My daugther and I spend Xmas in Curitiba saty in the four points. Very nice do moment we gotter in and to the check out. The emplyees so friendly and well training.The roons nice clean,the security make me very safe.The best breafast around.Ivone and Michele the waitress all ways with nice smille help my daugther and I to have nice saty ,i'm hire recomend and I can way to go back to Brazil to saty in the place again ,Thank you su much.

I stayed at this hotel twice. And I have to tell you something - for me this is the best Four Points by Sheraton. Seriously. Not only lovely rooms and delicious food. Outstanding service and an amazing staff!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times a year for a week or more for several years. The staff is always helpful and smiling, however there seems to have been turnover with a reduction in the ability to speak English. Bar menu has changed - and not for the better. Maintenance is deteriorating as the shower in my room had mildew in tile grout and the pool (a great lap pool) was filthy - cloudy water, mold and mildew on tiles, and grout at bottom was black (instead of original white). Amenities in room were not replaced on a regular basis and breakfast buffet has shrunk in variety so after a couple of days it became a bit stale. I've never been upgraded here, so I can only say rooms are average size for Brazilian hotel, but furniture is starting to show wear -desk chair was scuffed and had bare spot. Spa attendant told me charging services to room would increase cost by 50% so I paid for separately. Prior to this trip I would have given the hotel a 5 in most categories, but next time in Curitiba I will likely try another hotel.

A well-run hotel in Curitiba with attentive staff, especially from Resturant (breakfast) and Front Desk (takes initiative in booking taxis and assisting with luggage). The Curitiba team is also responsive to survey comments and I have seen consistency in service and SPG recognition during my multiple visits to this property.

Excellent front desk, and ever helpful staff who will call the taxi for you. Great breakfast selection. Efficient housekeeping as well.

It´s always a pleasure to stay in Four Points by Sheraton Curitiba. The hotel staff from the maid to the manager always are worried about every detail.

Excellent hotel, especially for an American who does not speak Portuguese. Almost all the staff spoke English and was very helpful.
