Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel at a great price Close to Darling Harbour, Chinatown and the city. Great hotel at a great price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. Amenities and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. No hotel car parking but there is parking across the road. For the price in an inner city Sydney hotel we would definitely stay there again. Rated 5 out of 5 by Sydney Sheraton - Darling Harbour From arrival after a 14 hour flight to departure the stay was superb! Friendly, efficient staff, good food and excellent amenities. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to visitors planning a trip to Sydney. Excellent location on Darling Harbour and within easy walking distance of the main city and the Sydney attractions. November 1, 2013

I did think that a $7 delivery fee for in-room dining was exorbitant given the already high food prices and the fact that I tried to eat in the dining room to save money but was told it was full and there was a 1 hour wait. Otherwise my stay was very good. Thank you. March 27, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great room, parking issues Instructions for parking meant we parked in the wrong parking bay. Cost was menat to be included in our room rate. After pushing my point, we got a 75% refund on our parking cost. Room was a bit small, but nicely laid out and breakfast was great. Even though we could only get single beds due to renovations, they were pretty comfy. May 23, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Enjoyable stay but!! I enjoyed my stay this time but was disappointed with the check in. An unsupervised trainee at Gold/Platinum desk. Didn't offer upgrade, newspaper, and asked for information that was already known. Did not look like he wanted to be there. Breakfast was great and the removal of used plates from the table was very swift - thank you. January 14, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by I LOVE STAYING HERE Good location, great breakfasts (I'll dream of these breakfasts) and the staff are incredibly helpful. We were a large party and were catered to each day and I would highly recommend this location for peace and quiet and in short reach of many activities. Complimentary upgrade each time I've stayed, make sure you get there early! December 4, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff I have stayed at this hotel before,and was disappointed on this visit with very slow kitchen service at breakfast, poor communication from reception staff when trying to resolve an issue, and a very harried and harassed concierge when trying to check out-perhaps more staff should be available at known busy times during the day. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel was very dissapointing This used to be our favourite preferred Sydney Hotel and we have stayed many times over the years. Our last two stays, including the booking process, have been very unsatisfactory and we are now totally disillusioned with Four Points and SPG. I can see absolutely no benefit in being an SPG member as we have never received any sort of preferential treatment either domestic or overseas. In fact when travelling with non-member friends they appear to have received the better standard of room. Furthermore, your phone reservation system and pricing is not consistent with the SPG website, and no attempt was made to try and accommodate specific requirements on different nights. Hotel and booking staff varied from being helpful to indifferent and SPG membership seemed to make NO difference at all. In fact I am still seeking another credit for extra charges that should have been included in the special deal. Hence we won't be staying in Starwood hotels in the future. March 23, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel in great location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were on the 10th floor facing the HArbour. Had fabulous views to the harbour and fireworks on Saturday. Staff was friendly and special thanks to Steyn who really looked after us during our stay. He remembered my name and my son's name upon check out and that is after 5 days after meeting us! Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderful service with a great view of Darling Harbour The staff were very helpful especially the gentleman who took my order for in-room dining. On learning that I was vegetarian, he took it upon himself to ensure that everything that I has ordered was in fact completely vegetarian. He called back to advise me of the outcome and recommended dishes that were vegetarian. Thank you May 27, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Location and Service The hotel has a great location, awesome views from the harbour rooms and very comfortable ambience and rooms. It is convenient as it is close to george street and just a 20 min walk to circular quay. Nice stay great value for price. Facilities are not he best in the city. Overall it was a very pleasant stay recommend highly. September 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Location We stayed at this hotel because we wanted something close Darling Harbour but once we arrived we realised it was even better then expected. It was a 5 minute walk into the heart of the city, 5 minutes to Darling Harbour and a nice stroll down to Circular Quay. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. January 28, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Room Offer to SPG Unfortuantely the last 2 visits have not been ideal - one with a single bed only and the second in a disabled room - if I am an SPG, how are others treated?? I am a frequent business traveller to Syd and am keen to stay at your hotel but will reconsider this if my next stay is as per my last 2 visits (poor). April 4, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent service- once more We have just stayed for one night in two connecting rooms. Staff courtesy, attitude and helpfulness second to none. Room service staff happily accomodated our children's variation to menu choices. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Undisturbed sleep. Thank you for your wonderful staff and hospitality. Rated 3 out of 5 by Good hotel but stay away from Room 513 Stayed 5 nights at Four Points Sydney. Overall impressed with the hotel. Asked for a King bed but the room had 2 single beds joined together. Woke up with back pain almost every morning. But apart from that it's a nice hotel with good facilities, clean, fantastic location and friendly staff. Will stay again and recommend. December 9, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Something missing Hi, there's was no mention of 1.5% surcharge when I used my Amex! no complimentary eater in the room! wasn't told where the restaurant was as my stay included a buffet breakfast , nor was the breakfast times mentioned upon my check-in. Just lacked the common courtesy that is of a well trusted hotel chain. April 6, 2014

Rooms very comfortable and well maintained. Gym/Fitness Centre very well equipped. WiFi is complimentary in reception but not in rooms which is the only disappointment which we experienced. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great value hotel This hotel provides great value and a perfect location. The rooms are a good size, clean, modern in decor and comfortable. Staff are good and food quality is also good. Only downside is parking which can be expensive and a little inconvenient off-site, across the road. All in all a fantastic hotel and would recommend. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great view- comfotable-courteous staff Check in staff very professional and friendly. Concierge lent us umbrellas for our walk to Dixon St. Very impressed with Gary Chan extremely helpful. Housemaid on 11th floor (Islander?) full of smiles-made us feel very welcome. Wish our stay had been a lot longer but had family commitments. Thanks David and Maureen January 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reception staff and concierge were wonderful Reception staff and concierge were wonderful. Chris at reception was very helpful and polite. Was not happy with restaurant staff. One lady needs to be trained as She put a pot of boiling water right next to my baby twins. I also asked her for a pot of tea at breakfast time but did not receive it. Had to ask twice. Rated 3 out of 5 by Unpleasant stay I ve to say thanks for the staff who upgraded me to a harbourview room but Honestly I won't recommend this hotel for my friends, the shower curtain in the toilet smelt really bad/disgusting. The carpet in the room dirty. Morning was so noisy pipes from the toilet, vacuum cleaner from next door.. Not a memorable stay. April 4, 2013
