Stayed 3 nights at Four Points- magnificent location, rooms spot on, great view from 11 th floor over Darling Harbour- staff very helpful, seafood buffet brilliant.
Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

We have a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Rooms were really lovely and beds very comfortable. Absolutely perfect location for tourists in Sydney. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

The hotel was perfect for our weekend stay. We wanted to be close to Darling Harbour and it was a short stroll across the bridge to DH. The king-size bed was so comfortable. Next time I will book a harbour view room.

I would say that the Four Seasons by Sheraton hotel is in a superb location, very close to Darling Harbour so close walking distance to many restaurants and cafe's. The room was really clean and very comfortable

the staff was very helpful in upgrading the room it was city ,they accepted my voucher and upgraded it to harbour view.the see food buffett is fantastic as i was able to invite a friend and he enjoyed it too much.

The hotel staff made it quick and easy to book in. They were friendly and professional.
I was able to park quickly and with ease.
The room was large, very quiet and had all the facilities I required for my stay.

This hotel is great, we were updated upon arrival and we couldn't have been happier with the harbour views after taking a long time in traffic to get there. Staff so helpful. Thinking of booking again soon.

For the price charged, the room was below my expectations, small room with views to the highrise across the street, no breakfast included. But room was clean and the staff friendly and very helpful.

The only negative was no valet parking had to park in secure parking and cost was nearly as much as the room $97.00 I feel as this is the only parking available it should be assisted by the hotel

This hotel meets the expectations of the business traveller well.
Only criticism I have is that the bed has only one quite light blanket provided with no spares - so it was cold!

We spent 4 nights during Australia Day weekend. We had a room with great harbour view. We could walk to all the festivities. shopping and dining facilities.
We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony!!

I stay here regularly as a spg member and I am usually extremely satisfied with all aspects of the hotel this time however I was allocated a tired old room with worn out carpet. Disappointing

Four Points is ideally located due to its distance from points of interest. My comments are: No facility for sauna/massage services especially for international travellers and no free internet access.

We regularly stay in 4-5 star hotels throughout Australia and the world. This stay was one we were very happy with, it was pleasant and comfortable. Ticks all the boxes. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel upgrade is in progress and the new room layout is much better suited to the business traveller.
The new bar on level 11 is an excellent entertainment space for clients.

i have been staying at thi hotel for the past 7 years, i come in once a year for a 5 day event. this year i was excited to hear about the newly renovated rooms because the hotel was due. as a lifetime Platinum member i used my sweet night upgrades and was given a newly renovated suite. when i arrived to my room it looked very nice but then i reliazed there was no power to the desk for my laptop and i had to get enginering to come and help me sort it out then i realized the fridge was broken and they had to change that out, one of the new sinks wasnt draining and they had to come and fix the sink. they were good about all of that but then after two days of a cool room i realized the heat wasnt working either and i asked at the front desk to have it taken care of and later that night when ireturned i realized it had not been done i called again and they showed up with a space heater which was there solution for the next 3 days. i do appreciate the new rooms as they are very nice but maybe they could finish them completely and ensure all is working properly before putting them back in service especially the suites.

Room was dirty, I am a Platinum member and was place on a low floor right next to the freeway. Bed was terrible. The light in my wardrobe kept flashing on then off. Room service was inedible.

The hotel and ground staff met all my expectations but the phone information when ringing ahead could do with some improvement and / or training besides that will be visit this hotel again
