Rated 5 out of 5 by Best stay - in for the F1 We stayed at the 4 points in Milan for it's proximitiy to the Train station. Found that to be a quick path to the Monza train & shuttle for the F1. While there discovered others were there as per various bus tours to the F1. They agreed with us as to how convenient to the F1 this hotel was, as well at the high level of quality. Found the front desk and food/wine service to be above expectations. Friendly staff who recognized us immediately after the first day and made us feel at home. Often remembering who we were and what we liked. Able to joke and have a relaxing cnversation with the staff during dinner. Made us feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is close to the Train and Metro, so quick and easy to everything. September 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by pleasant surprise very close to Gioia subway station great breakfast had to pay 3 nights worth of internet facilities....why spoil an otherwise great stay? initial impression of location was a bit poor but how central it actually is ie near Stazione Centrale is later realised. Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotels needs a revamp Upgraded to an executive room. Shower head was broken, so no shower day one. Bar is being revamped, tempory area has no staff monitoring. ode red a drink with did not arrive after 15 min. I had to go to reception to request the drink. At reception they have a sign for SPG members which I am a platinum member. A member of the reception team shouted over to me telling me there is no service at that counter. Rude and now no service in the bar and reception. How could you recommend this hotel ?? August 30, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Front desk employees cheating and ordering taxis from their friends Hello, I had terrible experience yesterday May 15 at 4 PM (time provided to recognize employee) at Four Points by Sheraton Milan Center. I asked a man from the front desk to book me a taxi to the airport and he said it is fixed rate and if I pay cash to him it's only 120 EUR. I was surprised and I asked for taxi where I can pay credit card. He insisted I pay him cash and he showed me a ATM. I said NO, I wanna taxi where I can pay credit card. He said OK, but it will be 135 EUR. Well, I said OK. So I was waiting for 10 min and he kept calling and calling. I went outside of the hotel and I have halted taxi from the street. The random taxi driver told me that it will cost max 80 EUR and of course I can pay credit card. I agreed to go with him, so I went back to the hotel and cancelled the taxi from the front desk. Guy from the front desk started shouting at that taxi driver saying "you can't stop here...". Horrible experience and I would never say Sheraton hotel would keep such awful front desk personnel. Huge DISLIKE!!!! May 16, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Average Hotel, Below Average Neighborhood There's nothing specifically wrong with this hotel, but there's nothing inspiring about it, either. The room was very spacious thanks to a platinum upgrade, but the furnishings, the hallways, the lobby, and particularly the restaurant all were tired and uninspired. It had the feel of a lower end budget hotel, though the rooms did outperform the public spaces. Yes, the third party internet is terrible, but it functioned most of the time. The neighborhood, while walking distance to many great things, is in the blocks around the hotel pretty dull. And if you set out for a walk, don't go north or west--there's nothing there... nothing. Rated 4 out of 5 by Much better than expected After reading the consistently negative reviews on this hotel, our expectations were restrained. The hotel proved a pleasant surprise from beginning to end. Sure the area isn't very grand, the hotel is favoured by bus tour company's , the hotel is old and needing a makeover and rooms small however our experience was all positive especially given the competitive room rate. I needed to write to the hotel prior to arrival and their responses were prompt and very helpful - a good start. On arrival to my pleasant surprise we were guided on parking our car right outside the hotel for free and promptly assisted with our bags and afforded a rapid check in. The room was dated but clean functional including providing coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was far better again than expectations and especially memorable was the really excellent coffee and pastries. I would certainly return for a quick stopover. For platinum Starwood members, recognition was excellent including wifi, breakfast and room upgrade. August 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good place to discover Milan If you want to feel the life in Milano and discover the city with all the beauty here at the Four Points by Sheraton you will find a perfect place to start. Good location even in walking distance to major side seeing places and the subway is just around the corner. Good local restaurants near by and easy to reach by car. Very friendly personal at the reception will give you a feeling to be very honestly welcome. August 10, 2014
