I'm very disappointed I had to pay for parking. I've never experienced that any where else I've stayed.

This was our second stay at the hotel, our first time was wonderful, everything was great! This time was a bit confusing as to why certain things happened compared to last time, first off its not a big deal but there was no bottled water as stated in the description. Two of four pillows had hair on them that wasn't from us. Then when we had a shower, three of our towels had black or brown spots all over them, and same with a couple of the towels by the pool. It wasn't like this the last time we went, everything seemed more clean and kept. Also the pool had big balls of lint or something at the bottom. This just wasn't our experience last time and we were excepting the same thing as our previous stay. All in all the one staff member we meet was nice, and our stay was over all fine, just not meeting our expectations. It was just an alright stay this time.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past but it has been a while.
My check in was as I expected, friendly and welcoming.(from the afternoon staff)
The touching part was when I went to my room I received a very warm note of welcome fromMary Jane and the day staff, I felt like I was a friend being welcomed after a long absence.
I was impressed and moved. This was unexpected and much appreciated. I can not say enough good things about the hotel staff

Nice hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful with our needs. Great location, walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Just that when we were there it was under rennovation, it was loud till 2:30; and some rooms have old air exchanger which are very loud, so we didn't sleep good the first night. We told the staff and they switched room for us for next day. Overall nice hotel and would stay there again.

Our only complaint is that it was noisy at night. We were there for a certification that required us to be rested. This didn't happen as there was a lot of noise in the hallways...people and sounds of heavy objects being drug around. Worst was the noise from the club that is either in the hotel and the boom boom boom starting around midnight and going late

Our family stayed here for 2 nights this summer while touring the East Coast. We were very happy with the location, close to the boardwalk as well as The Citadel. The front desk staff were friendly and informative for directions for sites outside the City. The price was very fair for a summer stay.

We had a really good evening. The champagne was good. Found our floor really noisy. We were on the 4th Floor. Where you are connected to the Pacifico, you can hear the music until 3 in the morning. There was a couple that came back to their room that had an awful fight on the floor. Screaming and yelling at one another. The people in the next room came in around 5:00 a.m. and they were noisy. The heater was go on and off in the room all evening. Found the vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned as well. Overall, it is a nice hotel and the staff are very courteous.

Wonderful staff, great location and excellent value. Impressive spa right across the street and the best restaurants in town within two blocks.
