I was visiting Sydney on business and room was booked and to be charged on a corporate Amex. On check in I was told there was no credit card and room was not pre-paid so I needed to provide my photo ID and personal credit card, as it was after hours I was unable to contact my office to get it resolved and complied. They provided a form advising my company can send it in and charges will be applied correctly. On check out the next day I confirmed this and they advised if received by 6pm my CC will not be charged. When I arrived at the office that day I discussed the ordeal and the PA who booked confirmed she had provided strict instructions to the hotel regarding payment and all should have gone smoothly. My Manager completed the form and faxed to the hotel as required around 12pm. When I arrived back at Melbourne the following morning I found an invoice in my inbox advising my master card had been charged the full amount. I called the hotel to clarify and they advised my manager never cleared the account so they proceeded with charges. After back and forth they forwarded me to accounts who, after arguing further with me about the account, magically found the form and cleared the account. Other hotels this has been a seamless transaction where I arrive, provide my CC as a security and check out with no issues of payment / charges afterwards. Very disappointing.

After booking a King room, I was given a room with two double beds and on a floor for which renovations where being conducted first thing in the morning. Below par. Also have a bizarre set of charges hitting my credit card for which I have to try and resolve with reception.

A well appointed room with a comfortable King size bed for two and close to CBD and the attractions of Darling Harbour. Will definately use when next in Sydney. The service was the best from the front desk, concierge and to helpfull staff in the resturant, well worth the stay...

Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Sydney recently. This was our second stay here in the past two months and this hotel is well appointed and in a great location to both the CBD and Darling Harbour. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. We will stay here again.

but.......not to your doing. We didn't have the greatest of Neighbours for the night. They must have arrived back at their room after a night out and the part continued @ 2.00am until all hours. Needless to say I didn't much sleep at all thanks to them.
But the hotel was great

The rattling of the AC made it impossible to sleep with it running. The staff had a couple of attempts to fix it, without success. Given the hours I'm away from the room it unfortunately wasn't possible to pack up all my stuff and move. Suffered through 4 nights.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was excellent, got upgraded of course. Room had a perfect view. I loved the morning breakfast. The only issue I had was while printing a document but front desk took care of it very diligently. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As I was in Sydney for the Fitness expo I had the pleasure of staying at Four Points from Thursday to Monday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable an made me feel relaxed at the end of my very long days. Thanks for the great service. See you soon.

I arranged to have breakfast in my room in the mornings. What arrived was not what was ordered and then on the last day my breakfast did not arrive at all!
They were very apologetic but I'd already raised my concern to the waiter the day so this did not go down well with me.

Comfortable room with good amenities, totally ruined by the noise of doors banging at all hours of day and night.
It's no good staying here if you want a peaceful rest - the doors bang shut until after midnight, and start again when people start leaving their rooms at 5am.

From the bell boy taking my bags as soon as I stepped out of the cab, to the discount voucher for breakfast my stay was awesome. The bed was super huge and comfy and even got fireworks over Darling Harbour on Saturday night. Great location, great service. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our short stay, particularly as our we were upgraded to a better class of room. The room was large, very comfortable and had a great view of Darling Harbour and the Aquarium complex. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Just 2 mins walk to Darling Harbour, room had fabulous views of the harbour and its vicinity. Location is unbeatable to Chinatown, downtown shopping district and Hyde Park. State Theatre and QVB Building is just up the road, surrounded by lots of eating places.

Once again I had a great welcome and stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Darling Harbour, Sydney. The staff are universally welcoming and helpful but I would just like to single out Patrick in the restaurant who served me at breakfast each day, great customer service.

OMG, this was a fantastic place to stay in Darling Harbour, the staff made us feel so special and were wonderful. We ate at the buffet dinner and then again at the breakfast buffet. The food was fabulous and great value! A big thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Sydney. First visit to this hotel and we were impressed. The room looked over Darling Harbour and the room was very well appointed with great views. Seafood dinner on the Saturday night was great value at $50 each. We will be back!

The Hotel provided a high level of service and value accomodation. Close proximity to Sydney's Cockle Bay restaurant areas and Convention facilities. Exceptional clean rooms, with water views across to the Sydney Casino...

My friend and I stayed in Sydney for a wedding and were looking forward to a buffet breakfast however were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. for eg the tomatoes were old and overcooked, food was runny. I told the lady checking us out but had no response.

All good. Great location, excellent staff, nice room. Highly recommend this hotel as either a business travel, or for vacation stay. My on slightly off comment would apply to all Starwood properties, especially the ones in Australia, breakfast pricing is obscene.

Strongly recommend this hotel for its immaculate service, location and SPG recognition. Hotel duty manager Ms Sofia is impressive. Excellent customer service attitude and went beyond her core of duty to assist guest with their problems. A truly committed manager.

My overall stay was absolutely fantastic. This is primarily to do with the well trained and exceptionally mannered staff. They Made my stay very enjoyable. On top of this the rooms were stylish and very clean - and the beds are very comfortable. Highly reccomend.

I had difficulty making my booking online and clarifying inclusions - but my needs were sufficiently addressed which I appreciated. The bathroom door on the inside was dirty near the handle and the TV had a stain on it, but otherwise the room was very clean.

Booked superior harbour view room, but room seemed an average room. Struggling to see what was superior that i paid for.
No daily room service to our room & when staff advised they really didn't seem to care.
Location was great, with easy access to major areas.

Great upgrade of rooms at the Four Points Darling Harbour - good to have a shower without having to stand in a bath. Things to consider - the ironing boards are new - the cover fell off when taken of the cupboard - the cover is wafer thin - consider adding an extra cover. The ironing board has a useless frame on one end - we are not ironing sheets! Suggest remove to allow for easier ironing of business shirts. It would be helpful if the rooms had a plastic cup with a spout to place water in the iron as opposed to placing the iron under the tap. Consider placement of extra power points adjacent to bed - typically people will want to change items whilst sitting on the bed or for charge overnight on beside table - the power point is too far away for Apple chargers - unless people start pulling out the clock and beside lamp
The only other comment is with regards to billing - if express checkout is used, commonly receive more than one invoice for stay - this is frustrating as it adds to he paperwork for submitting travel claims
