charging for internet which is slow and poor. It just means that people are all lolling round on the shabby sofas in reception to get the free 2 hours.
rooftop bar nice but not open at lunch time to take advantage of good weather. when its chilly in the evenings the heaters are there but have run out of gas so not on! Also bar not open Sunday or Monday! Staff in bar on roof most unhelpful and in lobby with a couple of exceptions. Having stayed a total of 12 days during our trip the second room was not good and the first one there was the sound of constant drilling
