Rated 2 out of 5 by Looks old and the stay was unconfortable The overall customer's experience (also as an SPG member) has been not good at all. The hotel looks very old (and the smell too). The room was tiny and under renewal so the stay hasn't been confortable as it should be. I'm sorry to say that but I would not recommend this Hotel, for personal and business travels. Look & Feel is truly under SPG average June 3, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by My home in Milan The staff is fantastic! Breakfast exceed standards of Milan. The room I got was brand new and rich of useful amenities. Restaurant has an high level quality. The facade has been just refurbished and it seems another hotel now. Definitly I will come back again June 1, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Feel Like Home Beside the location is superb, this hotel is so cozy and the staff are so helpful. Special thanks to Mr Ronald, the front desk officer who are helping me alot in my stays. I stay here more than 40 nights in early 2016 and for sure will be coming back here again when i coming to Milan. March 1, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good location and friendly staff, need some renovation on the facilities I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and staffs were friendly recognising my SPG Gold status by offering late checkout and providing comp drink. The room was cozy but needed some serious renovation including elevators. January 26, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very dated decor but otherwise a good hotel This hotel is short walk from Milan Centrale railway station, but it is nestled among taller office buildings and may not be easy to find. The nearest metro station is Gioia, 3-minutes away. They do have some newly-renovated rooms, but our executive room wasn't one of them - it was extremely old-fashioned, although it was well-maintained and everything worked perfectly well. I particularly dislike standing in the bath-tub to shower, so I hope their renovated rooms will offer a separate shower stall. Breakfast selection and quality were good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, in particular Francesco. December 22, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Badly designed breakfast area, technical faults but good location and service I had no light in the shower area and no shower gel. Shower was either too hot or cold due to primitive mixer with no pressure equalizer. Reported all but still the same the next day. Breakfast is hidden away. The first day I didnt find it and got a croissant only. What a terrible design. The second morning I arrived at 6.30 to get cold bacon and eggs dry on top and watery underneath. The lifts are very small. Service however is friendly and eager to please and location good. October 18, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Fees fees fees Beware of this hotels schemes to make money. I am a platinum member and stayed over 100 nights last year. I typically love Starwood hotels. This hotel charges fees per person (€25-30 per day) for which they claim is for breakfast. As a Platinum member at most Starwood hotels I can use my amenity to waive this fee. Not here. Also, they do not allow outside food and require you to buy their room service. I'm not sure what's going on at this hotel but I would never stay again. October 4, 2015
