Rated 5 out of 5 by quick stop traveling on standby in the summer is not an easy task ,so after coming back from a venice cruise and only being able to fly back from milan to usa ,my daughter found this small but convenient hotel near the central train station ,we were able to walk to the duomo and central Milan with no problem ,the breakfast buffet was amazing with espresso and cappuccino included with a nice selection of fruits and pastries ,we also had dinner at the in house restaurant and that was excellent too not too many selection but what we had was perfect ,if i have to come back i will definitely will stay here again ,we also had free wifi in the room a plus for European hotels .in all perfect for the 2 nites we stay there .. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel definitely needs improvement! This hotel definitely needs improvement! Rooms are small, badly decorated, poor AC, mattresses of low quality, split twin beds, TV doesn't work. Staff appears as disinterested, overbearing, generally unfriendly. July 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Four Points Sheraton Milan Very good Hotel - a Sheraton... Very hard to find the hotel, we did a bit of walking around looking for the hotel street even with a map....Easiest way from Milan Centrale was up Pirelli and then over - trying to find Cardano was the worst way... Breakfast buffet was terrific...staff was attentive. Recommendation by the desk staff of the nearby Tavolino restaurant on via Gustavo Fara was a bad one, probably good for pizza, but their sit down meals were terrible: my beef was very stringy and the carpaccio was thick and tasteless - they even substituted beef for pork in my wife's entrée -seriously. Rated 5 out of 5 by Unbelievable Customer Service I travel professionally so I stay at a large number of properties and usually at SPG properties, with that in mind, i am very used to the recognition and service that is regularly delivered by SPG property employees. My stay, however, must be categorized as the BEST experience i have ever had. We were greeted by an incredible character of a man named Marco, he not only welcomed us to his hotel as if it were his home, he setup a deliciously Milano dinner for us and called ahead to ensure we had an incredible experience. Then, knowing we had an early flight, arranged to have our breakfast boxed up and waiting for us in the car we arranged. Hands down the best customer service i have ever received, all the while with a vibrant smile on his face and always a joke in his voice. Bravo Marco, bravo! June 30, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by always the best this is my third stay at the four points by sheraton in 12 months and every time it gets better. the warmth with which i am welcome is truly sublime, and this is not a hyperbole. the staff consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel at home. i want to recognize them by name: marco, sandy, antonella, michelle, roland, marika (front desk), josé, antonella (bar), maria, patrizio, verity, leo, ajija (sp?), walter (restaurant), said, stephen, luis (bell captain). i left last night, after a 13-night stay, and i miss them all already. let me say it again: grazie, per tutto, sempre (thank you for everything, always).
