Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel in great location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were on the 10th floor facing the HArbour. Had fabulous views to the harbour and fireworks on Saturday. Staff was friendly and special thanks to Steyn who really looked after us during our stay. He remembered my name and my son's name upon check out and that is after 5 days after meeting us! Rated 3 out of 5 by Not as good as prior visits or as expected Had a newly renovated room. I had requested king bed and got 2 singles. The room was cold. There were no extra blankets available. On checkingaircon it appears heat was not connected. Also fridge not cold. When request to fix / review it appears the fridge didn't even have a plug on it!! Request a clothes brush and it never came! Had better experiences June 15, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel has a good location and a nice view of Darling Harbor This hotel was an adequate Four Points Sheraton. The room itself was nothing to rave about, but comfortable. I'm glad we got "upgraded" to a harbor view room. The only perks for being a Starwood Gold and Vacation Owner was free Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet was overpriced and mediocre at best. The lobby sofa and chairs need upgrading, or at least cleaning. March 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great stays We always enjoy ourselves when we stay at Sheraton Four Points. Our check-in are always hassle free and the staff are also polite and helpful. Very close to all that Darling Harbour and City have to offer. The refurbishment of the rooms brings a modern look to the hotel.The harbour side rooms add that extra bit of luxury during your stay - well worth it. December 11, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Terrible service poor attitude towards customers This hotel will let you book a king room / bed but tell you upon check in to the room that 2 single beds stuck together is a king. Try asking them if this should be explained prior to reservation and they look at you as if you're speaking another language. I had to ask them to imagine being in a bed shop and being asked to pay $3000 extra for a king bed being delivered two singles squeezed together. Rather than apologies I just received justification and treated like I was in the wrong and had unrealistic expectations. The room service either came way before the time requested or very late. The restaurant staff were rude to each other and seems highly stressed during services. I expect they were understaffed and it showed. Great chamber maids very diligent and respectful. I was studying and they were very considerate. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It felt poorly run with insufficient emphasis on customer being the client. June 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel and staff, but beware of mobile phone calls Loved our stay at the Four Points Darling Harbor. Friendly and extremely helpful staff willing to guide us through our day travels. Tip: Talk to the front desk before making any calls with your room phone. Local calls are $1, but that is only to lan lines. Mobile numbers are charged per minute and mobile numbers are distinguished with the (04) prefix . December 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Big Hotel - Old Fashioned Service Arriving on a busy Easter weekend I was delighted with the warm friendly welcome I received. I was dealt with efficiently and courteously then directed to my room. Even though the hotel was bustling my suitcase appeared within half an hour. As i have been let down in the past by reception staff I will now look forward to arriving at a Sheraton hotel. April 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sydney Sheraton - Darling Harbour From arrival after a 14 hour flight to departure the stay was superb! Friendly, efficient staff, good food and excellent amenities. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to visitors planning a trip to Sydney. Excellent location on Darling Harbour and within easy walking distance of the main city and the Sydney attractions. November 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by fabulous location and service this hotel has a great location on Darling Harbour and the rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Watched Darling Harbour fireworks from the balcony (it is worth paying the bit extra for a harbour view) and strolled up the hill to the queen vic building and CBD shopping. Excellent service, very good restaurant with great buffet dinner. January 3, 2012

The check in service officer was a delight he suggested an upgraded for an additional cost to Harbour views which was well worth it! Thank you. We had a late flight and the concierge team took good care of us until we departed for the airport. December 10, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Sydney Hotel My family and I stayed for a long weekend at Four Points in two rooms. The rooms were excellently appointed, very clean and the location is ideal for quick and easy access to all the places in Sydney you need to go. The walk down to the Opera House / Bridge is perfect for some gentle tourism. Only a 15 minute car ride from the Airport too. September 10, 2013

I was surprised just how good this hotel was , Its location was great with good access to both the city and Darling Habour. almost nothing was too much trouble to fix or arrange , i would deffinetly recomend this hotel. Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable refurbished room The refurbished room was most comfortable and exceeded my expectation. The staff at check-in were very helpful and courteous. Being in the heart of Sydney's Darling Harbor precinct, the hotel provided easy access to the facilities in Darling Harbor and also easy access to all the cruise facilities and restaurants in the King St Wharf area. Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT FIRST STAY AT SHERATON FOUR POINTS We were impressed with all aspects of our stay, from the room, service of the staff and the bufet breakfast which was included in our booking. The Hotel was ideally situated close to Darling Harbour, Sydney shops, and most tourist attractions. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel and hope to revisit the hotel at some stage. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great experience, but some inconsistencies I have stayed a number of times and love the hotel. This time I was in a newly renovate room which was a delight. The bathroom products are always hit and miss, having inconsistent items and generally missing ones. Also when I have asked for thing the wrong item comes. eg this time I asked for a sewing kit and received two shaving kits!!! February 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Superb location and staff Cannot fault this hotel. Amenities are wonderful. Beds and pillows are divine, allowing for a wonderful sleep. The staff on reception and Concierge desk are friendly and cannot do enough to make you welcome. Hats off to Management of this excellent hotel January 13, 2014

The staffs were very helpful especially the concierge and housekeeping which attended to our requests very promptly. The room and bed was also very comfortable. Such a good bargain price. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney! January 23, 2013

Reception very cooperative (early check in) Solution centre very helpful (check out one hour later was allowed without problem) Concierge very efficient bringing the luggage to the room and taking the luggage down upon departure. Room was nice, and staff very good, but: Skype and some other services were blocked on wifi TV remote control didn't work properly No swimming pool Room service inconsistent on quality Seafood buffet mediocre and service slow Bread stale at breakfast Coffee awful Everything very expensive for the quality. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Darling Harbor Views I've stayed at this hotel two times and both stays were good. I was told that the hotel rooms had been renovated since my last stay (2 years earlier) and I could not see any difference at all. The front desk staff was always very helpful as were the bellman and concierge. The bar and restaurant staff left a lot to be desired and service was almost non-existent. The restaurant has buffets at every mea, and while they are discounted for in-house guests, they're still very expensive. Ordering off the a la carte menu can be a little less expensive than the buffet, depending on what you order. Overall, I think the prices were extremely high for a Four Points hotel. The food quality was average every time I ate there. The views of Darling Harbor are amazing and if you're there on a Saturday night when they're doing fireworks, you'll have a great view of the fireworks over Darling Harbor. The room was comfortable overall, the bed was comfortable and the there was a nice work-desk. The couch in the room, however, felt like plastic and was very uncomfortable. My room had a balcony, which was great, but there were no chairs on the balcony, so you could only stand out there and enjoy the view. Overall, the hotel is good - it's probably what you'd expect from the brand. It wouldn't be my first choice in the city, but the rates are very affordable compared to other places. I will likely return to the hotel again when in Sydney, because it is good (not great or spectacular) but reliable and well-priced rooms. March 6, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Way to Expensive for what you get Four Points by Sheraton Darling Harbour, is over rated and very expensive. For the price the rooms are OK but very small. Powered scrambled eggs for breakfast is a no no for the price and the price to have a drink at bar 11 is ludicrous 1 wine & 1 beer $22.00 - not happy Jan. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel at a great price Close to Darling Harbour, Chinatown and the city. Great hotel at a great price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. Amenities and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. No hotel car parking but there is parking across the road. For the price in an inner city Sydney hotel we would definitely stay there again. The bathroom door on the inside was dirty near the handle and the TV had a stain on it, but otherwise the room was very clean. January 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff I have stayed at this hotel before,and was disappointed on this visit with very slow kitchen service at breakfast, poor communication from reception staff when trying to resolve an issue, and a very harried and harassed concierge when trying to check out-perhaps more staff should be available at known busy times during the day. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great room, parking issues Instructions for parking meant we parked in the wrong parking bay. Cost was menat to be included in our room rate. After pushing my point, we got a 75% refund on our parking cost. Room was a bit small, but nicely laid out and breakfast was great. Even though we could only get single beds due to renovations, they were pretty comfy. May 23, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Enjoyable stay but!! I enjoyed my stay this time but was disappointed with the check in. An unsupervised trainee at Gold/Platinum desk. Didn't offer upgrade, newspaper, and asked for information that was already known. Did not look like he wanted to be there. Breakfast was great and the removal of used plates from the table was very swift - thank you. January 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Location and Service The hotel has a great location, awesome views from the harbour rooms and very comfortable ambience and rooms. It is convenient as it is close to george street and just a 20 min walk to circular quay. Nice stay great value for price. Facilities are not he best in the city. Overall it was a very pleasant stay recommend highly. September 25, 2013
